Where Are The Watchmen (Part 4)

"Therefore, son of man, say to your people, 'If someone who is righteous disobeys, that person's former righteousness will count for nothing. And if some who is wicked repents, that person's former wickedness will not bring condemnation. The righteous person who sins will not be allowed to live even though they were formerly righteous.' If I tell a righteous person that they will surely live, but then they trust in their righteousness and do evil, none of the righteous things that person has done will be remembered; they will die for the evil they have done. And if I say to a wicked person, 'You will surely die,' but they then turn away from their sin and do is just and right--if they give back what they took in pledge for a loan, return what they have stolen, follow the decrees that give life, and do no evil--that person will surely live; they will not die. None of the sins that person has committed will be remembered against them. They have done what is just and right; they will surely live. Ezekiel 33:12-16 NIV

It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not keep it.

The sinner has a better chance of making it to heaven once they repent--turning completely away from their sin and turning to God than the self-righteous who claimed to know God and yet will not live according to God's ways--loving all!

What we see in Washington with the religious-right GOP (including trump is neither a Christian or Republican)--are those who proclaim to know God, yet do not know how to live Godly lives.

We know from God's Word that He hates liars and lies.

We know from God's Word that when the righteous turn to evil, they have lost their claim to heaven.

We know from God's Word that He came down to earth in the likeness of sinful flesh to take sin upon Himself so we might be saved.

We know from God's Word that it is better for us if we never claim to know God than to claim to know Him and then reject His ways.

This is what happens when we study God's Word: we know! Only those who never study, never understand, can refute the truth of God's Word and humiliate themselves in front of others. 

My take from the above-mentioned passage of scripture is that Pence is leading the pack (Sessions, Gorsuch, Ryan, McConnell, et al) of those who claim to be righteous, but are trusting in their own righteousness and rejecting God's Word--to love. If they were truly righteous, they would defend the rights of the poor and the needy, embrace all human life and encourage love for one another. This is not what they do. They make distinctions as to who they'll care about and who they'll reject. They choose corporations and generous donors over the needs of Everyday Americans.

At the moment, they (GOP) are rejecting: any and all persons who do not look like them, worship like them or live like them. Though they claim to be "pro-life" they are actually, pro-fetus because they care less about the life after it appears and we know this by all the legislation they promote that denies access to healthcare for the poor, education for the poor, and opportunity to gain wealth since they want to hoard all the wealth for themselves.

The GOP want to defund Planned Parenthood, an organization that serves the poor and women. They claim their stance against abortion is why, but if they impede women from having access to birth control and other services that helps to keep living (cancer screening, etc.), they prove they are misogynistic and nowhere in the Bible are we told to mistreat women.

So, in Christ Jesus (those believing and living according to His Word) you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Galatians 3:26-29 NIV (parenthetical is mine). 

We know that many of the "religious-right" confuse Old Testament historical knowledge with "contemporary application," but that's because they do not understand what their relationship with Christ should produce.  Yes, we can look back at what God said through the prophets and apply what much is said to us in the 21st Century. That is for our understanding, not our doing. God used the prophets to speak to the people "before" He appeared in the earth. It is because of His appearance in the earth and His return to heaven, leaving behind His Spirit--that we can "all" have access to Him, directly.

Okay, I know some will be offended by what I've already said, but I will not retract any of it. People are offended by truth especially when truth reveals their hypocrisy. I will speak His truth no matter how many are offended for people have neither heaven or hell for me--only God does. I'm not sacrificing my mansion to appease people. And those who do--turn from righteousness to wickedness and evil--have a place reserved for them, too-- in the lake of fire.

We should carefully consider who we put into positions of authority and power and know by their love for others whether or not they belong to Christ. If they have no love for others, they cannot rightfully claim a relationship with Christ. Pause and meditate on that and willingly receive truth about the nation's leaders in Washington. Time to make a change.

Where Are The Watchmen? (Part 3)

Son of man, say to the Israelites, "This is what you are saying: "Our offenses and sins weigh us down, and we are wasting away because of them. How then can we live?" 'Say to them, 'As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?" Ezekiel 33:10,11 NIV

If we are--born-again, true Believers and know we are Spiritual Israel--do we hear Ezekiel speaking to us now?

