When The Lord Delights In Us!

I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies.
He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me. Psalm 18:1-3; 16-19 NIV

With all of the craziness going on around us, we must take a moment or longer to think about who really loves and in whom we can truly trust. My hope is in Jesus and I know when I do what He would have me do, He's delighted in me and I will have all He has promised in His Word. Since He is not a respecter of persons, whatever He has promised me and will do for me--He will do for others.

So take heart! We have not been forgotten by The Lord even though things seem out of kilter in the world. There is chaos and confusion, we cannot deny, but when we know the Lord, we know the origin of the chaos and it is Satan, for the Word says, "God is not the author of confusion," and that "all things should be done decently and in order." No many how many pseudo-Christians try to tell us that God chose trump, we can see this is a lie by aligning his actions with the Word of God.

God hates liars and has prepared the lake of fire for liars. Sound like anyone we know? Let's look at recent proclamations!

 

Notice the signature--his--and the date--October 5th 2017--fabricated to counter the notion that he's a moron. Creating this fake certificate actually confirms that he is--indeed a chronic moron who thinks those with a functioning brain would ever buy into his nonsense. Oh wait--some did and lost millions of dollars behind his fake Trump University. I can imagine anyone who stayed long enough probably received a similar fake certificate of completion. His actions make me wonder if he actually completed a degree as he claims. Nothing else he says is true so it makes me wonder. No transcript or degree has been produced so we only have his word for it--like Forbes only has his word about his "self-proclaimed wealth."

 

Then, when he lies and the lies are exposed, all his spokespersons--those enabling his lies and pathetic behavior, love to spin it into something it never was. His claim of having a higher IQ than Tillerson or anyone else is a lie and the above chart reveals he has no clue as to how an IQ test is ranked or its significance--which many don't believe.

What's really sad is Sarah Huckabee Sanders role as press secretary who lies without blinking and yet claims to be such a righteous Christian and does not understand that her lies will reserve her place in the lake.

When insecurities rule a person because of fragile egos and multiple personality disorders, there is no truth told and everything trump is to bring him validation, not to unify a country. He is as most have already determined--a narcissistic megalomaniac pathological liar and only cares about what he wants or what makes him look good. He'll fabricate things just to make him look more important than he is and we know the Word says, "we ought not to think more highly of ourselves than we are." He proclaimed Columbus Day, Columbus Day like it wasn't already on the calendar just so he could say--he did it. I'm not sure he realizes that all of the holidays and special days are already noted on most calendars and have been for years.  If he was really mindful and a "Christian" as some purport, he'd know that his deeds speak volumes and expose his lies.

He says he's not a racist: He called the Black football players in the NFL SOBs (they were the only ones kneeling when he made this remark), but called white supremacists, "very fine people." He has made the issue of the NFL players kneeling about disrespecting the flag, country, and anthem because he refuses to address the racial injustices that exist in many police districts--which is the reason for the kneeling. The fact that he's now bullying the NFL and denigrating anyone who openly criticizes reveals his desire to be a dictator, not a president. He has yet to demonstrate understanding of the Constitution's 1st Amendment rights--for others--while he says whatever comes out of out of his dark soul.

His spokespeople claim (Kellyanne specifically) that he's, "compassionate and cares about others." Would a compassionate person bring up past debts to those on an decimated island or throw paper towels to the residents? Would a compassionate person care more about the crowd size when he shows up to assess storm damage? Would a compassionate person ignore the deaths of four Green Berets and say nothing about their deaths or service to this country? I could say more, but what's the point? Those who choose to believe his lies will and those of us who know better, will never believe anything he says.

Whenever I see a lie by trump or his spokespersons, I address it on Twitter and FaceBook his favorite means of communication, and I will continue to speak truth to power whether he or his parrots acknowledge it or not. That is the job of every Christian to speak truth, no matter what, dispelling lies spoken by those serving Satan.

Protect Your Soul!

Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other. And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else. Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not treat prophecies with contempt but test them all; hold on to what is good, reject every kind of evil.  May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. I Thessalonians 5:12-23 NIV

If we need proof--the evidence by which one is convicted or convinced of anything--we have to seek God's Word to see that those professing to be Christians--lie and they lie about the lies and show themselves to be reprobates with the continued lying.

Who are the lawmakers who claim to be Christians lying to? Themselves and their constituents. Those of us who are not blinded by party ideology see through the lies and know -- they make a mockery of what Christianity is supposed to be.

First of all, when Paul talks to "brothers and sisters" he's referring to the family of Christ Jesus--all who believe and walk according to God's Word. So, when we see lawmakers and other "pseudo-Christian" leaders do things that are in opposition to God's Word (no help for the poor) we know they lie. When we see them make excuses for those who publicly do wrong without public admonition, we know they lie. When we see them, not upholding their oath of office just to make the idiot in charge feel good, we know they lie. They have no respect for God's Word, themselves or those they supposedly represent.

Secondly, for them to use Christianity as a benchmark to claim to be a party "of the moral majority" when they have all fallen short is nothing short of remarkable--or maybe I should say, laughable because they expect people to believe them and the gullible, do.

