On The Road to Vindication!

Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited. Do not repay anyone evil for evil. For all who lied said God chose trump to lead this nation, the time of reckoning is upon us and God will show up and show out--exposing all those who lied to the nation. We don't have to concern ourselves with how God will avenge us--that is His decision, but many won't like what happens and they'll hang their head in shame.

Don't think for a moment that I'm just looking at the election results from yesterday, but I'm also reflecting upon the election results from 2016 that was rigged with Russian assistance and coordinated by members of the trump campaign. The evil that brought us into the election cycle with a liar, a thief and a traitor will turn upon itself and God will expose the liars, grifters, and evil they sought to do by immersing America into Russian authoritarianism. I'm also looking forward to see the results of 2020--in which all known players in the 2016 election rigging will be known and peace can once again reside in the hearts of every Everyday American. Love always triumphs over hate--though it may seem slow, in God's timing we will see the vindication of The Lord and how He avenges His name.

I look forward to running a presidential campaign that invites all to join and leaves none pushed aside. I also look forward to winning and establishing an administration that looks like America where everyone is represented with equal opportunity to determine the direction in which our country continues. I look forward to seeking those who have Talents, Integrity, Enthusiasm and Strategies to win and serve the people of this great country. And know this--I am not proclaiming I am God's choice, but that I am willing to be used by God to serve this nation in a way that will glorify Him and not me, promoting love and not hate, peace and not war, cooperation and not stagnation or obstruction to make sure ideas that benefit the masses are implemented!

The journey will not be an easy one, but I look forward with personal satisfaction in knowing that I was right all along and the insight given to me by God will be proven accurate. Whether those who mocked me or told me I was wrong is not an issue. They will have to live with their own consciences, not me.

When we live according to The Word, not people--justice--though delayed--will reign and God's vindication will be known throughout the world. I thank God that He has filled me to overflowing with love and gratitude because of His love for me. With His love overflowing from my heart--there is no room for hatred and bigotry and no decision I make will be driven by hate, but desire to serve the needs of the people who make this nation great.

We are on the road to vindication as a nation--those of us who know truth will live truth and exercise truth in all we do and be victorious as a Blue Tsunami floods the country in 2018 and in 2020. Our trials in dealing with a treasonous administration will end with triumph over the evil plotted against Americans in 2016. God will repay!

Now Is The Time For Action!

In his arrogance the wicked man hunts down the weak, who are caught in the schemes he devises. He boasts about the cravings of his heart; he blesses the greedy and reviles the LORD. In his pride the wicked man does not seek him; in all his thoughts there is no room for God. His ways are always prosperous; your laws are rejected by him; he sneers at all his enemies. He says to himself, “Nothing will ever shake me.” He swears, “No one will ever do me harm.” His mouth is full of lies and threats; trouble and evil are under his tongue. He lies in wait near the villages; from ambush he murders the innocent. His eyes watch in secret for his victims; like a lion in cover he lies in wait. He lies in wait to catch the helpless; he catches the helpless and drags them off in his net. His victims are crushed, they collapse; they fall under his strength.He says to himself, “God will never notice; he covers his face and never sees.” Arise, LORD! Lift up your hand, O God. As a strong believer in the power of prayer, I also understand that praying without taking appropriate action won't accomplish much. Yes, we need to pray for people in times of crisis and tragedy, but we also need to take action--not just the Everyday Americans who're praying, but the legislators who have the authority to change the way we do business and to curtail the evil nurtured in those who do not know God.

There is a time for prayer--daily, as often as one needs to talk to God--but then if we want to see concrete results of prayer, we must DO SOMETHING in order to see our prayers answered. Faith--total confidence in God--requires action on the part of the people praying, not just giving lip service in a time of crisis. Yes, "our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of tragedy," may make us feel better that we said something, but does it make sense for us to keep saying the same thing, over and over again, when our lawmakers--hold within their hands the power to change the landscape of tragedy into one of hope and saved lives?

I'm praying that all of those legislators who have so happily received funding from NRA will now, reject further involvement by them and act on principle and morality instead of party partisanship. It is time to set aside greed and govern according to the needs of people across America who have suffered loss or injury from out of control people using guns. We NEED COMMON SENSE GUN LEGISLATION, NOW! The discussion needs to be held now, not later when the sensationalism has subsided, but now while wounds are still gaping and bleeding and graves waiting to embrace the innocent. Now, is the time, legislators must stop procrastinating and DO SOMETHING to save lives and end the carnage that erupts by those who are either mentally unstable or just plain evil.

And to be clear, evil doesn't just rise to the surface unexpectedly. It rises out of careful nurturing over time, being fed and watered out of hate of self and others and those who are partaking of the nurturing, should also be punished for the role they play in the senseless loss of life. Evil doesn't hide--it parades itself for all to see and someone watching the parade should speak up and try to direct the evil to turn aside into a place of peace and love so healing can begin.

As a nation, we cannot afford to sit idly by and say nothing--we must speak out and force our elected officials to do their job for the sake of all, not the gun lobbyists and manufacturers. Now is the time for action; getting beyond lip service to bring about legislative change to protect us all.

I pray we can affect this legislation immediately, but if we can't, I urge all to keep pushing for Common Sense Gun Legislation (CSGL) and in 2018 and 2020 vote for candidates who will get it done--forsaking the all mighty dollars of the NRA, in order to save lives.

