Strength To Endure!

It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure.He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he causes me to stand on the heights.  He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze. You make your saving help my shield, and your right hand sustains me; your help has made me great. You provide a broad path for my feet, so that my ankles do not give way.  I pursued my enemies and overtook them; I did not turn back till they were destroyed. I crushed them so that they could not rise; they fell beneath my feet. You armed me with strength for battle; you humbled my adversaries before me. You made my enemies turn their backs in flight, and I destroyed my foes. They cried for help, but there was no one to save them— to the LORD, but he did not answer. I beat them as fine as windblown dust; I trampled them like mud in the streets. You have delivered me from the attacks of the people; you have made me the head of nations. Though the days seem long and wearisome, and the nights a never-ending gloom of sadness and nightmares, though the idiocy never seems to find itself an end, though those in positions of authority continually abdicate their responsibilities, though it seems like nothing will ever change for the better, we yet have hope and our hope is in God--who strengthens us, not in a person who does not know God.

The leadership in this country--in the executive branch and the legislative branch have severely and negatively impacted the lives of all who live in America. The office of the presidency has forever been marred by the vile and despicable behavior of the one who currently resides in the Oval Office. The legislative branch has become a laughingstock because they lack a spine and will to do what's right for all Americans. They are bogged down with stupidity, greed and corruption. They are blind to the needs of those who elected them in their pursuit for greatness and grappling to control. Both in the House and Senate, the leadership is more concerned with obtaining a political win for the orange maggot than in legislating to meet the needs of their constituents. On a daily basis, we see the inevitable decay and downfall of a nation, once revered, now the butt of jokes on a global level.

For those of us who are watching, intently, every move, every nuanced communication via social media platforms, and mainstream media--we see and we know that our only hope is in the One who created all things and without Him, nothing was ever created. Though it would appear that the horror many are facing on a daily basis will never end, it will. Though it would appear that no one cares about those in crisis, there are. Though it appears that Russian meddling will continue to infiltrate and negatively influence our election results, they won't--unless we let them.

We have the strength to endure the onslaught of madness and corruption when we seek God for all we need and for wisdom from on high. If we start paying attention--to the details and facts--not the false propaganda, we will prevail, and rise to the occasion stronger than ever to fight back--against the tyranny that is attempting to overtake our democratic republic. We must arm ourselves with factual information in order to make wise decisions. We must refute the liars and promoters of false propaganda when they raise their ugly heads. We must call a lie a lie and a liar, a liar. We must stop sugar-coating and soft peddling truth when hard, unadulterated truth is needed for the survival of our nation. Above all, we must be willing to see truth and acknowledge when we're wrong and adjust our thinking so we won't fall for the lies promoted by those who wish to desecrate our nation.

Love trumps hate any day of the week--and for centuries to come. We give up our freedoms to choose our paths when we allow authoritarians to persuade us we need to be controlled and manipulated. It is hatred that drives manipulation and love that encourages freedom of thought and choices. We cannot allow ourselves to be deceived by the enemy who roams the country, pretending to be Christian, when they are actually soldiers of Satan and we know because of the lies they tell.

We no longer have time to sit idly by and watch the destruction of a nation. We must rise up with truth and love guiding our every step, as we battle the enemy that promotes lies and spread hatred. If we are who we say we are, we will not promote hatred of any person regardless of their ethnicity, gender, or faith. We will lift up all with love and compassion, meeting the needs wherever we can so all will know--we're never alone and that God is our strength.

2018 midterm election is coming up soon and if we really want to see our country headed in the right direction, we must elect lawmakers who will legislate for the benefit of their constituents, not their egos or bank accounts. When the House is righted, then we can concentrate on electing a president in 2020, who will govern for all Americans, not just some. We need a compassionate, empathic, wise leader governing from the Oval Office and though there are many choices, there is one who knows the challenges and struggles of the Everyday American.

For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light. For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Taking Paul's words to the church at Colosse literally makes a difference in how we need to approach this time in which we live. We must believe that prayers have and will continue to go forth on our behalf as the world watches the chaos in the WH that embroils our lives on a daily basis. Our hope must continually be in God and in the wisdom He will pour out on all who are willing to receive and accept it. For that reason, many of us are praying that Bob Mueller is willing to receive God's wisdom and act upon accordingly. America deserves much better than what we are experiencing as a nation with a fake leader in the Oval Office.

Though some may have thought with my posts lately that I've given up on our God, nothing could be further from the truth. My hope--is continually in He who inspires and encourages my daily walk. I look to Him to keep my tongue from going to far and my fingers from tapping out words that can be erased or retrieved before impacting those who see them. It's been an extremely difficult week for me to relinquish my thoughts and fingers to Holy Spirit. It is only because of Him that I have not unleashed a tirade so great that would make the devil blush. It is because of Him who I strive to please that I have not been totally "unpolitically correct."

Does my awareness of how words can negatively impact perception and perspective as to who I am matter? Of course it does! Words matter--whether coming from me or anyone else and unfortunately, that concept hasn't been able to breach the brains of the moron-in-chief. I'm not the only one who questions the WH idiot's ability to do anything other than bully and bluster his way around people.

