We Must Continue The Fight!

Joshua said to them, “Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Be strong and courageous. This is what the LORD will do to all the enemies you are going to fight.” Joshua 10:25 NIV
Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 1 Timothy 6:12 NIV
In the bible there are records of many battles, most of which are led by men, but some only by direction of a woman, Deborah. For those who are foolish enough to believe that a woman shouldn't be in the White House as president--they might want to revisit the bible they claim they believe as it pertains to their faith in God. God will use whoever is willing to be used.  With that framework in mind--willing to be used--we know God did not choose trump since he is neither willing to be used by God, nor interested in being president for all Americans.

But we cannot afford to stop fighting for justice for all--now is the time to gear up and prepare for the long haul. Hatred and no one who promotes hatred--regardless of the "words" they say, will not reign in America as long as Americans refuse to allow it reign.

This country--(reminder) was inhabited by the Natives when the first settlers arrived. The Natives helped them to survive their first winter and what did the settlers do to show their appreciation? They fought against them, killed them and took their land. That's how they showed their appreciation.

Then the settlers (from Europe) imported slaves because of their greed and they were too lazy to do the work themselves and too stingy to pay others to do it. So, they paid for slaves and forced them to work, treating them worst than some of their animals and when Lincoln finally acknowledged they were just as human as their white counterparts and declared so--legally--the haters--the white haters still found every justification to rape, lynch, burn the people and cheat them out of land.

We know that hatred abounded then and now with the Jim Crow laws that kept Black people segregated and limited their use of bathrooms, water fountains and hotels and restaurants. White people lied about Black people and justice was a joke since a jury--if used--was all white and usually, the white people just decided to lynch a person "accused of doing wrong" whether evidence proved it or not.

And now we're dealing with the haters still--those white people who claim they're afraid their race will be diminished by people of color. So to make sure their race "remains pure" they're plotting to kill every person of color in America because they think--people of color have somehow kept them from--jobs, happiness, whatever--I don't know how they justify their false premises--since they have always had opportunities to do things denied people of color.

Hatred is ugly and despicable. It's roots are found in a person's insecurities and in those who know how to manipulate others into believing a lie. The leaders of hatred and bigotry really hate themselves and because they feel impotent, they plant and nurture seeds of hatred until people begin believing that everything they don't have is the fault of a person of color.

There is only one planet that we know of so far that is habitable for human beings--earth. We're all here--one race--the human race--bleeding the same color. Though there are those who will continue to hate no matter what because it's easier for them to do so, I will continue to love because it's easier for me to do so. I hope others will continue the fight against hatred and bigotry everywhere they go.  We know The Word tells us that whatever is in our hearts is what will rise to the surface and overflow from us. Love makes more sense and so much easier to do than hate. We must continue the fight against hate.

My fight to eradicate hate will continue all the way to the White House as I encourage people daily to look within and recognize truth, not enabling lies nor allowing anyone else to pacify or enable false premises. We must be willing to accept truth about ourselves before we can speak truth to others. I am willing to be used by God and willing to serve all Everyday Americans and I will continue to seek support for my run to the White House.

Thank you for considering all that I've said over the years and for your willingness to support a True Believer and a True Patriot who wants what's best for all Americans and one who promote peace and harmony for all other countries as well.

The Turn Around!

Whoever remains stiff-necked after many rebukes will suddenly be destroyed--without remedy. When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan. A man who loves wisdom brings joy to his father, but a companion of prostitutes squanders his wealth. By justice a king gives a country stability, but those who are greedy for bribes tear it down. Those who flatter their neighbors are spreading nets for their feet. Evildoers are snared by their own sin, but the righteous shout for joy and are glad.  The righteous care about justice for the poor, but the wicked have no such concern. Mockers stir up a city, but the wise turn away anger. If a wise person goes to court with a fool, the fool rages and scoffs and there is no peace. The bloodthirsty hate a person of integrity and seek to kill the upright. Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end. If a ruler listens to lies, all his officials become wicked. Proverbs 29:1-12 NIV
It is time for us to turn our situation around in America. No one should have to lose their life because of hatred, but we know--historically--that if we continue to ignore the obvious, more lives will be lost. We cannot hope to achieve any greatness by hating or promoting hatred. The bigotry that exists in the hearts of those who claim to know God, must be extinguished and never allowed to re-ignite flames of hatred.