Where Are The Watchmen (Part 4)

"Therefore, son of man, say to your people, 'If someone who is righteous disobeys, that person's former righteousness will count for nothing. And if some who is wicked repents, that person's former wickedness will not bring condemnation. The righteous person who sins will not be allowed to live even though they were formerly righteous.' If I tell a righteous person that they will surely live, but then they trust in their righteousness and do evil, none of the righteous things that person has done will be remembered; they will die for the evil they have done. And if I say to a wicked person, 'You will surely die,' but they then turn away from their sin and do is just and right--if they give back what they took in pledge for a loan, return what they have stolen, follow the decrees that give life, and do no evil--that person will surely live; they will not die. None of the sins that person has committed will be remembered against them. They have done what is just and right; they will surely live. Ezekiel 33:12-16 NIV

It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not keep it.

The sinner has a better chance of making it to heaven once they repent--turning completely away from their sin and turning to God than the self-righteous who claimed to know God and yet will not live according to God's ways--loving all!

What we see in Washington with the religious-right GOP (including trump is neither a Christian or Republican)--are those who proclaim to know God, yet do not know how to live Godly lives.

We know from God's Word that He hates liars and lies.

We know from God's Word that when the righteous turn to evil, they have lost their claim to heaven.

We know from God's Word that He came down to earth in the likeness of sinful flesh to take sin upon Himself so we might be saved.

We know from God's Word that it is better for us if we never claim to know God than to claim to know Him and then reject His ways.

This is what happens when we study God's Word: we know! Only those who never study, never understand, can refute the truth of God's Word and humiliate themselves in front of others. 

My take from the above-mentioned passage of scripture is that Pence is leading the pack (Sessions, Gorsuch, Ryan, McConnell, et al) of those who claim to be righteous, but are trusting in their own righteousness and rejecting God's Word--to love. If they were truly righteous, they would defend the rights of the poor and the needy, embrace all human life and encourage love for one another. This is not what they do. They make distinctions as to who they'll care about and who they'll reject. They choose corporations and generous donors over the needs of Everyday Americans.

At the moment, they (GOP) are rejecting: any and all persons who do not look like them, worship like them or live like them. Though they claim to be "pro-life" they are actually, pro-fetus because they care less about the life after it appears and we know this by all the legislation they promote that denies access to healthcare for the poor, education for the poor, and opportunity to gain wealth since they want to hoard all the wealth for themselves.

The GOP want to defund Planned Parenthood, an organization that serves the poor and women. They claim their stance against abortion is why, but if they impede women from having access to birth control and other services that helps to keep living (cancer screening, etc.), they prove they are misogynistic and nowhere in the Bible are we told to mistreat women.

So, in Christ Jesus (those believing and living according to His Word) you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Galatians 3:26-29 NIV (parenthetical is mine). 

We know that many of the "religious-right" confuse Old Testament historical knowledge with "contemporary application," but that's because they do not understand what their relationship with Christ should produce.  Yes, we can look back at what God said through the prophets and apply what much is said to us in the 21st Century. That is for our understanding, not our doing. God used the prophets to speak to the people "before" He appeared in the earth. It is because of His appearance in the earth and His return to heaven, leaving behind His Spirit--that we can "all" have access to Him, directly.

Okay, I know some will be offended by what I've already said, but I will not retract any of it. People are offended by truth especially when truth reveals their hypocrisy. I will speak His truth no matter how many are offended for people have neither heaven or hell for me--only God does. I'm not sacrificing my mansion to appease people. And those who do--turn from righteousness to wickedness and evil--have a place reserved for them, too-- in the lake of fire.

We should carefully consider who we put into positions of authority and power and know by their love for others whether or not they belong to Christ. If they have no love for others, they cannot rightfully claim a relationship with Christ. Pause and meditate on that and willingly receive truth about the nation's leaders in Washington. Time to make a change.

Where Are The Watchmen? (Part 3)

Son of man, say to the Israelites, "This is what you are saying: "Our offenses and sins weigh us down, and we are wasting away because of them. How then can we live?" 'Say to them, 'As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?" Ezekiel 33:10,11 NIV

If we are--born-again, true Believers and know we are Spiritual Israel--do we hear Ezekiel speaking to us now?

For those who are truly Believers and know their role as watchman, we hear and we must continue to warn the people to turn from their evil ways. Turn now, while they yet have a chance.

I'm going to go on the wall today, beseeching the Republican Congress to turn--turn from the wickedness that allowed them to sit in Congress today; turn from the evil they put into the White House, and turn back to God--acting with integrity and knowing how to live as Christ wants us to live.

Turn--from the evil that keeps them from seeing the devastation they wish to put upon the poor and needy, depriving them of the ability to live long healthy lives.

Turn--from the evil of greed and corrupt riches and see God in all they do, knowing our God is not concerned with material riches, but the state of the soul in all things.

Turn--from having a blind eye, disavowing everything revealed about the current evil that resides in the White House and all they do to erode democracy.

Turn--from being obsessed with power--illegitimately obtained with the help of Russian hacking and disinformation.

Turn--from disavowing truth with deflections, distractions, denials, and distortions created in the minds of evil people who will face truth.

Turn--from feeding main stream media misinformation and outright lies just to support talking points of a deluded party.

Turn--from misleading the gullible and creating an atmosphere for their continued frenzy of hatred and bigotry.

Turn--from the loyalty to party and turn back to loyalty to country, upholding your oaths of office.

Turn--from trying to appease corporate donors and the wealthiest of the population when it will bring ruin to many families.

Turn--from promoting attitudes of superiority, feeding the hate-filled frenzy of the white supremacists and other hate groups.