He demonstrated his total ineptness at being empathic and a consoler-in-chief, but highlighted his insensitivity to others on a much greater scale than I thought possible. And to top off the week of foolishness and stupidity, he alludes to starting a war with North Korea after throwing Rex Tillerson under the bus. Reading a number of articles released by those in the media who are close to those in the White House, it was not surprising to hear that more than one of cabinet members have called him a moron because he has no knowledge of what he's supposed to be doing and resents anyone trying to guide him. For if--for any reason--he chose to be grateful to those who are at least trying to guide him, he'd have to admit he doesn't have a great brain, he doesn't have the best words, and he certainly doesn't have an IQ of 203 which he apparently tried to convince staffers that he has. If his IQ was 23, that would be a surprise.

But I digress. It is through reading The Word and being reminded of God's great love for us that renews my hope on a daily basis, and when I think I've reached the end of my rope, The Word helps me to make the knot bigger so I will have the patience I need to keep holding on--for the rescue I believe is coming in the revelation of truth provided by Special Counsel Bob Mueller. For every time the moron opens his mouth, a knot forms in my stomach, but I'm moving the knot from my stomach to the rope of hope from which we're all dangling since we never know what might come next. Pretty soon, the knot will be wide enough to hold a multitude of people and our hope--strengthens the rope--with each new knot. In our patience--holding onto the rope, resting on the knot--we possess our souls and we will not surrender our souls to the evil that abounds from the White House and the GOP or any other demonic influence.

While I wait for the hope of truth setting us all free to be Americans again--I'm still planning a bid for the White House and I pray, that those who review the information on my Face Book page, will find the evidence needed to prove, I am ready and willing to serve all Everyday Americans.

Be Still and Know!

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day. Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts. The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Come and see what the Lord has done, the desolations he has brought on the earth. He makes cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear;  he burns the shields with fire. He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Psalm 46 NIV

I know there are many people out there right now who disdain the use of “God” or “Jesus” and they feel justified in doing so, but I’m reminding those who believe in His plan for their lives to remember His promises and be still and know, He has not forgotten you.

In the midst of crisis, it’s difficult for any of us to stay focused on God’s promises when we feel our lives are at risk. Believing God does not mean we do stupid things or act unwisely in the midst of a crisis, but we seek His wisdom and hold fast to our faith that He will make a way.

Hurricanes are an act of nature and God saves in the midst of hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and all manner of situations in which we have no control. But if we act wisely, trusting our dependence on Him, He will see us through what nature tends to throw our way.

Yes, bad things happen to good people and only God knows why He allows certain things to happen to some people and not others. I’m not God, so I’m not going to pretend I have all the answers, but I trust Him. “In all our getting, get wisdom.” “Wisdom is the principal thing.” Solomon repeatedly refers to the wisdom being the utmost importance. When we things through and act wisely, we could avoid certain devastations. And though we get upset over the loss of things, we must remember things can be replaced–lives won’t be. So the wisdom we must exercise is about saving lives, not things.

Even though Harvey was predicted in enough time for people to make provisions to move out of the way of danger, most people could not have imagined the rain that would proceed in the aftermath.
This is not an act of God–it is an act of nature and if anyone wants to attribute the storm to being an act of God, and attempt to claim it is retribution for the people who live there–they make a mockery of who God is.

For the religious-right who have said John McCain’s cancer is God’s retribution because of a vote–shame on them. They obviously have no knowledge of God and how He functions in the earth. But the rub here is–some of those same folks would “never” say the storm is retribution for the wrongs they have done against the poor and the needy. God doesn’t get into our politics because what we do–who we vote for and put into positions of authority are on us–and when we don’t act wisely, we don’t get wise leadership in those positions of authority.

In the coming days, it will be extremely difficult for some to hold onto their faith and know that in the end, everything will be all right. I’m confident that acting wisely, seeing to the needs of others and taking care of self will result in lives being saved. I encourage everyone who can to make donations to American Red Cross so they will have adequate resources to meet the needs of the people. Donations can be made online (with a minimum of $10). I made my contribution and would love to see as many people as possible do the same–especially those who recently won lotteries. Now is a good time to help others in need.

My heart and thoughts are embedded in the crisis in Texas and I will continue praying for their safety and for the rains to abate. God knows what it is He wants to accomplish in the hearts of men and women everywhere and I’m sure it will be as He has determined.  Stay safe!

How Misplaced Hope Blinds

Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken. How long will you assault me? Would all of you throw me down--this leaning wall, this tottering fence? Surely they intend to topple me from my lofty place; they take delight in lies.  With their mouths they bless, but in their hearts they curse. Yes my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock , my refuge. Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. Surely the lowborn are but a breath, the highborn are but a lie. If weighed on a balance, they are nothing; together they are only a breath. Do not trust in extortion or put vain hope in stolen goods; though your riches increase, do not set your heart on them. One thing God has spoken, two things I have heard: "Power belongs to you, God, and with you, Lord, is unfailing love"; and, "You reward everyone according to what they have done." Psalm 62 NIV

We all have hoped for things that were just out of our reach or have blindly placed our hope in people, only to be disappointed, time and time again.

We are reminded in The Word, that our hope cannot reside in things or people, "some may trust in horses and chariots, but we shall trust in the name of our God." Only when we trust in God, totally and completely can our hope attain its goal.