For those who are truly Believers and know their role as watchman, we hear and we must continue to warn the people to turn from their evil ways. Turn now, while they yet have a chance.

I'm going to go on the wall today, beseeching the Republican Congress to turn--turn from the wickedness that allowed them to sit in Congress today; turn from the evil they put into the White House, and turn back to God--acting with integrity and knowing how to live as Christ wants us to live.

Turn--from the evil that keeps them from seeing the devastation they wish to put upon the poor and needy, depriving them of the ability to live long healthy lives.

Turn--from the evil of greed and corrupt riches and see God in all they do, knowing our God is not concerned with material riches, but the state of the soul in all things.

Turn--from having a blind eye, disavowing everything revealed about the current evil that resides in the White House and all they do to erode democracy.

Turn--from being obsessed with power--illegitimately obtained with the help of Russian hacking and disinformation.

Turn--from disavowing truth with deflections, distractions, denials, and distortions created in the minds of evil people who will face truth.

Turn--from feeding main stream media misinformation and outright lies just to support talking points of a deluded party.

Turn--from misleading the gullible and creating an atmosphere for their continued frenzy of hatred and bigotry.

Turn--from the loyalty to party and turn back to loyalty to country, upholding your oaths of office.

Turn--from trying to appease corporate donors and the wealthiest of the population when it will bring ruin to many families.

Turn--from promoting attitudes of superiority, feeding the hate-filled frenzy of the white supremacists and other hate groups.

Turn--from thinking that God is not watching or has turned a blind eye to the lies and corruption bubbling over on a daily basis.

God is not mocked and knows the heart and intent of everyone--those who believe in Him, obey Him and those who don't.

The Republican-led Congress is not doing anything to benefit Americans, but to destroy American democracy to appease a madman who knows no truth, and will sell America to the highest bidder, which happens to be Russia--to compensate for his debt to them.

How long O Republicans will you not do your jobs? How long O Republicans will you allow 22 million Americans to suffer? How long O Republicans will it take for you to admit your role in the corrupted 2016 Election? How long will you deny participation in the most devastating corruption of a Presidential election of our times. How long? How long? How long will it take you to turn back to God--confessing, repenting, and resigning? Is saving face by going along with the foolishness more important than saving our democracy?

You have a responsibility to America to do what's best for all Americans and if you abdicate your responsibility, whatever happens to you is what you deserve.

I'm seeking the support of every American, regardless of political affiliation to support my run for president in the 2020 election. I am more than qualified to fill the position per Constitutional requirements and understand how government runs, have no Russian ties or Connections, no political baggage to lug around, love to read and write and don't play golf. I am wise enough to know what I don't know and to seek the expertise of those who do know and heed sound advice. My integrity does not have a price tag attached nor do I cave to intimidation or bribes. If this sounds like the type of person you want for president, please let me know I can count on you when I declare my candidacy, officially, at a later date.

Where Are The Watchmen (Part 2)

"Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. When I say to the wicked, 'You wicked person, you will surely die," and you do not speak out to dissuade them from their ways, that wicked person will for die for their sin and I will hold you accountable for their blood. But if you do warn them the wicked person to turn from their ways and they do not do so, they will die for their sin, though you yourself will be saved." Ezekiel 33:7-9 NIV

Where are the wicked, O Lord that I might warn them to give up their wickedness? If we believe we are called to be watchmen, this should be our daily cry--where are they so we can warn them and not have to be concerned about their blood being on us.

This one truth I have learned long ago: My job is tell people what God said; I do not have to convince them, they have a right to accept or reject what is said. If I don't tell them what God says, then I put myself in jeopardy, and no one--absolutely no one--is worth me losing my mansion in heaven.

Therefore, I will continue to sing His praises and telling the world--every chance I get--confess, repent, and seek a better relationship with Him. This is especially true of those in the White House. Every day, more information is revealed that there is indeed collusion, coordination, cooperation, participation with Russia and that Russia has been instrumental in installing the current resident.
 Someone needs to sit down with history books, the Constitution, the Declaration of the Independence, and the Bill of Rights, read and understand in order to help this country move forward with a better understanding of what a Patriot really is. A Patriot cares about the country and will stand upright, ready to fight for country, more than aligning themselves with a president.

Here's the Word from God--though paraphrased for contemporary use--for all the GOP including trump and clan.