Turn--from thinking that God is not watching or has turned a blind eye to the lies and corruption bubbling over on a daily basis.

God is not mocked and knows the heart and intent of everyone--those who believe in Him, obey Him and those who don't.

The Republican-led Congress is not doing anything to benefit Americans, but to destroy American democracy to appease a madman who knows no truth, and will sell America to the highest bidder, which happens to be Russia--to compensate for his debt to them.

How long O Republicans will you not do your jobs? How long O Republicans will you allow 22 million Americans to suffer? How long O Republicans will it take for you to admit your role in the corrupted 2016 Election? How long will you deny participation in the most devastating corruption of a Presidential election of our times. How long? How long? How long will it take you to turn back to God--confessing, repenting, and resigning? Is saving face by going along with the foolishness more important than saving our democracy?

You have a responsibility to America to do what's best for all Americans and if you abdicate your responsibility, whatever happens to you is what you deserve.

I'm seeking the support of every American, regardless of political affiliation to support my run for president in the 2020 election. I am more than qualified to fill the position per Constitutional requirements and understand how government runs, have no Russian ties or Connections, no political baggage to lug around, love to read and write and don't play golf. I am wise enough to know what I don't know and to seek the expertise of those who do know and heed sound advice. My integrity does not have a price tag attached nor do I cave to intimidation or bribes. If this sounds like the type of person you want for president, please let me know I can count on you when I declare my candidacy, officially, at a later date.

God Has Plans For Evil!

Why do you boast of evil, you mighty hero? Why do you boast all day long, you are a disgrace in the eyes of God? You who practice deceit, your tongue plots destruction; it is like a sharpened razor. You love evil rather than good, falsehood rather than speaking the truth. You love every harmful word, you deceitful tongue! Surely God will bring you down to everlasting ruin: He will snatch you up and pluck you from your tent; he will uproot you form the land of the living. The righteous will see and fear; they will laugh at you, saying, Here now is the man who did not make God his stronghold but trusted in his great wealth and grew strong by destroying others! (v.1-7)
But I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God; I trust in God's unfailing love for ever and ever. For what you have done I will always praise you in the presence of your faithful people. And I will hope in your name, for your name is good. Psalm 52 NIV

I could stop right here and say nothing more. Those who have discerning spirits can see how The Word (v 1-7) applies to our current resident in the Oval Office.

Think back to all the campaign rhetoric spewed (most of which GOPers say we shouldn't give much credence). Think about all the evil trump encouraged and spouted about every one of his opponents.

Think about all the hateful merchandise sold at his hate-filled rallies and all the hateful chants ignited by him and other spokespersons like Michael Flynn and Jeff Sessions as well as others. Think about it and reflect upon it and then connect the dots to what we see--the reality of the rhetoric--alive and well in the White House.

We know Russia hijacked the election for trump and trump and key Republicans collaborated in the effort--which is why none of the House or Senate GOP have much to say about the disgraceful mess unfolding from the White House. They knew and they wanted power so badly they went along with it. The bad part is--they were instrumental in convincing the Evangelical leaders to go along with their madness. And if any of the "Religious Right" are still supporting this administration, they prove they hate America and all we stand for.

No knowledge of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, or Declaration of Independence has been demonstrated by trump. He has no knowledge of history and certainly not of geography (aptly demonstrated in both trips abroad).

His voice patterns indicate his ineptness at understanding the importance of "reading material" before trying to give it as a speech before the public. He is slow--hesitant--and indicates a lack of understanding how to pronounce certain words. In the presence of truly powerful men--his tone is submissive, not firm and assertive; but at his rallies, he practically screams because he knows those who attend are the undereducated and ill-informed and won't challenge his knowledge about anything. They just accept.

But the last two verses in this Psalm should serve as encouragement for the righteous--those who try to live right before God without committing the atrocities we see committed by trump. We will flourish in the presence of God and all those who committed evil and plotted the destruction of American democracy. We shall be victorious in coming elections and we shall be wise in our selection of people who should lead us for coming generations, so we'll never see the likes of this type of evil again, in America.

When Evil Frustrates!

The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good. Where are the true Patriots in the Republican party in Washington, DC?

Is there one--just one Republican--who speaks truth any more?

Is there one--just one Republican--who cares about the poor and needy?

Is there one--just one Republican--who is more loyal to country than "pledged loyalty to a man" who has no values other than greed and power?

Is there one--just one Republican--who cares more about their constituents than their party agenda?

Is there one--just one Republican--who is bold enough to stand up and speak out against the atrocious policies being implemented that discriminate against the poor and promote hatred?

Is there one--just one Republican--who is courageous enough to convince the party to put an end to this charade of a presidency that has the world laughing at America?

If there is one--then where are they and what's taking them so long to stand up and uphold the oath of office they took or does that oath no longer mean anything?

Have they--succumbed to greed and need for power over doing what is best for the entire country?

Where is the  moral outrage of the so-called christians who voted for all the "negligent, obstructionists" who put evil in the seats of government?

It would appear to me, that everything we say--as Christians and Americans--we value has gone out the window with our current leadership and no one seems to care about the people or what they need. No longer do we see integrity and honor ruling in the hearts of those in position of leadership. No longer do we see patriotism honored by elected leaders who have apparently forgotten--the voters who elected them. No longer do we see those who have publicly taken oaths of office--uphold them.
 

But we--who truly know God and live according to His precepts and are loyal to Him--understand how God will frustrate the plans of those who frustrate the plans of the poor.

For this reason--there is fear and anxiety--overcoming reason and logic by those who plot evil or won't stand against it.

