Criticizing Leaders Is American!



Okay, I'm a bit frustrated with all the nonsense promoted by the #MAGA group who think that criticizing trump is anti-American. The truth of the matter is--they do not understand the first amendment rights provided in The Constitution. Better yet, they have no idea what the Constitution really says about anything and since they don't read, they won't.

Bottom line is this--under the first amendment of the Constitution, we all have the right to the freedom of expression. So when we criticize the the WH idiot because of all the idiotic things he does, we have a right to do so. After all, American and the entire world saw all the "criticism" of President Obama that was never-ending and still going on now, even though he's no longer the president of the United States (still better than the one in the Oval Office at the moment). So let's look at who is truly un-American, Anti-American because they criticized and lied on, President Obama. The list is long so if I missed a few, let me know.

Donald Trump--must be un-American/Anti-American because he promoted the lie that Obama was not born in the United States.

Melania Trump for parroting the lie.

Mitch McConnell--criticized Obama from day one and deliberately thwarted Obama's efforts to do his job. "We'll make sure he's a one-term president and obstruct anything he wants to do." (Remember that one, Mitch?)

Paul Ryan

Rand Paul

Mitt Romney

Orrin Hatch

Steve King

Bill O'Reilly

All Fox News Hosts

All Media

Most Republicans (and some Democrats)

Most Evangelicals (and faux Christians)

The KKK

And anyone else who "dared to criticize" the president, including me. When I don't agree, I criticize, but it doesn't make me un-American/Anti-American. It proves that I am an American who knows my rights as an American. Do you get it now?

Just remember--Karma bites--when trying to malign others and trying to place them in hell--simply because "you don't know The Constitution" can have its drawbacks. Ask Larry Kudlow--he'll
understand.

And get this--only in a fascist regime, authoritarian government where a dictator reigns is "criticism not allowed." Ask those in Russia, China, Venezuela, or NK or any other country that does not have a democracy that gives people the right to say what they want to say. Go ahead--ask them! And until you understand what the 1st amendment means, stop trying to coerce others into believing what you believe. We don't have to believe you, anymore than you have to believe us.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. (notice this says nothing about the right of individuals to stockpile weapons or to even own them).

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Now check out the "preamble" of the Constitution:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Notice how it starts--"We the People of the United States" and not an illegitimate president...One person does not decide what we can or cannot do in this country--and those of us who love this country, will make sure we preserve our democracy and all of the rights it affords others whether we like them or not; agree with them or not, because it is every person's right to agree or disagree, criticize or not. That's what it means to be an American, in America.
So, trump is wrong, Mike Pence is wrong, Jeanine Pirro is wrong, Larry Kudlow is wrong, Peter Navarro is wrong and so is everyone else who thinks we shouldn't criticize trump or any other president. Get the facts and understand your rights and the rights of others.