Therefore, once we understand that hoping in people is futile, we can see beyond the blinders and face reality. There is no hope for this country if we depend upon its current leadership to retain its position on the global stage. That knowledge was reinforced on 7/7/17 when we witnessed (some of us) a meeting between trump and Putin (the initial meeting and handshake), and then later learning that trump caved--being "honored to meet" the person who attacked our free and fair election process. Putin played trump like a finely tuned guitar--stroke, by stroke--arousing his ego to the point of blindness.

Anticipating trump's reaction to this alleged, "first meeting," I posted a thread on Twitter and pinned it so all who care to dispute what I said won't have a problem finding what I said.

Body language says it all. With the initial greeting--the handshake and pat on the back (reassuring Putin that he--trump was being obedient) was telling for all who were observant. While trump sat anxiously awaiting their "time alone" Putin was relaxed and acknowledged--intentionally or unintentionally--their "finally personally meeting." Now, some could say I was deliberately attempting to make something out of nothing, but from everything I've discovered about Putin--he understands the import and impact of words--they matter. He wanted the world to know and especially Russia to know--he and trump had been communicating for some time. In fact, I've concluded the entire meeting was choreographed by Putin so he could make sure that his wishes were being followed. We are in the throes of being absorbed by Russia and its autocracy since trump doesn't have the balls or backbone to stand up to a tyrant. And it would appear that the GOP Congress is also missing balls and backbone to address the situation and to remove the traitor from the Oval Office.

Anyone hoping trump will become "presidential" is blinded by their refusal to see the reality playing out in front of them. He may hold the title, but he is not the president of the United States when he undermines and bashes American intelligence officers and our Free Press--disavowing any acknowledgment of our Constitution. 

My hope--is in Jesus Christ--and Him alone and I trust Him to guide me in all things. I know Everyday Americans are smarter than those who were gullible enough to vote for trump in the first place, and they'll research and discover the plausibility of supporting me, as the next president. I'm not asking people to have hope in me, but to have faith in their own judgment and relationship with Christ as they ponder supporting me.

When Evil Frustrates!

The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good. The LORD looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. All have turned away, all have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one. Where are the true Patriots in the Republican party in Washington, DC?

Is there one--just one Republican--who speaks truth any more?

Is there one--just one Republican--who cares about the poor and needy?

Is there one--just one Republican--who is more loyal to country than "pledged loyalty to a man" who has no values other than greed and power?

Is there one--just one Republican--who cares more about their constituents than their party agenda?

Is there one--just one Republican--who is bold enough to stand up and speak out against the atrocious policies being implemented that discriminate against the poor and promote hatred?

Is there one--just one Republican--who is courageous enough to convince the party to put an end to this charade of a presidency that has the world laughing at America?

If there is one--then where are they and what's taking them so long to stand up and uphold the oath of office they took or does that oath no longer mean anything?

Have they--succumbed to greed and need for power over doing what is best for the entire country?

Where is the  moral outrage of the so-called christians who voted for all the "negligent, obstructionists" who put evil in the seats of government?

It would appear to me, that everything we say--as Christians and Americans--we value has gone out the window with our current leadership and no one seems to care about the people or what they need. No longer do we see integrity and honor ruling in the hearts of those in position of leadership. No longer do we see patriotism honored by elected leaders who have apparently forgotten--the voters who elected them. No longer do we see those who have publicly taken oaths of office--uphold them.
 

But we--who truly know God and live according to His precepts and are loyal to Him--understand how God will frustrate the plans of those who frustrate the plans of the poor.

For this reason--there is fear and anxiety--overcoming reason and logic by those who plot evil or won't stand against it.

For this reason--instability and anger--rests upon those who do not know God and will not obey Him.

For this reason--many Republicans--are afraid to face their constituents and hide from them.

For this reason--the American people--will seek those who care about them and change the political landscape from the red of anger and frustration and greed to the blue of hope and integrity and honor.

The frustration felt by those who have been ignored will result in a tsunami of blue waves that wash across this country in upcoming elections--no matter how much money--the Republicans spend--unless they have chosen to "rig more elections" like 2016.

God knows and He's watching and His purposes and plans will not be frustrated by evil, for He has overcome evil and evil will be overthrown and cast into the pit of darkness, never to be seen or heard from again. Watch for it!

Great Love!

The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. How great is the love The Lord has for us! His love--so great--that it covers our sins and forgives us, giving us chance after chance to get living right for Him!

Now The Lord doesn't "cover" our sin so it is hidden; He covered it with His blood that we might be washed clean, emptying the desire out of us to disobey and filling us with commitment to obey. That is not to say we become perfect at any given time, but because of His everlasting, enduring love, we walk in faith, knowing He will correct us when we stray from the path He determined for us.

Are we on the right path--paved with love?

There is a common, foundational belief that whatever is in us is all that will come out of us.

Therefore, in order for us to walk the life path of love He has destined for us, we must be filled to overflowing with His love--allowing the love to flow onto others, saturating them until there is no room in their hearts for hate. So, if hate is what we see coming forth from people it is because that's all they have within their hearts.

How do we change what we see?

Our lives should be "squared" with love, hope, faith and integrity--so that all that escapes from us is an illustration of what is in us. So, if anyone is lacking in love, hope, faith, and integrity, meet up with those who have demonstrated an unyielding love for others and pray that all they have within will be grafted into your heart.