For this reason--instability and anger--rests upon those who do not know God and will not obey Him.

For this reason--many Republicans--are afraid to face their constituents and hide from them.

For this reason--the American people--will seek those who care about them and change the political landscape from the red of anger and frustration and greed to the blue of hope and integrity and honor.

The frustration felt by those who have been ignored will result in a tsunami of blue waves that wash across this country in upcoming elections--no matter how much money--the Republicans spend--unless they have chosen to "rig more elections" like 2016.

God knows and He's watching and His purposes and plans will not be frustrated by evil, for He has overcome evil and evil will be overthrown and cast into the pit of darkness, never to be seen or heard from again. Watch for it!

Resist The Devil!

What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you?You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God.When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God. Or do you think Scripture says without reason that he jealously longs for the spirit he has caused to dwell in us? But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.” Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.  James 4:10 NIV (read all of James)

There is indeed a need to resist the devil in our midst--the evil that comes from the White House--connected with Russian ties.

What causes someone to want to fight and quarrel and only see the negative side of anything that doesn't pertain to them? What resides inside the person who thinks that as long as the news is about him and all he does--it has to be positive and favorable or otherwise it's fake news?

What we see--on a daily basis--is an attempt to subvert and circumvent elements of laws and constitutional policy to push a political agenda that can only end in either civil insurrection or war.
The lies and liars are playing a leading role on the American stage and the world is watching, shaking their heads in total wonderment and some--who didn't like us anyway, are gearing up to take on the bully--who is actually a cowardly lion who's making a lot of noise, but has no bite.

What we have in the White House is an illiterate person, who cannot read and signs Executive Orders for show, and doesn't really know what he's signing because no one consulted him about the content. He's just giddy with power and having an opportunity to make something of the optics when he's shown signing his name which he proudly displays, pretty much like a third-grader, just learning how to write in cursive.

The "reality tv" king is exposing for all the world to see, not only does he not have on a royal robe, but he also lacks the intellect and stamina to sustain and maintain a position of leadership--without the world laughing at his efforts.

It is truly sad that he has never learned the art of being friendly for friendship's sake, but has always eyed a situation in order to see how he could best benefit from it. Yesterday, with the Prime Minister from Japan, who he made quite uncomfortable with a prolonged jerky handshake--attempting a photo op--made it clear for all to see, he's not sincerely likeable. And that was not the first time. Apparently, no one has coached him on how to "shake hands" without make a nuisance of himself.

Even during the joint press conference, while Prime Minister Abe was speaking, 45 never had on the earphones by which he could have heard the translation, but stood at his podium nodding like a fool, never understanding anything. Had he worn them, he would have heard the Prime Minister attempting to give him some sage advice about leadership.

But since 45 thinks he knows everything, not many can offer him advice and those who do, are not playing nice--since they're the ones who want him out of the way so they can take the reins and lead this country backwards.

If there was any integrity or honor in 45, he would have seen with open eyes--the chaos he created with all the lies and propaganda and stepped aside--admitting he is not the legitimate president.

And yet he persists with his mythical twist of lies about voter fraud and considering how he projects onto others what he is guilty of--someone should look into it--and discover just how fraudulent this election really was since it favored him.

Now, those of us who know the truth have a job to do and do we must to show the world there are real Patriots in the land, more than just one man who lies, and we will persist and won't desist as we continue to resist the devil in the White House.

Do We Get It Yet?

For this is what the high and exalted One says— he who lives forever, whose name is holy: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite. I will not accuse them forever, nor will I always be angry, for then they would faint away because of me— the very people I have created.I was enraged by their sinful greed; I punished them, and hid my face in anger, yet they kept on in their willful ways. I have seen their ways, but I will heal them; I will guide them and restore comfort to Israel’s mourners, creating praise on their lips. Peace, peace, to those far and near,” says the LORD. “And I will heal them.” But the wicked are like the tossing sea, which cannot rest, whose waves cast up mire and mud. “There is no peace,” says my God, “for the wicked.” Isaiah 57:15-21 NIV

There is not one person on earth who has never sinned, never gotten everything right the first time. This is why Jesus came--to provide us a means of being cleansed and never totally forgotten, but forgiven, as we continue to get living right--the way He intends for us to live. He will keep us sheltered in His loving arms until we return to Him--living with Him, for all eternity.

However, the wicked--shall not dwell with The Lord forever for they continue in wickedness even when their sins are exposed and their evil intent revealed for all to see. They are blinded by their own desires to be great--when all they end up doing is making fools of themselves and greatness--will never be theirs. They seek fame and become infamous; they want notoriety and become notorious; they seek glory and are seen as gory. The end of the wicked and their eternity is already fixed in the lake of fire.

Though the wicked will act as though they are the wise, their true selves are soon seen and woe to those who believed anything they said. Their self-important wisdom is seen as foolishness and those who were gaslighted with all the falsehoods about great things--will end up in the muck and mire of all they detested.

The wickedness spilling over from Republicans will end up costing many their lives and this group--proclaims to be "pro-life." How can anyone be "pro-life when they make laws giving coal mines permission to contaminate and poison water? They are de-regulating food safety mechanisms, ripping apart the safe-guards put in place to protect the environment, the poor air quality will have us wearing masks like the Chinese and because healthcare is not important to them, people will die a slow agonizing deaths--because the pro-lifers didn't value their lives. What irony from a party who claims to love The Lord!  It would appear they love money and corporate greed far more than they love God and certainly they have demonstrated they have no love for those they can see, struggling on a daily basis. or perhaps--they don't want to see them.