For some--turning from their hatred--the seed that has been planted and nourished by ignorance and lies and sprouting and spreading through their lips--the journey to a pathway of seeing truth and admitting wrong will be a long one, but not an impossible. one. In order for a person to receive truth, they must desire truth and remove all the lies so truth will grow. I'm reminded of tending a garden. As long as the weeds are left alone, nothing of any substance will have room to grow. Lies are the weeds in our lives that must be uprooted so there will be room for truth to grow and change minds and hearts.

If anyone claims no knowledge of what hate can do in a nation, they haven't been paying attention. Bigotry and hatred have existed in this country for centuries and it would appear that since it has not been totally eradicated, we will have to deal with it until it is. Right now, starting with every individual--there must be a concerted effort to eradicate hate and plant seeds of love to turn this situation around!

Bigotry and hatred (and greed) were the impetus for slavery in this country.

Bigotry and hatred were the seeds planted that rose up against efforts for equality between the races and genders in this country.

Bigotry and hatred are bred in the soil of ignorance and insecurity and fear in this country and fertilized by unwillingness to accept truth.

Bigotry and hatred continue to exist when people are close-minded and unwilling to consider they are not always right about anything.

As long as we are resistant to communicating effectively with others, willing to sit down and listen to views that are not like our own and recognize we have a right to disagree, but we should learn to do so, agreeably.

We all have choices to make--right now, in the coming days, and for the rest of our lives. We can choose to live in peace and harmony by loving one another or we can choose to live in chaos and strife, allowing hatred and bigotry to reign and destroy.

I don't know about you, but I choose to love and I have repeatedly stated that we can accomplish all things with love in our hearts, but the only end result of hatred and bigotry is destruction. I will not play a part in the destruction of a nation, but I will do all I can to build and stabilize the nation with love.

Knowing how to love and loving does not mean I have to agree with things that are not right and I won't. Loving means telling people the truth whether they want to hear it or not, and whether they receive it or not. I will not stop speaking truth to power or promoting truth to all who are in my social media communities and everywhere I go. No one has to agree with me; I accept that--but as God reveals clarity of His Word to me--I will promote it, no matter what happens. And our current political climate is weighed down with such hatred and bigotry by those who think they are superior to others that we need to learn how to turn this around. I'm willing and I hope others are, too.

We don't have to wait to 2020 to see a turn around in our nation, we can start now and strengthen our resolve to live in peace and love and in 2020 by choosing to elect a person who is willing to serve for the benefit of all Everyday Americans.

Praying For Safety!

Help, Lord, for no one is faithful anymore; those who are loyal have vanished from the human race, Everyone lies to their neighbor; they flatter with their lips but harbor deception in their hearts. May the Lord silence all flattering lips and every boastful tongue--those who say, "By our tongues we will prevail; our own lips will defend us--who is lord over us?" "Because the poor are plundered and the needy groan I will now rise," says the Lord. "I will protect them from those who malign them." And the words of the Lord are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times. You, Lord, will keep the needy safe and will protect us forever from the wicked, who freely strut about when what is vile is honored by the human race. Psalm 12 NIV
For all who are participating in the March For Truth and other events around the world--demanding truth, equality and justice for all, I'm praying for your safety. God is with us and He smiles upon all who are fighting to defend the rights of the poor and vulnerable. Unfortunately for those of us in America, with trump in the White House--we are all vulnerable--since he has proven he has no ability for critical thinking or compassion on those who are less fortunate (financially--for he is morally depleted) than he is.