Without love--we will not care for others and make decisions that are best for all.

Without love--we will not see the needs of those who dare to think differently than we do.

Without love--we will not see that all human beings deserve respect.

Without love--we will not understand that there is no superior race of people.

Without love--we will not understand the power of words in what we say, type, write, tweet or wear on a T-shirt.

Without love--we will not appreciate the diversity of cultures that surround us.

Without love--we will not live to be of service to others.

Love understands and reaches out with hope, speaks with integrity and builds relationships with faith.

Hate destroys.

What's in your heart? Whatever is there is all we'll see and no matter what is said, actions always speak louder than words.

Remember, there is no greater love than the love God has poured into us to share with others.

Serving others always begins with love, endures with love, and ends with love.

Our Hope Sustains Us!

The LORD is known by his acts of justice; the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands. The wicked go down to the realm of the dead, all the nations that forget God. But God will never forget the needy; the hope of the afflicted will never perish.Arise, LORD, do not let mortals triumph; let the nations be judged in your presence. Strike them with terror, LORD; let the nations know they are only mortal. Psalm 9:16-20 NIV

It's a good thing that most of us know--unequivocally--that our hope is in The Lord, not fickle men who change at every whim of thought or criticism.

Apparently, none of the GOP have ever had to deal with "pre-existing conditions" that impair one's ability to get insurance coverage that could either outright save or sustain a person's life. We know because of the farce of a healthcare bill they're trying to pass in the House.

As for the "pious" Representative Mo Brooks from Alabama who thinks "living a good life" keeps a person from having devastating illnesses--well words fail to describe how I feel about this presumption. There are many people who have led "good lives" (depending on that definition) who have succumbed to illnesses. Babies (as illustrated by Jimmy Kimmel) come into the world with illnesses and they haven't had time to "live a good or bad life." Illnesses are not always controlled by the person who suffers from them.

In fact, many illnesses that people suffer from today are the result of corporate negligence that has now been reinstated by the greedy, GOP by rolling back regulates put in place to keep consumers from harm. That says a great deal and if people vote for them again in special elections or in 2018 or ever again, that will say even more about the people voting for them. When people care more about "politicalpartydeference" over what's best for all Americans, we will continue to see the nation devastated by corporate greed.

The fact that there is even an repugnant amount of money set aside in the budget to cover the cost of 45's golf expeditions and modifications to Mar-a-Lago, secret service for all of his adult children should gag everyone who pays taxes.

But our hope-the hope that could belong to all Everyday Americans--is not in the politicized, polarizing party expectations, but in our steadfast belief that God will take care of all who love Him. That is the hope that sustains true Believers--who are not members of the elites--the ultra rich and celebrities--just the majority of the electorate in America--the Everyday Americans.

And we shall prevail as long as we are influenced by the lies and empty promises by those who have demonstrated time-after-time; they don't even know who we are and cannot possibly care about what we need. It's time to tell them. And we shall very shortly. Have You Heard?

Rolling back regulations that safeguard American consumers demonstrates the lack of concern with the quality of life for all Americans because the idiot in the WH is so consumed with hatred of his predecessor that he cannot think beyond his hate.

We have known for some time that he is thin-skinned and a cowardly bully. His criticisms of others in the same office were relentless, but now that the office occupied by him and the criticisms are directed at him--he can't handle the criticisms or the truth. And all of a sudden, since the media prints and broadcasts truth, everyone is ganging up on him and it's all fake news.

Have you heard about all the "fake news" he postulates?  Let's look at some:

• President Obama wire-tapped his phones at Trump Tower.
• There was an act of terrorism in Sweden.
• He is worth ten billion dollars.
• He has no connection with Russia.
• The Trump/Russia discussion is a hoax.
• Climate change is a hoax.
• He has a great brain and the "best words."
• He's a great negotiator.
• He "will be the president for all Americans." (still waiting to see this)
• He's responsible for job growth indicated for February 2017.
• He's responsible for Ford increasing their production.
• Obamacare is a disaster and will implode. (only if he sabotages with reduced funding)
• "I and I alone can fix it."
• "I know more than the generals."
• "On day one..." (and then lies about what he said)
• Hillary is corrupt (projection of himself).
• Hillary is a liar (projection of himself)
• Hillary is a murderer (projection of himself and the lives lost in two military events since January 20, 2017)
• Russia is our friend. (He's too stupid to see how he's being used)
• He's a great businessman (not evident unless he counts all the people he stiffed not paying them or the bankruptcies)
• Running the country is like running a business. (America is not a business)

This list could go on for another 2000 words at least, but my time is limited. We cannot trust anything 45 says because he is a pathological liar and has no acquaintance with truth in any form. His hatred of Obama is the driving force behind all the slashing of the necessary agencies in Washington and he and Bannon are determined to destroy our nation. Our hope cannot be in him or any of the GOP leadership who are obviously in cahoots with him to undermine the security of the nation by catering corporate interests and their ability to get richer without concern for the safety of others.

Our hope--just in case you haven't heard--is in the One who created all things and without whom, nothing was ever created. We cannot get allow ourselves to be exhausted by the daily onslaught of foolishness coming from the White House or the lies promoted and parroted by Sean Spicer and other surrogates, who apparently either haven't heard or don't care, just how stupid they sound trying to defend the idiot in the White House.