The good will have their day and the wicked--will certainly know the consequences of their actions--sooner than they expect. God is watching--He sees, He hears, and He knows our thoughts from afar. He knows who belongs to Him and who doesn't. I'm willing to bet (though I don't gamble) that over 80% of those who claim to love God and are supporting a Republican agenda, are lying to themselves and they are certainly making a mockery of how God's love is manifested towards others by those who truly have received the love of God, and know how to love. Perhaps, they need to read the Gospel of John and all of his letters--again, and again, and again, until the love of God is revealed to them and in them.

Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person.But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. There is so much more in The Word and in John's letters that reveal who we are by what we do, rather than what we say. God's love towards us is unconditional and so should our love be for others.

Who's Your Daddy?

I am telling you what I have seen in the Father’s presence, and you are doing what you have heard from your father. “Abraham is our father,” they answered. “If you were Abraham’s children,” said Jesus, “then you would do what Abraham did. As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things. You are doing the works of your own father.” “We are not illegitimate children,” they protested. “The only Father we have is God himself.” Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me. Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me! Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don’t you believe me? Whoever belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God.” John 8:38-47 NIV

Truth is truth and a lie is lie and a liar is liar. There is no way to "pretty up ugliness from within." A common phrase known by many is, "beauty is only skin deep," and if that's true, when ugly hits the surface, we know ugliness dwells in the depths of a person's soul.

You see, I'm not referring to a person's looks, but their attitude and behavior. I've known some very "unattractive" people by "people standards" who were the most beautiful people I've ever met. And then I've known some attractive people who were downright ugly.

A person's beauty or ugliness has nothing to do with their physical appearance as far as I'm concerned; nor do I waste my time trying to determine if a newborn looks like its mother or father--a newborn baby looks like a newborn baby--lovable.

But then we grow up and as babies grow and develop--their physical features sharpen, their personality is revealed and for the most part, what we see in a seven year-old is what we'll see in a seventy-year old if there is no discipline in the child's life.

For the most part, the frontal lobe of our brains are not fully developed until we're somewhere between the ages of 23-25 years--give or take a few years. That's the time we can rationally and logically develop clear and coherent thinking skills and act accordingly. When we see irrational behavior in an adult from ages 26 upwards--we can conclude (accurately in most cases) that there was some developmental delay in the brain or in an older person, brain cells are diminishing or malfunctioning.

From a biological and physiological perspective, when a person's brain is malfunctioning they have difficulty understanding right from wrong and truth from lies. From a spiritual perspective--either they know and acknowledge God as their Father and speak truth, or they acknowledge the devil is their daddy and speak lies.

We have the son of the devil living in the White House--whether it is #45 or the puppeteer encouraging him to do stupid is anyone's guess. But when #45 claims to be a Christian--he lies--there is no evidence--no fruit of such an occurrence ever happening. But there is more than enough evidence to find him guilty of being the devil's son. The lies, the lack of empathy, the callousness, the craving to rule others when there is no evidence he can discipline himself.

Think about it! That's exactly how the devil acts--always trying to influence people to do evil, thinking he can rule God's kingdom, and manipulating others into thinking the way he thinks. And those who are easily influenced, are misled and eventually brought to destruction because they allowed evil to guide them, instead of truth.

Now, Jesus is Truth and He is the Son of God, therefore God is Truth. If God is our Father, we should want to speak and live truth. If the devil is our father, we will speak and live lies. So, who's your daddy? Do you look like your father? Do you act like your father? Speaking truth whether people want to hear it or not--indicates you belong to God. Speaking lies just to get people on your side--indicates you belong to the devil. You know who you belong to--and so does God. And your attitude and behavior--is a revelation for all who pay attention to you.

Lord, help all of Your children to be more like You on a daily basis. Create in us a desire to submit to You and resist the devil and all of his temptations so he'll flee from us. Keep us strengthened by Your love and encouraged through Holy Spirit to stay in the battle until victory is won over evil.

Knowing Your Gift!

For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Romans 12:4-10 NIV

One of the reasons many people never accomplish what God has planned for them is because they have really identified and refined the gift He has given each and every one of us. Every person has been given at least one gift and many have multiple gifts they have identified and refined--some natural and some spiritual, but we need the spiritual gifts to identify the natural, develop and fine-tune them.

What keeps people looking sideways at others as they move along the continuum of life--envying and coveting the gifts of others-- is they have lost their focus and never sought God for understanding of what He has given them. In order for us to walk the path He has designed for us, we must always seek Him, first.

There are times when it appears--to others--that some of us are off track, but that's because when we do things that seem unusual, we do them at God's guidance and not man's and therefore they would not understand. Being obedient to God is not always; especially when the outcome is uncertain and we have to complete an obstacle course, that could be perilous. Nevertheless, if we trust God, we must simply follow through on what He has spoken to our hearts and if others don't understand--it's okay.

When we look at Paul's life and how he started--being a stalwart defender of what he was taught by men--and then after his Damascus Road experience appeared to take a 180 degree turn in his promotion of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was actively engaged in the community of Believers and non-Believers--inspiring many and even though he lost his life--he was obedient to God.

I know some are concerned with my current direction in actively engaging in resisting a Trump presidency, but they can rest assured, I have spent time with The Lord and know I am obeying what He would have me do in this season. Whatever happens in the interim, I know--what He wants me to do and I know it is for the good of all, not just myself.