We watched the GOP rejoice in taking healthcare from millions and yet making sure the wealthy save millions. We watched them preen themselves, congratulating themselves on their accomplishment--assuring early deaths for those who can't afford healthcare. We watched them hide from their constituents because they didn't want to answer questions about what they did or hear how their decisions impact "real lives" and not just numbers on a page. We know they lied when they did this because Christ, never would. The giddy law-makers would prefer people die early due to health issues or starve to death because they can't afford the ever-rising costs of food.

This is what we have in Washington, DC--the cast of clowns pretending to be Christians, which by their actions, demonstrate they are not.

Moving on--we do have choices and whether or not people want to believe it--the Democratic party is the party that cares and they have demonstrated that repeatedly. They care about the poor, the needy and the marginalized and try to write laws to protect them, while the GOP--does just the opposite.

In both the mid term elections in 2018 and the General election in 2020 people have a choice to make and they need to listen and watch all who are speaking, vying for their vote. Real Christians--don't have to brag about what they do and they take no pleasure in the suffering of others. We must pay attention and seek God before casting our vote--and don't let our emotions rule over common sense.  We must remember that and guard our souls against the wiles of the enemy.

What Have We Learned?

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:24

In the beginning, God created all that was ever created and without Him, nothing was created. He created--took nothing and made something out of it. Man "invents" using what already is to change it into something else. God is not a man that He should lie, Man lies. God is not the author of confusion and chaos--Man is. God is not unjust--Man is fickle and justice is not equal for all when man makes decisions. All of God's promises are, "Yes and Amen." Man's promises waffle betwixt and between roller coaster emotions and constantly changing societal acceptances.

There is a difference between the God of Heaven and the god of this world for the god of this world--the arch enemy of God-- has created nothing but chaos and confusion in the minds of the weak and gullible.

When we know how God functions--from the beginning to this very moment--we know without doubt that He would not "choose" absurdity over wisdom and knowledge. "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction."Proverbs 1:7  "Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding. Cherish her, and she will exalt you; embrace her, and she will honor you." Proverbs 4:5-8 NIV  God creates, Satan destroys!

Until the gullible cease to say, "God chose Trump to be president" or "God elected him," I will continue to dispute it with everything in me, according to The Word of God.

God--not human--has no need for those things humans involve themselves--like "elections." When the Children of Israel cried for a king, God allowed them to choose--though He spoke to prophet-Samuel and had Samuel anoint David--the people still had to choose. And when we look at the history of the kings who ruled--sometimes those choices were not good ones and the kings were evil and committed all sorts of debauchery and wickedness.

As stated before and is being stated by many--this futile rhetoric about God choosing Trump--is driving more people away from God and church than drawing them to God. God doesn't have a problem with us making mistakes, but when we don't learn from the mistake and keep perpetuating it, then that's a problem and God will allow us to wallow in the consequences of our choices.

Now, what have we learned?

The Enemy!

The faithful have been swept from the land; not one upright person remains. Everyone lies in wait to shed blood; they hunt each other with nets. Both hands are skilled in doing evil; the ruler demands gifts, the judge accepts bribes, the powerful dictate what they desire— they all conspire together. The best of them is like a brier, the most upright worse than a thorn hedge. The day God visits you has come, the day your watchmen sound the alarm. Now is the time of your confusion.Do not trust a neighbor; put no confidence in a friend. Even with the woman who lies in your embrace guard the words of your lips. For a son dishonors his father, a daughter rises up against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— a man’s enemies are the members of his own household.But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me. Micah 7:2-7 NIV

There are seemingly more enemies surrounding us than friends, but the most despicable enemy are those influenced by deceptive persuasion. Satan--will don the garment of the righteous in order to deceive and when their hearts are not right with God, he is successful and then will things fall apart, they stand in wonder as to how it happened.

Everyone saying, "Lord, Lord" is not a follower of The Most High God and in fact, we are cautioned in The Word that many will stand before Him and He'll say, "Depart from me, I never knew you." Let's look at what Jesus said:

Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ "Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.” Matthew 7:20-27 NIV

So are we building our house on a rock or on the sand?

It would appear that with all the upheaval and chaos emanating from the White House that the 2016 Election created a situation in which the presidency and the credibility of America was built on sand and when the storms continue to rage, it will soon be washed away.

Historically, not many have ever seen such turmoil in the White House or such disdain from other countries because of the leader in it as we see right now. The enemy--those who gain access or entry into situations by deceit and cunning through the auspices of wrong doing and outside interference should never expect peace for there will be none. Whenever a "dictator" sets out to beguile the people using false propaganda and outright lies, they may have persuaded the masses for a moment, but the moment passes as soon as the blinders fall off and people realize they've been duped.

Ironically, not once has there been an evil judge or king or dictator who did not fear for his own life, yet they had no qualms about destroying others.

Karma bites and it's about to take a big bite out of those responsible for the madness resulting from the rigged election.