 

I will keep saying this until the evil is removed from the White House and sanity is restored across the nation. Though wickedness may reign for a moment, its time is coming and all the world shall see how God deals with those who commit wickedness against His people.

Please continue to read Ezekiel 33 for I shall continue with Part 3, another day. Sometimes, we simply need to meditate on segments until they are deeply rooted in our hearts so we'll know how to move forward.

In the meantime, I shall continue laying the foundation--alerting the masses that I'm running for president and seeking their support. I believe as an Everyday American, with no Russian ties, no political baggage and no celebrity status that I can and will serve Americans well.

Wicked!

Peter answered: “May your money perish with you, because you thought you could buy the gift of God with money! You have no part or share in this ministry, because your heart is not right before God. Repent of this wickedness and pray to the Lord in the hope that he may forgive you for having such a thought in your heart. For I see that you are full of bitterness and captive to sin.” Then Simon answered, “Pray to the Lord for me so that nothing you have said may happen to me.” Acts 8:20-24 NIV

Bitterness does reign in the heart of the #WHidiot and we know because he keeps trying to deflect and distract by tweeting foolishness. It is wickedness that drives him--the desire to control and have power over people and now that he can't have his way, he continues to blow dog whistles, hoping to ignite his supporters to come to his rescue--and he's using his tweets as a signal to Putin--now that he understands "monitoring" designed to protect the presidency from foreign actors.

Look--check your heart and know what resides within and when you care about the condition of your heart others will either reap the benefits of what is within or the consequences. Don't allow bitterness to drive you in any direction that takes the focus off what we are supposed to do that will benefit the poor and the needy.

Accept the fact (not the fake) that we do not have a model of Christianity in the White House. We don't even have a good model of a "good man" in the White House. All we see on a daily basis is a blubbering, petulant toddler-in-chief whose only goal is to keep the media attention on him and way from the investigations into his Russian Connections. It's a smokescreen folks! He's getting scared and so is resorting to "pre-election" tactics that are the same tactics employed by Russia to create doubt and confusion.

We're not confused nor do we doubt there was collusion between the trumptrain and Russia. The truth will be known and nothing his wicked little heart can devise will stop it.

Do We Get It Yet?

For this is what the high and exalted One says— he who lives forever, whose name is holy: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite. I will not accuse them forever, nor will I always be angry, for then they would faint away because of me— the very people I have created.I was enraged by their sinful greed; I punished them, and hid my face in anger, yet they kept on in their willful ways. I have seen their ways, but I will heal them; I will guide them and restore comfort to Israel’s mourners, creating praise on their lips. Peace, peace, to those far and near,” says the LORD. “And I will heal them.” But the wicked are like the tossing sea, which cannot rest, whose waves cast up mire and mud. “There is no peace,” says my God, “for the wicked.” Isaiah 57:15-21 NIV

There is not one person on earth who has never sinned, never gotten everything right the first time. This is why Jesus came--to provide us a means of being cleansed and never totally forgotten, but forgiven, as we continue to get living right--the way He intends for us to live. He will keep us sheltered in His loving arms until we return to Him--living with Him, for all eternity.

However, the wicked--shall not dwell with The Lord forever for they continue in wickedness even when their sins are exposed and their evil intent revealed for all to see. They are blinded by their own desires to be great--when all they end up doing is making fools of themselves and greatness--will never be theirs. They seek fame and become infamous; they want notoriety and become notorious; they seek glory and are seen as gory. The end of the wicked and their eternity is already fixed in the lake of fire.

Though the wicked will act as though they are the wise, their true selves are soon seen and woe to those who believed anything they said. Their self-important wisdom is seen as foolishness and those who were gaslighted with all the falsehoods about great things--will end up in the muck and mire of all they detested.

The wickedness spilling over from Republicans will end up costing many their lives and this group--proclaims to be "pro-life." How can anyone be "pro-life when they make laws giving coal mines permission to contaminate and poison water? They are de-regulating food safety mechanisms, ripping apart the safe-guards put in place to protect the environment, the poor air quality will have us wearing masks like the Chinese and because healthcare is not important to them, people will die a slow agonizing deaths--because the pro-lifers didn't value their lives. What irony from a party who claims to love The Lord!  It would appear they love money and corporate greed far more than they love God and certainly they have demonstrated they have no love for those they can see, struggling on a daily basis. or perhaps--they don't want to see them.