Father in the name of Jesus,

We know You are the same God--yesterday, today and forever. Whatever You did in the past to protect those who valiantly fought for justice and equality in the past, You will continue to do today and in the future. Encourage hearts in the face of evil and remind those marching You are going before them and no weapon lodged against them shall prosper. Strengthen their bodies and renew energy and determination to keep moving forward in Your strength, never wavering or being enticed by evil. Peace be upon everyone who knows The Lord and how to conduct themselves decently and in order. Thank You for hearing and answering prayer, to Your glory. Amen!

Remember the battle is not ours--it is the Lord's and He shall conquer and we will be victorious in all we do that honors Him.

Be blessed and stay safe. Never allow the provocation of evil to determine your path; laugh in its face and keep it moving.

Looking forward to hearing the excerpts of victory resulting from this day and all those to come until we rid ourselves of the menace in the White House.

While you're marching, think about the kind of "real change" we need to see in Washington and remember 2020 election is coming.

I'm Listening!

The proverbs of Solomon son of David, king of Israel: for gaining wisdom and instruction; for understanding words of insight; for receiving instruction in prudent behavior, doing what is right and just and fair; for giving prudence to those who are simple, knowledge and discretion to the young—let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance—for understanding proverbs and parables, the sayings and riddles of the wise. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Listen, my son, to your father’s instruction and do not forsake your mother’s teaching. They are a garland to grace your head and a chain to adorn your neck. My son, if sinful men entice you, do not give in to them. If they say, “Come along with us; let’s lie in wait for innocent blood, let’s ambush some harmless soul; let’s swallow them alive, like the grave, and whole, like those who go down to the pit; we will get all sorts of valuable things and fill our houses with plunder; cast lots with us; we will all share the loot”—my son, do not go along with them, do not set foot on their paths; for their feet rush into evil, they are swift to shed blood. How useless to spread a net where every bird can see it! These men lie in wait for their own blood; they ambush only themselves! Such are the paths of all who go after ill-gotten gain; it takes away the life of those who get it. Out in the open wisdom calls aloud, she raises her voice in the public square; on top of the wall she cries out, at the city gate she makes her speech: “How long will you who are simple love your simple ways? How long will mockers delight in mockery and fools hate knowledge?Repent at my rebuke! Then I will pour out my thoughts to you, I will make known to you my teachings. But since you refuse to listen when I call and no one pays attention when I stretch out my hand, since you disregard all my advice and do not accept my rebuke, I in turn will laugh when disaster strikes you; I will mock when calamity overtakes you—when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind, when distress and trouble overwhelm you. “Then they will call to me but I will not answer; they will look for me but will not find me, since they hated knowledge and did not choose to fear the LORD. Since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke, they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes. For the waywardness of the simple will kill them, and the complacency of fools will destroy them; but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm.” Proverbs 1
ATTENTION ALL WHO BELIEVED A LIE AND FOLLOWED A MOCKER!

When we listen to God and know He speaks to us because we understand His Word, we avoid falling into the snares and pits plotted for us by those who choose to lie and make a mockery out of those things we hold dear and sacred.

Traditions--established to maintain continuity and stability--especially in how our nation functions--should not be abandoned for the sake of ego. Now we see the consequences daily of ignoring traditions and respecting those which keep us safe from harm.

Those in the White House have disrespected its purpose, its honor, and the history of maintaining order so all Americans can feel safe.

There is no order or stability in the midst of chaos.

There is no honor or integrity in lying and mocking the most important position of the land--governing the people--who will not tolerate a dictator.

I do pray that all the Republicans and Evangelicals, who are about to see how The Lord reveals truth and exposes wickedness thought hidden, can handle the repercussions of promoting a pathological liar whose only desire in obtaining access to the White House was to assuage his ego and to humiliate President Obama and all he tried to do for the benefit of all Americans. No true Believer would have taken part in this mockery of justice and who we are in Christ.