Don't stop paying attention to what's revealed in Washington, but don't lose hope because of it; use it to prepare for the storm and onslaught of health issues that are inevitable with the decimation of the EPA and the lack of appropriate healthcare if God doesn't move upon the hearts of those in Congress.

Only The Lord can change the outcome of what buffoons do. He knows them and He knows they won't listen to Him, but they will cave with enough pressure from those the buffoons seek affection. 
Remember--God has warned us through His Word what happens when fools are in charge of anything.
 

Falling Nation!

The LORD detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him. When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity. Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death. The righteousness of the blameless makes their paths straight, but the wicked are brought down by their own wickedness.The righteousness of the upright delivers them, but the unfaithful are trapped by evil desires. Hopes placed in mortals die with them; all the promise of their power comes to nothing.The righteous person is rescued from trouble, and it falls on the wicked instead. There are many reasons why nations fall and civilizations cease to exist and most of those reasons are ensconced in those lead without knowledge or wisdom and are so full of pride, they do need heed the advise of the wise, but choose to hear those who will tell them what they want to hear. And then they wonder why nothing is going right. When enemies see confusion and chaos, they strike and pursue victory because there is no wise counsel and people are subdued by the lack of leadership's ability to make wise decisions.

It is not wise for anyone in leadership to mislead people about anything because sooner or later--truth will surface and they will be humiliated for all the world to see.

It is not wise for anyone in leadership to not have a relationship with truth and integrity and honor for these attributes will carry them to victory and without them, total desolation.

A wise leader seeks the wisdom of those who know more than they know and will heed their advice so they will appear wise.

A wise leader sets their pride aside and seeks knowledge through various avenues and knows how to rightly analyze all the information received.

A wise leader surrounds themselves with people who are wise, have integrity and honor, and will also do what is right for all.

But when wisdom is absent--things fall apart and in the midst of the chaos and confusion, trust is dismantled and the people began to stray outside the boundaries of safety for they do not understand where the boundaries of safety lie.

When people elect politicians with known racist ideas and then they promote them openly, not much will be accomplished since victory never resides within hate.

If we lived in a world in which there was no diversity, everyone looked the same, spoke the same language, believed the same and lived the same--the end of civilization would be inevitable for if God had wanted clones--He could have created them. Since He has established all of the diversity that exists--for the good of all mankind--we should respect His wisdom since He is wiser than we shall ever be.

When we cannot respect the Wisdom of God in all things--especially in accepting and loving all others--we set ourselves for the failure of a nation and when nations fall, hope is futile.

Considering all we see on a daily basis--the lies about the lies perpetuated by the leadership in Washington and the hatred perpetuated by other members of congress exactly what can we hope for?

While I can't speak for others--my hope is in Christ Jesus and when the pillars of hatred and animosity and falsehoods crumble, there will be a remnant who can and will begin the process of rebuilding and refreshing with love and hope of a future with people united in the cause of forward movement, not backward thinking. I hope in a future nation where every ethnic group is respected, where every faith honored and every person treated with equality in all areas. For love reigns--hate has no chance of surviving and if no love abides--then the nation is doomed to fall.

There is indeed safety in the multitude of counselors who are wise and humble and who will seek The Lord in all the decisions that must be made in order to keep our nation from falling into the hands of the reprobates who hate and destroy hope for true liberty and freedom from harassment and tyranny.

Our Hope In The Lord, Not Impotent GOP!

For I hear many whispering, “Terror on every side!” They conspire against me and plot to take my life. But I trust in you, LORD; I say, “You are my God.”My times are in your hands; deliver me from the hands of my enemies, from those who pursue me. Let your face shine on your servant; save me in your unfailing love. Let me not be put to shame, LORD, for I have cried out to you; but let the wicked be put to shame and be silent in the realm of the dead. Let their lying lips be silenced, for with pride and contempt they speak arrogantly against the righteous.How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you. In the shelter of your presence you hide them from all human intrigues; you keep them safe in your dwelling from accusing tongues.Praise be to the LORD, for he showed me the wonders of his love when I was in a city under siege. If we take off the rose-colored glasses and blinders and seek The Lord, we would understand why putting any hope in a delusional reality television celebrity was a waste of time, but could cost the United States dearly.

The uproar heard this weekend is enough to create in the heart of the sane, reasonable doubt about what 2016 Election really means. Across the nation, wherever the impotent GOP went, the outrage was heard and more felt by the constituents of those who refused to hear them. They lied by purporting falsehoods and propaganda--again--which is what caused reasonable people to believe the lies spewed.

There is no death panel anyone past the age of 74 will face. There is no need to use intimidation and fear as a tactic to keep senior citizens compliant--we proved it won't work. There is no need for anyone to think they speak for all women, when all women made their voices known, on either side of the issues--women do not need men to speak for them or make decisions for them.

But then--in order to make points--or at least to appear to make points--the truth gets lost in the midst of the lies. Planned Parenthood does more than provide abortions--they provide birth control--which precludes the need for an abortion. They also provide women important health screening which could save lives. I'm really tired of the false rhetoric pushed by liars in order to gaslight people, promoted by InfoWars, Breitbart, and Fox News.