The good will have their day and the wicked--will certainly know the consequences of their actions--sooner than they expect. God is watching--He sees, He hears, and He knows our thoughts from afar. He knows who belongs to Him and who doesn't. I'm willing to bet (though I don't gamble) that over 80% of those who claim to love God and are supporting a Republican agenda, are lying to themselves and they are certainly making a mockery of how God's love is manifested towards others by those who truly have received the love of God, and know how to love. Perhaps, they need to read the Gospel of John and all of his letters--again, and again, and again, until the love of God is revealed to them and in them.

Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person.But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.Dear friends, I am not writing you a new command but an old one, which you have had since the beginning. This old command is the message you have heard. Yet I am writing you a new command; its truth is seen in him and in you, because the darkness is passing and the true light is already shining. Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister is still in the darkness. Anyone who loves their brother and sister lives in the light, and there is nothing in them to make them stumble. But anyone who hates a brother or sister is in the darkness and walks around in the darkness. They do not know where they are going, because the darkness has blinded them. There is so much more in The Word and in John's letters that reveal who we are by what we do, rather than what we say. God's love towards us is unconditional and so should our love be for others.

An Apt Description of 45!

In his arrogance the wicked man hunts down the weak, who are caught in the schemes he devises. He boasts about the cravings of his heart; he blesses the greedy and reviles the LORD. In his pride the wicked man does not seek him; in all his thoughts there is no room for God. His ways are always prosperous; your laws are rejected by him; he sneers at all his enemies. He says to himself, “Nothing will ever shake me.” He swears, “No one will ever do me harm.” His mouth is full of lies and threats; trouble and evil are under his tongue.He lies in wait near the villages; from ambush he murders the innocent. His eyes watch in secret for his victims;like a lion in cover he lies in wait. He lies in wait to catch the helpless; he catches the helpless and drags them off in his net.His victims are crushed, they collapse; they fall under his strength. He says to himself, “God will never notice; he covers his face and never sees.”Arise, LORD! Lift up your hand, O God. Do not forget the helpless. Why does the wicked man revile God? Why does he say to himself, “He won’t call me to account”? But you, God, see the trouble of the afflicted; you consider their grief and take it in hand. The victims commit themselves to you; you are the helper of the fatherless.Break the arm of the wicked man; call the evildoer to account for his wickedness that would not otherwise be found out.The LORD is King for ever and ever; the nations will perish from his land. Psalm 10:2-18 NIV

Thanks to the Psalmist, we have an accurate description of the despot in the White House--both of them.

Now, we can count on The Lord to do what He does best--use those who want to be used to His glory and not their own. We will defend the rights of the poor and the needy because we are commanded to do so in God's Word.

We will move forward, standing firm, never wavering--speaking out against injustice wherever we find it.

We will continue encourage one another in the service of The Lord no matter how many times we hear "an evil report." We will believe the report of The Lord. No weapon formed against us shall by any means prosper--not the threat of hindering others from entering into the land of the free and the brave; not the intent to gaslight--brainwashing the gullible--for they refuse to see what is right in front of them.

We will walk by faith and not by sight and see this battle through to the end and know victory in Jesus' name.

We will stand against the wiles of the enemy for we are not ignorant of his approaches or strategies to commit evil or influence others. Nothing he does shall harm us and he shall be held accountable for all of his wicked deeds and those who follow him or are easily influenced by him to do evil, shall suffer the same fate.

The Lord is a strong tower and we will find safety and strength in Him!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--28!

The LORD reigns, let the nations tremble; he sits enthroned between the cherubim, let the earth shake. Great is the LORD in Zion; he is exalted over all the nations. Let them praise your great and awesome name— he is holy. The King is mighty, he loves justice— you have established equity; in Jacob you have done what is just and right. Day Twenty-Eight!

Lord Jesus,

Thank You for reminding us in Your Word about all You do and have done for those who have a heart to serve You. You reign over the nations and nothing the enemy does shall change who You are.
When sin shrouds righteousness, You shake up the earth with quakes and squalls and allow the ground to open and the seas to overflow because You have been ignored.

Lord, we thank You for delivering those who live right before You from all danger and harm and executing righteous judgment against all those who would intentionally harm any who proclaim You as Lord.