We know that in order for evil to reign and change the landscape--good people sit silently and watch it unfold--doing absolutely nothing. My gift is research and writing and then expounding upon the truths found--by any means necessary. That gift is not only meant in teaching God's Word, but in the secular setting in which we all reside on a daily basis. If I did not research a subject matter, I could not teach it effectively and if I am not teaching effectively, I am not utilizing the gifts He's given me.

Here's the thing--man has no ability to gift us with anything other than material items that will rust or fade in the course of time. The gifts God gives us are for our use for as long as we walk the earth. Therefore, I will not allow what people think of me--one way or the other--to hinder my obedience to God. I'm mindful of Noah when people thought he was crazy in building an ark and talking about rain when it had never rained; Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt; Daniel opening the window and praying out loud even though it was forbidden; Esther going to the King without being summoned. The list could go on and on.

The bottom line for me is--man has no eternal resting place for me, but my Father in Heaven does. Guess who I will obey? No matter what what happens, I'll know I played a part in the historical events unfolding in this season and will hold them dear to my heart.

Lord, open the eyes of those who are blinded by fear and whose hearts are clouded with doubt and uncertainty. Let them see there are more with us, than against us--both naturally and spiritually and that victory in Jesus will be celebrated.

Found In Darkness!

For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly; and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly; and delivered righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked (for that righteous man, dwelling among them, tormented his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their lawless deeds)—then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment, and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries, whereas angels, who are greater in power and might, do not bring a reviling accusation against them before the Lord.But these, like natural brute beasts made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of the things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption, having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin, enticing unstable souls. They have a heart trained in covetous practices, and are accursed children. They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; but he was rebuked for his iniquity: a dumb donkey speaking with a man’s voice restrained the madness of the prophet. 2 Peter 2:4-16 NKJV

From then to now-God in His infinite Wisdom knew how to preserve those who listened to those who spoke what He said--not the scorners, the religious group.

Remember this: People didn't listen to Noah and promoted the propaganda that he was crazy--and in the end at the appointed time--when it began to rain--only Noah and his family was saved.

People didn't listen to those alarmed by what they saw Hitler do and he used false propaganda to convince people "he was the only one right." And what happened to him and six million Jews? He destroyed lives and lost his own through lies and manipulations because of his insecurities, fragile ego, and cognitive disabilities. History does repeat itself--often--when people refuse to learn from the mistakes of the past.

There are far too many instances that could be cited from history that show us what happens to people who drink from the glass of greed and corruption--believing the lies of the enemy and their surrogates who say, "I and only I can fix it."

With all of the evidence coming to the surface as to how the 2016 election was manipulatively rigged, history will again place America under a cloud of darkness because of one person--whose greed and ambition allowed foreign actors to influence a democratic process to accomplish an agenda through bribery in order to supplant right with wrong.

"Oh the tangled webs we weave when we practice to deceive!"
 

 

The stage lights have been turned up and sitting in the middle with their places marked are Vladimir Putin and Donald J. Trump--the actors who have upstaged the democratic process for personal greed and oh have they deceived the masses who believed the lies--fake news, corrupted emails, and promoted it all out of hatred. But the end has not yet been told and when it's over--the two shall be left on the stage in darkness because they will be exposed and naked for all the world to see--hate for hate, greed and corruption, traitors and demons.

We have not seen the last act and though it may be tortuous for a moment--even the blind shall see how foolishness and hatred create chaos and crises for more than a few, but those who Believe God--will survive to write the story of how good triumphs over evil--once again and only the evil ones will be cast into darkness for all eternity.

 

Lord, our Lord, when will people stop hating others so much they refuse to see truth when it's right in front of them? Thank You for the Lord You keep pouring into us--to love all--and for the boldness and courage to speak truth whether people want to hear it or not.

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--23!

The LORD reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice.Clouds and thick darkness surround him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne. Fire goes before him and consumes his foes on every side.His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles. The mountains melt like wax before the LORD, before the Lord of all the earth. Day Twenty-Three

Lord Jesus,

We thank You for Your Word that is a constant reminder of the power You hold over the earth. Thank You for consuming the enemies of Your people--those whose minds and hearts are corrupted by greed and they plot to do evil in secret. Thank You for those who have the courage to expose the corruption in high places, revealing the darkness that lies in their hearts and the need to save their souls from being consumed in the lake of fire.

Speak to the heart of every politician in Congress today as they convene to govern this country and remind them of who You are and their obligation to govern all people. Root out the evil in the hearts of those who have accepted bribes and gifts in exchange for their support circumvent righteous laws and decrees. Force an accounting by every governing authority so all will know none are exempt from the law, but by the law shall their fates be sealed for all the world to see.

Speak to the hearts of every judge in the land and give them the courage to judge all matters with justice for all standing at the forefront of every decision.

Speak to the hearts of every investigative entity and investigator in which truth is sought and prevails over evil deeds and plans.

Speak to the hearts of every citizen so they will wake up and realize the peril our country is in and give them courage to do what is right in contacting their respective representatives in Congress--demanding all to uphold the oaths of their offices--in protecting every citizen from those who would create harmful situations for all.

O Lord, expose the evil that exists and cleanse the hearts of every evil-doer with fire from on high, creating in them repentance and desire to serve You and You alone.

Thank You, Lord for hearing and answering our prayers and for keeping every individual whose heart belongs to You, encouraged and emboldened to do all that is right before You, and being used by You to root out evil at every turn.

We give You praise and glory for You are the only One worthy of it!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--17!