Of course, considering who is in the White House--sexual predators and abusers of women, it's not difficult to understand the mentality that exists behind many of the budget cuts and policies--against women. When I heard an old, impotent GOP Senator refer to Elizabeth Warren as "little lady" in a belittling manner, I wanted to slap the grin off his face. So, now I get it--when they get too old for Viagra to hide their impotence, they take their frustration out on women--who are stronger than they are and will persist in their endeavor to expose injustice.

Many people who voted for the impotent GOP are now frustrated because they didn't bother to listen to everything they said. They had no intention of recognizing women and they did a phenomenal job of turning women against Hillary. I remember hearing one woman say to a reporter, "a woman couldn't be president because she has hormones." I've seen a lot of hormonal women in action and indeed have been one, but I haven't seen a woman act as stupidly as the toddler-in-chief. So, what's his problem--too much testosterone enhancements or missing brain cells?

Instead of ramping up policies for law-abiding citizens (especially when invoking ancient rules on the Senate floor), these old, white men, should retire and sit at home watching sports or reading their latest edition of, "Why It Won't Work Any More." If you think I'm angry, you'd be half-right and I won't bother to tell you about the other half. Before you think my comment is racist--against old white men--think again; if old black men or old Asian men or old Latino men (or any others) disrespected women, I'd say the same thing--but then again, it wasn't old black, Latino, or Asian men who disrespected Elizabeth Warren--it was Mitch McConnell in support of his equally repugnant crony, Jeff Sessions.

Looking at who the majority is--sitting in both houses--old white men--we have to understand--our hope cannot be in them; our hope must be in The Lord and in those who hear Him speak to their hearts. We know the old impotent ones are not hearing Him for if they were listening and obeying; they would realize they work for the Americans who voted for them in the first place--not the president--who bullies.

For all the women who understand, our outrage is real and will not subside until the impotent ones are no longer in a position to make decisions for us--I applaud each and every one and know this--I, too, shall persist in making known all the injustices occurring as a result of old frustrated impotent men, who are afraid of strong women.

The Lord will prevail since it is apparent that He cannot count on the "impotent ones" to do what is right for all human beings; especially those in the United States. Nevertheless, we will persist and we will prevail because The Lord is on our side and with Him at the forefront of every battle, we shall know victory on every side.

Our hope is You, Lord! We are listening and we will obey!

Our Future Is Not Constrained!

This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says to all those I carried into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon: “Build houses and settle down; plant gardens and eat what they produce. Marry and have sons and daughters; find wives for your sons and give your daughters in marriage, so that they too may have sons and daughters. Increase in number there; do not decrease. Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the LORD for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.” Yes, this is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: “Do not let the prophets and diviners among you deceive you. Do not listen to the dreams you encourage them to have. They are prophesying lies to you in my name. I have not sent them,” declares the LORD. This is what the LORD says: “When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 23:4-11 NIV

No matter what has happened or what is happening in our world, our future is secure when we know God's plans will come to pass. We have nothing to fear in the battle and we shall win!

There though be dark clouds of doubt,
Shadows creeping into the crevices of our minds,
We defeat the enemy and burst his bubble,
Of fame and glory with praise to Our God!

Never think for a moment we are forgotten,
For our God is not man and He never forgets,
Those who love Him and just Believe

When we know who we are and who He is,
Nothing the enemy does can shake our faith,
In the One who created all things and without Him,
Nothing was ever created--without a purpose for His glory!
Be strong in His might and know

Our Hope In God!

The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth.For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving,  because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer. If you point these things out to the brothers and sisters, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, nourished on the truths of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed. Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales; rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. This is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance. That is why we labor and strive, because we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all people, and especially of those who believe. I Timothy 4:1-10 NIV

Spirit of the Living God, fall fresh on me

Spirit of the Living God, fall fresh on me!

What Holy Spirit speaks to our hearts is the best intelligence we could ever receive for He knows the ins from the outs and all around us what is going on in the hearts of men, women and children. When we believe that He is indeed the purveyor of truth to all who will receive, we are fortified against the wiles of the enemy and all the lies he promotes. I am so glad I know The Lord for myself and have no need for any others to convince me of His goodness. For whatever Holy Spirit speaks to my heart, comes to pass, whether I agree with it or not. God's truth does not change based upon what we believe; His truth is truth in spite of what we believe and He never lies.

And since we know God is not a man that He should lie, and that in fact he hates liars, we do not have to wonder about the beliefs of others who claim to be Christians. If people support a liar, they do not belong to God. If people promote lies, they do not belong to God. If people attempt to malign others based upon the perpetuation of lies, they do not belong to God.

So how is it that many so-called Christians are supporting a demon? And that is what the overaged-tantrum-throwing-toddler--narcissistic megalomanic about to be sworn in as president of the United States is--and only the liars are not willing to admit what they have done. The rest of us know!

Instead of seeing what was behind the "Make America Great Again" slogan, they failed to realize the depths of deception  used by the devil who influenced the rallying cry and those who were despondent and angry chose the devil--totally deceived by the ungodly rhetoric he spewed. The plan--as we who can see beyond any bias can tell--is unfolding daily and soon--if Congressional leaders will not do their job and uphold their oath of office, we'll be in bed in Putin--simply because he has leverage over the devil elected by sightless people.