Though this country was founded on the beliefs and foundations of Your Word, some have strayed from loving all and caring about the rights and needs of all, help us to rekindle our love of mankind in order to keep this country moving forward--embracing diversity, fighting for justice and equality of all, and teaching our children to know love, receive love from You and share the love of Christ with all they meet.

Lord, seer the consciences of those in leadership positions--who proclaim to know You--to cease their acts of hatred and disregard for those who are unable to speak up for themselves. Remind them You are both Savior and Judge and will judge them according to their acts as You will with all of us.

Lord, for those of us who are fighting for justice and equality of all Americans, strengthen our resolve to keep fighting the good fight of faith--calling out injustice and liars and inequity everywhere we see it. Keep filling our hearts with hope and renewing our faith on a daily basis, reminding us at all times, we are victorious in You, no matter how things look on the surface.

O God, root out all the evil and wicked plans that reside in the hearts of those who don't know You and are only interested in their corrupt power-grabs for power, greed and status. Bring them down for all to see as You expose their evil. Let not one of Your children be destroyed in the wake of the evil, but all those who perpetuate evil, let them be destroyed and all who have promoted their evil be destroyed with them.

You are a mighty, just, and loving God and we lay all our hope and trust in You. What an awesome God to love those who live simply and love whole-heartedly all who cross their paths.

Thank You for truth and ability to see through the lies of the enemy and for boldness to call out all unrighteousness; especially in those who profess to belong to You.

We give You praise, honor and glory for there is None Like You in all the earth!

Is There A Noah In The Earth?

The LORD saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. The LORD regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. So the LORD said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD. This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God. Genesis 6:5-9 NIV

Only the physically blind and physically deaf would not know about all the wickedness in the land, residing in the hearts of people--determined to do evil. This is not the first time this has happened and it probably won't be the last, but when there is at least one--who has found favor with God, there is yet hope for humanity.

We know because of God's Word that He has already determined there is a remnant who will be saved, but do we know how to be part of that remnant? Is there a Noah--someone who is righteous, blameless among the people, and walking faithfully with God? Have we strayed so far from God that none can hold back God's wrath?

Whenever we read The Word, we must open our hearts to hear God speak to us and know that nothing that occurs in our world that surprises God.

God is not surprised by the legalization of living in opposition to His Word. He's had a remedy for that before now, and it's written in His Word.

He's not surprised by the political contamination that promotes bigotry and hatred and the abuse of women. He's dealt with that before now.

He's not surprised by children turning against parents and parents killing their own children. He's addressed that in His Word.

Whatever happens in our lifetime, has already been addressed and when we know The Lord and have a relationship with Him, we will hear Him when He warns us; we will find favor with God.

With all of the animosity generated by a political campaign, I'm praying for wisdom to be poured out into the hearts of all so sanity and peace will reside in the land. I'm praying for those who know God to continue to seek Him in all we do and all that is being done to glorify Him, not man or woman.

Whenever we forsake God and His Word, we create an environment for evil to creep in and take over those who do not know God. As long as there are people who refuse to acknowledge God and live according to His Word, we will always be subjected to the rise of wickedness in the land. I have faith--in God and mankind--and that we shall find favor with God and He will use those of us who know Him to be the remedy that establishes a safety zone for all who believe.

We should all be Noahs--walking blamelessly before God, living righteously, and finding favor in His sight. Are we, can we, shall we be the Noahs that God showers us with favor?

God's People Are Never Ashamed of Their Faith In Him!

"You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the LORD your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed." (Joel 2:26 NIV)

"Let the weak say I am strong and the poor say I am rich because of what The Lord has done."

God's promises through all the prophets are just as true today as they were when they were first uttered. They are still speaking to us when we hear and obey The Word of God! The hungry will have plenty to eat and praise The Lord for His filling them and all of God's people (those from then until now) will never be ashamed for acknowledging Him as their source of plenty. No where in the Word does God say, the "rich" will inherit anything other than trouble. Not that He has a problem with people being rich--monetarily, but He would prefer we all be rich in mercy, love, and forgiveness--as He is, so should we be.