In the LORD I take refuge. How then can you say to me: “Flee like a bird to your mountain. For look, the wicked bend their bows; they set their arrows against the strings to shoot from the shadows at the upright in heart. When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?” The LORD is in his holy temple; the LORD is on his heavenly throne. He observes everyone on earth; his eyes examine them. The LORD examines the righteous, but the wicked, those who love violence, he hates with a passion. On the wicked he will rain fiery coals and burning sulfur; a scorching wind will be their lot. Day Seventeen

Lord Jesus,

We are so thankful for Your love, wisdom, mercy and goodness that will surely follow us all the days of our lives. We thank You for allowing us to see through the schemes and wiles of the enemy so we know how to prepare for the wickedness. Our hope is You and You alone and we patiently wait to hear Your voice speak to our hearts in the midst of the chaos and confusion that surround so many.

Lord, we know You know the thoughts of the righteous as well as the wicked. We ask that all thoughts of evil plotted against the righteous be turned back to them so they know the fullness of the Hamanesque Effect. And let not the righteous think we can escape the folly of our own actions, but in all things--we seek Your direction in what we do--not by digging ditches into which we may fall, but armed with truth, marching forward with boldness and courage--sharing truth with all who will receive.

In spite of the naysayers, the hatermongers, and the doubters--continue to strengthen us in our resolve to see wrong righted and the crooked straightened to the benefit of all who love You and will obey Your Word.

Lord, remove the blinders from those who refuse to see truth about the real enemy of this land, and unstop their ears so they can hear truth and then anoint their tongues to speak truth and not lies and their feet to spread love and not hate.

Create in us O God, a heart and desire to please You on a daily basis and when true victory is won in this current battle, we will rejoice and praise You so the world will know--You are Lord and the only One worthy of our praise. Hallelujah!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--13!

When the Ziphites had gone to Saul and said, “Is not David hiding among us?” Save me, O God, by your name; vindicate me by your might. Hear my prayer, O God; listen to the words of my mouth. Arrogant foes are attacking me; ruthless people are trying to kill me— people without regard for God. Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me. Let evil recoil on those who slander me; in your faithfulness destroy them. I will sacrifice a freewill offering to you; I will praise your name, LORD, for it is good. You have delivered me from all my troubles, and my eyes have looked in triumph on my foes. Psalm 54 NIV

Day Thirteen

You, O Lord, are the lifter of our heads, the bright and morning star.

Listen to our hearts and know our thoughts about every situation and save us from the enemy of arrogance and narcissism, from those who are mentally unstable in positions of authority, and are driven by greed and corruption.

Give us direction and continual hope to stay focused on You and Your in the midst of all the mindlessness that surrounds and threatens the peace of nations.

For every heart that desires to hear You, speak to them and pour out wisdom from on high, so those in authority will govern righteously, not out of pettiness and vengefulness.

Lord, we know that nothing happens in our lives that You did not already know about and we know that in the end, we will be victorious with You going ahead of us in battle.

Strengthen our resolve to stay bold and courageous, fighting injustice on all fronts, standing up and speaking up for the poor and the needy who feel they have no voice. For every person who reveals their hatred and bigotry and racism, help us to stand firm as a beacon of hope and light, dispelling  the darkness that abides in their hearts.

Even when it seems like all is lost--remind us of Your love and mercy and grace--that accompany us everywhere we go.

Lord, we thank You for covering us with Your precious blood--keeping all the evil at bay the enemy has plotted against us and for every dart levied our way, return it to those who throw them with more power than they had.

You alone continue to be worthy of all the praise and glory. You alone are the strength we need when we feel weak. You alone, O God, are savior to all who will receive You as such and You are alone--know the end from the beginning of all we see or can predict.

Thank You for hearing and answering our prayers and responding to needs of all who love You. In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--12!

Have mercy on me, my God, have mercy on me, for in you I take refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed. Day Twelve

Lord Jesus,

We know You see how those who love You are treated and vilified; how liars spread falsehoods and engage in activities designed to bring us to a place of disaster. But we know, how much You love us and how much You care for all who love You. We thank You for Your faithfulness towards and continued mercy and grace.

Lord, look upon all those who dare to plot against Your children and deliver unto them the same fate they plot against us.

For every foul deed they plot--have it turn again unto them. For every lie they tell to make themselves seem more than they are--expose the lie with truth for all to see.

For every trap they lay--let them be caught in the traps of their making.

For every pit they dig--let them fall into them and suffer whatever plight they planned for others.

For every lie they tell--send ten messengers of truth to expose their lies.

For every deception they plot to fool others--let them fall into the peril of being deceived more mightily than they planned.

For everything they plan to steal to enrich themselves--let it be stolen from them one hundred times more.

Lord, for everyone who plans to do what is right--let their good deeds be known to all and their reward be great.

For everyone who gives out of the capacity of their heart to those who are in need, let their giving be returned unto them one hundredfold.

For everyone who loves--unconditionally--everyone they meet--let the love they share with others be returned without measure so they will continue to love.

For those who encourage hope--to keep others moving forward and never in despair--keep the flame of hope ignited and never let it die within them.

For those who are feeling unloved and discouraged--send to them one who knows You and Your love and is willing to share Your love with others.

For those who are without shelter--guide them to safety and keep them covered, embraced by love and a shelter without fear of being robbed or abused.

Lord, You are the greatest gift we could ever be given--our salvation, our hope, our light in the midst of darkness, our strength to keep moving forward--sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

You, O Lord, are an awesome God! There is truly none like You and No One who will do the things You do for those You love. Our precious is Your love to all who seek to be loved and wide Your arms to gather, embrace and hold onto each of us--keeping us safe from harm.

