And The Beat Goes On!
I had a really good time with my "solo" rendition of our weekly podcast. The big guy took the little guy in my life to a baseball game--and the Tigers won it--8-1! What a wonderful end to a day! We're Covered!
"The LORD keeps you from all harm
and watches over your life" (Psalm 121:7 NLT).
The entire short psalm is a reminder to us that whatever happens or could happen, when we trust in Him, belong to Him, and have confidence in Him, He's got us covered.
As we celebrate this Independence Day, remembering the liberation of America from British control, we might also take a moment to celebrate our personal liberation from the influence of Satan.
Let this day, be a true celebration of liberation and freedom--from the works of sin! For whom the Son sets free is free indeed! We're covered!
Stay sober, watchful, and safe to live for another day celebrating, life with Jesus!