But it's not only those who rigged the election who will feel the pain, but all those who pretend to be Christians--the pseudo-christians who because of their own agenda--lied in order to bring about a desired result.  They won--but what did they win? Based upon what I've seen posted by various people from across the land, the pseudo-christians have won the disdain of many who now see them as hypocrites and that includes the entire Republican party--that so-called party of family values who have endorsed and embraced the very epitome of ignorance and evil and condones the wrongdoing in the White House.

Anyone who does not do the will of God, "defend the rights of the poor and needy," and cannot love as God loves--unconditionally, is the enemy. Did not Jesus tell us that there are but two commands by which we must live and will be judged by? "Love the Lord with all our heart, soul and mind and love one another as we love ourselves."

Where is the love of a the fake-president residing in the White House? There is a love of greed and power, but those are also covered in The Word--practices of evil. When a confirmed and publicized "white supremacist" is sitting at the table with others because he "tricked" the president into signing the order, but the president won't rescind it--what does that tell us? Can we see any good fruit in that action?

Do we see good fruit or rotten fruit in those given positions as cabinet members who have ties with Russia and refuse to disclose truth?

Do we see good resulting from evil in establishing people who disdain government in government positions? Is that why those who knew nothing, know nothing, and don't care, are guarded by others at taxpayer expense?

Every foolish decision has consequences and the cost--from a financial perspective is shouldered by the tax-payers who actually pay taxes and those who circumvent paying taxes keep are rewarded. Something to think about it.

Though Satan is the enemy of mankind, those influenced by him are the enemy of everything right and good. The media is not the enemy of Americans--the clown in the White House is the enemy with his autocratic notions and attempts to establish tyranny.

The Americans who did not drink the shake are not fooled (and there are more of us than those who drank the shake) and we are not standing by idly waiting for the storm to rise; we are establishing our faith on The Rock and He will prevail against all the enemy attempts to do to destroy a nation.

In order to defeat the enemy--we must know the enemy and how the enemy plans to divide and conquer. We do, for we see it on a regular basis and will not cave. We will resist the impulse to give in and we will be victorious over evil.

Exodus 23:1-9 NIV

ATTENTION: EVANGELICAL LEADERS/PSEUDO-CHRISTIANS

I guess you missed reading some of the bible when you chose to lie to people. I don't have time to go into all the details, but just from what the world has seen--you stand to be judged for the lies you promoted about 45. How does it feel to know the world is laughing at America and the totally useless buffoon you elected as president? Do you feel good about lying to people, now?

We are watching a daily circus--a clown show in which the big tent is now the White House and all the players--lost sheep, looking for a way out of the madness.

The global buffoonery with his lies is not even funny. He lies about terror attacks. He lies about the media being fake news. He lies about the media being the enemy of the American people. He lies about his taxes. He lies about his connection and ties to Russia. He lies about removing himself from his businesses. He lies about his intellect. He lies about his business acumen. He lies about his role in creating job growth. He lies about "inheriting a mess." He lies about being the "only one who can fix things." The bottom line is--he lies and you promoted the imbecilic pathological liar to your constituents. Why? Just why?

Was it worth it? Now, we're all going to pay for your stupidity and lies saying God chose him. You know you lied and the rest of us--who actually have a relationship with God--knows you lied. I would not want to be in your shoes in the end--when we must all give an account to God for the things we have done. "So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God" (Romans 14:12). I didn't vote for a person who has no regard for the lives of those outside a womb in endorsing legislation for the mentally unstable to purchase guns. I didn't vote for a person who cares nothing about the environment and deregulated all the safety precautions so people could have clear water and air and safe food production. I didn't vote a person who who fires others simply because they dare to speak their minds--and not agree with him. I didn't vote for a person who unilaterally wants to remove all people who are not white in America. Don't bother to deny it--you know it's true. You did this--now own it.

I'm so thankful that I know the first human being God created was a person of color and that God in His infinite wisdom cares about all of His creation--not just those who migrated to colder climates and their skin tones changed. But that's what you believe right? You think that "white" is the right skin tone and all others are to be dismissed, right? Apparently, you missed a few history and geography lessons and totally missed what happened in Genesis. Don't take my word for it--read it again with a map in your hand.

Your lack of understanding about God's Word and His intent for all mankind is astounding! How you can call yourselves promoters of God's Word when you lack understanding is--criminal. I'm guessing--the donations made to your respective churches or the promises made--had you feeling this was all worthwhile. You drank the shake and brain cells were scrambled. That's the only excuse I see for what you've done. Fortunately, I do not have to answer for you--you do.

When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—and to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. Perhaps, you--the pseudo-christians are merely fulfilling your role in God's plan--being the tool Satan uses. For God warned us in His Word that those who know and love Him--are not ignorant of Satan's devices and how he does things. I guess you missed that or it was missing in your bible.

For long as I have breath in my body and the use of my limbs--I will continue to advocate for the poor and needy and rail against religious debauchery and its leaders who lead people astray--causing confusion and promoting lies to accomplish an agenda that is not worth all the destruction that results from it.