Readers beware: I can fully appreciate your engagement with my blogs, but I will not allow any person who puts their pants on the same way I do to influence what I write. I will write as directed by Holy Spirit and if that's a problem for you--Godspeed!

And while I'm brushing up on enough Russian to oppose the invasion, I'll be praying that all who truly serve The Lord, and know His Word for themselves, will be fortified daily with a fresh anointing in Holy Spirit and maintain their Hope in God! God still has the last word in all that happens in the land!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--29!

Praise the LORD. I will extol the LORD with all my heart in the council of the upright and in the assembly. Great are the works of the LORD; they are pondered by all who delight in them. Glorious and majestic are his deeds, and his righteousness endures forever. He has caused his wonders to be remembered; the LORD is gracious and compassionate. He provides food for those who fear him; he remembers his covenant forever. He has shown his people the power of his works, giving them the lands of other nations. The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy. They are established for ever and ever, enacted in faithfulness and uprightness. He provided redemption for his people; he ordained his covenant forever— holy and awesome is his name. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise. Psalm 111 NIV

Day Twenty-Nine

O Lord--How excellent is Your Name! How wonderful You are to consider those of us to be used by You. How delightful it is to serve You, knowing that our reward and eternal place of rest is secured by our obedience to You.

Lord, we thank You for the insight You give us when we seek understanding of what's going on around. Only You, Lord could provide us with answers since sometimes, we don't even know what questions to ask. But You, in all of Your magnificence--know all and give us what we need when we take time to hear You.

As we continue through this day and enter the fray to right the wrongs we see--continue to keep us focused on hearing You. Continue to strengthen us with boldness and courage to keep calling out lies and liars, enablers and users, the corrupt and the greedy. Continue to pour wisdom into us and insight beyond the surface of the matter so we may warn with vigilance of impending danger and speak to the hearts of those who listen so they too may become watchmen in these clouded days--shrouded with deception and cloaked with all manner of unrighteousness. Seer to the core of their beings all those who take advantage of the vulnerable, the weak-minded, those easily influenced as well as those who are mentally incapable of making distinctions between those who love them and those who are using them.

Lord, we know that You will not withhold any good thing from any of Your children and so we wait--having placed our petitions before You, having boldly approached Your throne, trusting our hope and faith in You for all things--knowing that You see and know all things and will not allow us to be dismayed for long.

Lord, look upon this nation of people--use those who love You and set aside those who profane You and disdain You--keeping them out of the way--so the victory cry--will not be hindered by any who pretend to know You.

We are marching forward--eyes wide open--with joy in our hearts, knowing with Jesus in the forefront of every battle--victory is won and we are more than conquerors through Him who loves us. Hallelujah for victory in Jesus!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--17!

In the LORD I take refuge. How then can you say to me: “Flee like a bird to your mountain. For look, the wicked bend their bows; they set their arrows against the strings to shoot from the shadows at the upright in heart. When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?” The LORD is in his holy temple; the LORD is on his heavenly throne. He observes everyone on earth; his eyes examine them. The LORD examines the righteous, but the wicked, those who love violence, he hates with a passion. On the wicked he will rain fiery coals and burning sulfur; a scorching wind will be their lot. Day Seventeen

Lord Jesus,

We are so thankful for Your love, wisdom, mercy and goodness that will surely follow us all the days of our lives. We thank You for allowing us to see through the schemes and wiles of the enemy so we know how to prepare for the wickedness. Our hope is You and You alone and we patiently wait to hear Your voice speak to our hearts in the midst of the chaos and confusion that surround so many.

Lord, we know You know the thoughts of the righteous as well as the wicked. We ask that all thoughts of evil plotted against the righteous be turned back to them so they know the fullness of the Hamanesque Effect. And let not the righteous think we can escape the folly of our own actions, but in all things--we seek Your direction in what we do--not by digging ditches into which we may fall, but armed with truth, marching forward with boldness and courage--sharing truth with all who will receive.

In spite of the naysayers, the hatermongers, and the doubters--continue to strengthen us in our resolve to see wrong righted and the crooked straightened to the benefit of all who love You and will obey Your Word.

Lord, remove the blinders from those who refuse to see truth about the real enemy of this land, and unstop their ears so they can hear truth and then anoint their tongues to speak truth and not lies and their feet to spread love and not hate.

Create in us O God, a heart and desire to please You on a daily basis and when true victory is won in this current battle, we will rejoice and praise You so the world will know--You are Lord and the only One worthy of our praise. Hallelujah!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--13!

When the Ziphites had gone to Saul and said, “Is not David hiding among us?” Save me, O God, by your name; vindicate me by your might. Hear my prayer, O God; listen to the words of my mouth. Arrogant foes are attacking me; ruthless people are trying to kill me— people without regard for God. Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me. Let evil recoil on those who slander me; in your faithfulness destroy them. I will sacrifice a freewill offering to you; I will praise your name, LORD, for it is good. You have delivered me from all my troubles, and my eyes have looked in triumph on my foes. Psalm 54 NIV

Day Thirteen

You, O Lord, are the lifter of our heads, the bright and morning star.