Through our obedience to God's Word,we put ourselves in position to not just be blessed, but to stay blessed so we can bless others. Though the wicked may "appear" to prosper, their prosperity will not last and they will be exposed in the light of day for all of their wickedness. We see this in the media when the corporate moguls are exposed for wrong doing and then end up in prison. We see this when politicians who side with wickedness end up exposed for all their wrong doing. But none of this should surprise us since we know that "wickedness in high places" exist and we are in a war--that cannot be fought in the natural, but in the Spirit.

We can expect--to be blessed--beyond our imagination when we hear and obey God in all things. It does not matter what people say or think; it does not matter what godless judges think or say, or how they attempt to change God's intent for mankind--our job is to obey God, rather than man. For man has not heaven or hell for us and we should not allow them to influence us in living in opposition to God's Word.

If we truly studied history, we would discover that man's ills have all been a result of disobedience to God. When we exclude God in the things we do, He lets us and then--like those who came before us--some recognize our error and plead with God to step in and make things better. We could save ourselves a lot of time and grief if we simply chose to obey Him in the first place. But then--some would never call upon Him, acknowledging His existence.

Since we who believe know to do better, we should be doing better--in promoting the Gospel, sharing our faith and God's love, and in convincing by example that our God is an Awesome God--who will not allow His people to suffer when they obey Him!

Let's get "this party" started--share His love with all you meet and greet and encourage them to develop a right relationship with Him, receiving all His many benefits. Glory Hallelujah!

Convinced Beyond Sight!

"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38,39 NIV)

How convinced are we of the truth of God's Word? When I look at the things going in our society today, where it appears that Satan's reign is winning against God, I begin to understand what Paul is saying.

I understand that our faith in God's Word is not based upon what we see, but on what He says--no matter how things look.

It looks like those living in opposition to God's Word are negating the rights of those who live according to The Word.

It looks like there are judges who do not understand their role and are more concerned with pacifying the few over the majority.

It looks like the end of world and Jesus is coming real soon because of wickedness in high places. That's what it looks like.

But no matter how things look, we can be assured that nothing the enemy does will separate us from the love of God. Nothing the enemy does has any power over our faith In Him and His plans will prevail. Even though it looks like Believers are being persecuted beyond belief, when we are in The Will of God, we know beyond anything we see, that we will be victorious. For the Word tells us that even the evil has been allowed so that God will get the glory.

We are not deceived by the inroads Satan is making in the minds of those who refuse to accept God's authority in our lives. It is a choice that all make and we who Believe have made our choice, aligned with God's Word rather than in opposition to it. What can we expect? We can expect God to show up and show out, exposing the enemy openly, who is right now, laughing at all those he has duped into believing there is nothing wrong with making a mockery of God's institution of family and the sacrament of marriage.

Can you hear Satan laughing--the evil, horrific sound emitted with each decision made to defy God?  Can you see him rolling on the floor, barely able to breathe, laughing at those who have succumbed to his evil plan to destroy mankind? How gullible we are to think that Satan cares about anyone other than himself!

God loves us enough to keep giving us chance after chance to get it right. Miss a beat when influenced by Satan, and you may never get another chance to receive God's forgiveness. Yes, I'm convinced beyond anything I know or see--no evil or wickedness in high places--The White House, the court house, or any other place, shall ever separate us from the Love of God! Our God Reigns victoriously and when we endure, standing firm on our faith in Him, we will see the victory!

Wickedness In Washington!

"This is what the wicked are like— always free of care, they go on amassing wealth" (Psalm 73:12 NIV).

Thank God for His Word that keeps us from being amazed or astonished at the things that occur in the land!  What we are seeing right now--at the hands of "greedy" politicians--has already been foretold.  When reading the first eleven first verses of this Psalm, it would appear to be prophetic in nature because we can "see" it coming to pass right now!

Notwithstanding my refusal to claim allegiance with one political party over another, I do see politicians as the enemy of the poor and needy; especially those Republicans who profess to be Christians and yet do not do the things we have been commanded to do.

First, they attempt to starve those who already have limited resources by cutting their ability to eat.
Then, the very people who need healthcare--preventive care--to keep down hospital costs, are being denied the right to have access to it because of greedy politicians to want to sustain their connection to those in the insurance industry who have aligned themselves--financially--with them.  Their actions--holding America hostage--in order to maintain their supporters borders being anti-Christ.  They need to do the job for which they have been elected--keep government moving in the right direction and not standing stagnant, stinking.