Look upon this land and into the hearts of all and do justice according to Your mercy as only You can. In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen!

Love Trumps Hate!

Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken. Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph. Therefore the LORD, the God of hosts, the Lord, saith thus; Wailing shall be in all streets; and they shall say in all the highways, Alas! alas! and they shall call the husbandman to mourning, and such as are skillful of lamentation to wailing. And in all vineyards shall be wailing: for I will pass through thee, saith the LORD. Amos 5:14-17 KJV
Seek good, not evil, that you may live. Then the LORD God Almighty will be with you, just as you say he is. Hate evil, love good; maintain justice in the courts. Perhaps the LORD God Almighty will have mercy on the remnant of Joseph. Therefore this is what the Lord, the LORD God Almighty, says: “There will be wailing in all the streets and cries of anguish in every public square. The farmers will be summoned to weep and the mourners to wail. There will be wailing in all the vineyards, for I will pass through your midst,” says The Lord! Amos 5:14-17 NIV

No matter what others may say about the responses by people who feel cheated and robbed by the rigged election results, they have a right to express themselves--without doing evil. And before any think I'm whistling in the dark about a "rigged election" they might want to pay attention the events of the past eight weeks or so. I finally had some insight about some things that were said--by the Trump campaign team--and sought The Lord for understanding. Careful analysis reveals that plans were underway to manipulate the election before election took place and the president-elect told us it was going to be rigged. Most just weren't listening because he made it sound like it was going to be rigged against him, not for him.

This is not a proclamation for anyone to hate others, but it is an admonition and encouragement for anyone who thinks that voter fraud or suppression were responsible for the election results, call or write the Justice Department immediately before the electoral college votes are certified. This is our right to question the legitimacy of an election when we suspect the rights of others have been violated.

I know that some who will bother to read this will think I'm just a sore loser about the election results. That would not be true. I am a person of integrity and when I feel that an injustice has been committed in order for others to make claims that are not true, I will and have joined in against the evil--which is what I hate, not a person. For I understand the evil that resides within a person is not necessarily that person, but the evil must be combated and that means--the evil must be confronted. I am confronting the evil and challenging that spirit to remove itself from our atmosphere so peace can reign.

Just as many of us are guided by Holy Spirit who resides within, we must acknowledge the evil spirits that also reside within a person and we know they do for Jesus cast out legions of evil spirits in a man. Those legions of evil spirits took up residence in the hogs and led them to drown themselves.
We cannot allow the evil spirits that reside in people to cause chaos and destruction for the rest of us.

We are told that we shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set us free and right now, I'm declaring freedom from spiteful, hateful, misogynistic, racist, megalomaniac rule over America. For if we allow that spirit to reign, we shall suffer destruction for that is all evil can do--destroy.

Perfect love--of all human beings--regardless of their religion, gender, ethnicity or skin color--or even their poor behavior--cast aside fear. So this message is not about instilling fear, but encouraging love so can defeat the evil before it destroys. We have to remember that Love will always trump hate. We must fight for justice, while fighting against evil, with Love ruling and guiding the way.

 

On Being Faithful!

I will sing of your love and justice; to you, LORD, I will sing praise. I will be careful to lead a blameless life— when will you come to me? I will conduct the affairs of my house with a blameless heart. I will not look with approval on anything that is vile. I hate what faithless people do; I will have no part in it. The perverse of heart shall be far from me; I will have nothing to do with what is evil. Whoever slanders their neighbor in secret, I will put to silence; whoever has haughty eyes and a proud heart, I will not tolerate. My eyes will be on the faithful in the land, that they may dwell with me; the one whose walk is blameless will minister to me. No one who practices deceit will dwell in my house; no one who speaks falsely will stand in my presence. Every morning I will put to silence all the wicked in the land; I will cut off every evildoer from the city of the LORD. Psalm 101:1-8 NIV

I wish that we could all have the heart of David since God has proclaimed, he is a man after His own heart. And it is the heart of a person that concerns God the most. For He has said, out of the abundance (whatever is in the heart), the mouth speaks. I've repeated this over and over again and yet, there are some who still do not understand. Whatever people say (or type) is a demonstration of what is in their heart.

If we speak hatefulness, we tell the world that hate resides in our hearts.

If we speak falsehoods, deliberately lying about others--then that's what resides in our hearts.

If we speak with the intent to goad hateful rhetoric--then that's what resides in our heart.

If we speak nonsense because we refuse to seek God--then nonsense is what resides in our heart.

If we ever get to the place--like David--and seek The Lord, asking Him to give us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us--then we'll begin to move toward healing the land and seeing peace restored in our hearts.

I am saddened by the perpetual hatefulness I see demonstrated in online forums, but I realize I have no control over what people or how they act and so all I can is pray for me--that The Lord will keep my thoughts on Him and He will show me how to respond to hate with love and a smile. So far, it's working, but it still saddens me to see how utterly hateful people can be to one another.

I realize that God's faithfulness towards me is worth more than what anyone else thinks or say, and I have to strive to remain faithful to Him--no matter what else happens around me. And the way I do that--is to keep myself surrounded by those who love Him and understand how He wants us to live. There is something about the love of Jesus, continually flowing from one heart to another when we have been filled to overflowing with His love and from our hearts--our mouths speak (or our fingers type) with love coating every word.

We will stand on our faith in God--not people--and see all that He has in store for us, His children who He loves. We will not participate in the evilness that pervades the landscape or cyberspace and we will rise above the fray--to exemplify to demonstrate to all--God's love for all mankind.