Listen to our hearts and know our thoughts about every situation and save us from the enemy of arrogance and narcissism, from those who are mentally unstable in positions of authority, and are driven by greed and corruption.

Give us direction and continual hope to stay focused on You and Your in the midst of all the mindlessness that surrounds and threatens the peace of nations.

For every heart that desires to hear You, speak to them and pour out wisdom from on high, so those in authority will govern righteously, not out of pettiness and vengefulness.

Lord, we know that nothing happens in our lives that You did not already know about and we know that in the end, we will be victorious with You going ahead of us in battle.

Strengthen our resolve to stay bold and courageous, fighting injustice on all fronts, standing up and speaking up for the poor and the needy who feel they have no voice. For every person who reveals their hatred and bigotry and racism, help us to stand firm as a beacon of hope and light, dispelling  the darkness that abides in their hearts.

Even when it seems like all is lost--remind us of Your love and mercy and grace--that accompany us everywhere we go.

Lord, we thank You for covering us with Your precious blood--keeping all the evil at bay the enemy has plotted against us and for every dart levied our way, return it to those who throw them with more power than they had.

You alone continue to be worthy of all the praise and glory. You alone are the strength we need when we feel weak. You alone, O God, are savior to all who will receive You as such and You are alone--know the end from the beginning of all we see or can predict.

Thank You for hearing and answering our prayers and responding to needs of all who love You. In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--12!

Have mercy on me, my God, have mercy on me, for in you I take refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed. Day Twelve

Lord Jesus,

We know You see how those who love You are treated and vilified; how liars spread falsehoods and engage in activities designed to bring us to a place of disaster. But we know, how much You love us and how much You care for all who love You. We thank You for Your faithfulness towards and continued mercy and grace.

Lord, look upon all those who dare to plot against Your children and deliver unto them the same fate they plot against us.

For every foul deed they plot--have it turn again unto them. For every lie they tell to make themselves seem more than they are--expose the lie with truth for all to see.

For every trap they lay--let them be caught in the traps of their making.

For every pit they dig--let them fall into them and suffer whatever plight they planned for others.

For every lie they tell--send ten messengers of truth to expose their lies.

For every deception they plot to fool others--let them fall into the peril of being deceived more mightily than they planned.

For everything they plan to steal to enrich themselves--let it be stolen from them one hundred times more.

Lord, for everyone who plans to do what is right--let their good deeds be known to all and their reward be great.

For everyone who gives out of the capacity of their heart to those who are in need, let their giving be returned unto them one hundredfold.

For everyone who loves--unconditionally--everyone they meet--let the love they share with others be returned without measure so they will continue to love.

For those who encourage hope--to keep others moving forward and never in despair--keep the flame of hope ignited and never let it die within them.

For those who are feeling unloved and discouraged--send to them one who knows You and Your love and is willing to share Your love with others.

For those who are without shelter--guide them to safety and keep them covered, embraced by love and a shelter without fear of being robbed or abused.

Lord, You are the greatest gift we could ever be given--our salvation, our hope, our light in the midst of darkness, our strength to keep moving forward--sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

You, O Lord, are an awesome God! There is truly none like You and No One who will do the things You do for those You love. Our precious is Your love to all who seek to be loved and wide Your arms to gather, embrace and hold onto each of us--keeping us safe from harm.

Look upon this land and into the hearts of all and do justice according to Your mercy as only You can. In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--10!

Day Ten

O Lord,

If the meadows and valleys can shout for joy and sing, surely Your children, those You have chosen as messengers and Watchmen can do no less.

You are the God of our salvation and we have no need to fear what the enemy might do, for You have prepared us in more ways than one to stand firm on Your Word and never waver, never doubt Your faithfulness towards us and to always walk embraced by love and mercy.

As the days unfold, one by one and we see the events revealed that demonstrate the lack of love for You and our brothers and sisters, we can still look to You--our hope and our help--for with You all things are possible and we will know victory in every area of our lives.

For those who are discouraged--encourage their hearts, Lord by speaking to them and reminding them how much loved they are. Give them a desire to keep going and to allow the love of Holy Spirit to flow through their bodies and into their minds, giving them courage and boldness to speak up and stand up for righteousness and to fight against the evil that attempts to overtake us.

Lord, remind those who think they are superior to other human beings that You created one man, one woman and commanded them to multiply and cover the face of the earth as one human race. Though our tongues speak many languages and our skin tones are many hues, we are yet one--one race, one blood, one of Your Children for whom You have prepared a place for us in heaven.

Lord, catheterize every heart and drain all hate from it replacing every void with love, peace, mercy and kindness, with joy overflowing into the lives of all who are around us.

Thank You for granting us an opportunity to spend time with You--allowing You to nurture our souls and replenish our hope and joy as events of the day attempt to drain us. Thank You for loving us enough to use us for good and not evil. Thank You for molding and shaping us to be more like You every morning we rise.

Because of You, O Lord, we can hold our heads high, knowing who we are and what we have in You. Because of You, we can sing out loud our praise for You and never fear what others may think or say. Because of You, we can move forward--desiring nothing more than to see peace and love overflow in the earth so all may come to know You and be glad about it.

Thank You, Lord for one more day to give You praise and to see the marvelous works we know will result in our obedience to You. In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen!