For those who affiliate themselves with the "tea party" and claim to be Christians--be very careful of mocking God! For truly, it is He you mock when you refuse to take actions that would support the poor and needy above your own concerns of amassing wealth. You, as a party, are not supporting the needs of all people, but your private agenda and God will deal quite thoroughly with you--in just a matter of time. History has a tendency to repeat itself and those who oppose God by not doing what He says, have reaped the consequences for their actions.  The Tea Party has demonstrated they have no relationship with God, but with foolish religious ideology that makes them blinded and callous. They (TP) have spent so much time hating a president simply because of his skin color they have forgotten to address the needs of all people: job development, tax reform, climate control, etc.  If people had jobs--earning income--they would pay taxes and increase tax revenues.  This is where the real effort should lie--not in creating obstacles for those who really care about all the people.

O God, how long must we tolerate those who are indifferent to Your people--all of us?  How long will it be before You reveal Yourself to them in ways they can understand--diminishing their wealth and the attention they so love?  How long Lord, will the people have to suffer the indignities of those who are so arrogant and prideful that they forget--whatever they sow, they shall reap? How long Lord will it be before You leave them powerless and stunned at their loss because they refuse to consider all people?  How long Lord? How long?

Preserve Us, Lord!

"The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul" (Psalm 121:7).

Who shall preserve us from all the evil that surrounds us?  The Lord--strong and mighty.

Who shall keep us from becoming ensnared with evil wrapped in a cloak of false righteousness?  The Lord--strong and mighty.

Who shall keep us from having evil thoughts that would be perpetuated against others for no reason?  The Lord--strong and mighty.

Who shall keep us from conspiring with evil people to maintain chaos and confusion in the land?  The Lord--strong and mighty.

How will The Lord preserve us from all evil?

When we submit to God (and all that He desires us to do) and resist the devil; the devil will flee from us!  Submit to God!  Submit to God!  Resist the evil influences conspired by the devil and put him on the run!  When we do what is required of us by God, He shall preserve us from evil!

Lord, I submit to Your every Word, trusting You and You alone.  I will not be found in the company of evil, nor will I partake of any evil that enemy has conspired to influence me to do. I will put away the works of darkness and do only those things that can be done in the light--having full exposure of all who see me. I shall hear the voice of The Lord and submit to His leading.  Thank You, Lord for preserving us from evil!

From Father to Daughters

My Darling Daughters,

            I have watched you for some time now and my heart grieves for you.  I know it’s not your fault and I know that you have done the best you can, with the life you’ve had.  All of the tragedies you suffered were not part of my plan for you.  My plans for you, were to bring you hope, a bright future, and all the joy and happiness you could handle.

            What I have seen is men abusing and using you, making you feel worthless, when you are worthy of love—unconditionally.  Your body—my creation and gift to you—was meant to be cherished, not exploited by the media, fantasies of sick men and even sicker women.  Your body was meant to be beautified and appreciated by all who looked upon you, not detested and scorned.  I have dressed you with a beauty that cannot be found in a tube or a bottle, so why do you feel the need to expose all the parts of you meant to be seen by the wonderful man I had predestined to be yours? 

            My heart aches for all the pain you have endured at the hands of those who could not possibly know how much destruction they caused when they influenced you to thinking that you are just body parts, not part of a body that was meant to loved.  My heart is heavy every time I see men leer and lust after you when all I wanted was for men to see your beautiful spirit, not your partially clad skin. 

            Sometimes, I wish I could close my eyes and not see how you have been convinced that your body—my wonderfully, unique creation—is meant to be used as an instrument of torture when men and women stick all manner of objects in you and abuse you for their wicked pleasure.  I cannot bear to see your mouth, meant to praise me, used for the act solely meant for the purpose of procreation.  I cannot bear the pain I know you feel when men prod the parts of you meant to be used as a means of exit, not entrance.  I cannot bear the pain I see in your eyes, when your expectations of finding love are lost in the illusion of sexploits, in the pages of books, on the screens of television and movies, and in the music where you are constantly denigrated by those who have no clue as to how to love you.

            Remember this, my darling daughters. I love you and would never use or abuse you because I Am Love and can do nothing else.  Learn to love yourself, as I love you, and watch all the wonderful things I had planned for you, come to pass.