I am a true Believer and I'm listening to God and watching and warning! If people choose not to listen--that's their prerogative and they will have to deal with the consequences of not listening.

It's time for a change--a change in this country's views and actions that can only led by an Everyday American who understands--what all need to survive and thrive in this nation.

Holding Onto His Love!

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because he first loved us. Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister. 1 John 4:8-21 NIV
When all is said done--no matter what else is going on in the world--we know we can count on His love to keep us going.

Taking a few minutes to reflect upon where I am and where I used to be--on a spiritual plane--on a daily basis--keeps me mindful of just how much He loves me. And since He is not a respecter of persons, I know He loves others just as much as loves me. After all, He loved the world so much, He died for us. Now, I try on a daily basis to demonstrate my love for Him, by living for Him and doing all He has instructed me to do.

I get no perverse pleasure out of seeing anyone humiliated for trying to do what's right, but I must admit--when justice is served upon those who commit crimes and seek to serve only their interests--I am not unhappy when evil is exposed for all to see.

The evil that exists in the WH is being exposed and only God knows the final outcome and while I wait for the conclusion of the matter, I'm spending time remembering just how much He loves me.
I know He loves me because I'm still here--still learning--and still loving even those who have shown themselves to be unlovable. There are some who might say, I don't know how to love others--especially since I've been so critical of 45 and his associates. I know how to love from afar--even though there is a severe distaste for his methods and ignorance, and it is because of love that I keep pointing out his shortcomings in hopes that someone, someday might make him aware of his condition and his destination--he's headed for the lake of fire, but if he's going to avoid it, he must learn to accept truth and speak truth.

People who love us will always tell us the truth whether we want to hear it or not. And they keep telling us truth (not their opinions) until we recognize truth for ourselves. God's Word is truth and nothing anyone ever says against it will change its truth. It doesn't matter whether some believe God or His Word--their belief doesn't change God's truth and it is His truth, I will continue to share with others.

"Oh how He loves you and me."
"Oh how He loves you and me."
"He gave His life, what more could He give. Oh how He loves you, Oh, how He loves me, Oh how He loves you and me."

He's loved me through all my ignorance (lack of knowledge about Him and His Word); loved me through sickness and pain; loved me through dealing with loss of loved ones; loved me through the anxiety of being an elder student and succeeding beyond my dreams; loved me through doubts and determination, and no matter what I do, or how far I fall short of being perfect, He reminds me, He still loves me.

In order to get through the next few months of uncertainty within our nation and what it will eventually mean for all, I'm going to hold onto His love--and look forward to seeing His purposes fulfilled in my life, no matter what.

And while I'm waiting, I'm going to continue to love and speak His truth.

Staying Focused!

I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you.Only let us live up to what we have already attained. Join together in following my example, brothers and sisters, and just as you have us as a model, keep your eyes on those who live as we do.For, as I have often told you before and now tell you again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. Philippians 3:14-21 NIV
At some point in time, we all need to take stock of our surroundings, pay attention to what's important and determine within ourselves--to not let the menial incidents to distract us or keep us off focus.

If our focus is to live for Christ and live as He desires us to live--we cannot ignore the plight of those who are less fortunate than we are, nor can we ignore the attempts of those in positions of authority to demean or belittle others. All lives are important to God--Black, White, Asian, Latino, Brown, Red--no matter what a person believes or how they worship--we are important to Him. Since we are important to Him--we cannot sit back and allow mere human beings to disdain God's plans for us for the sake of keeping political campaign promises that denigrate other human beings.

Therefore, as along as the current administration attempts to create hostile environments for others, we will continue to keep him aware of his shortcomings and fight for the rights of others to live in a safe, fearless environment.

Though I have yet to attend a march in protest of the decisions being made for others, I look forward to being in Washington in a couple of months. My presence in itself may not change a thing, but historically, it will change the way people view autocracy and it will certainly be a bookmark in my life, being on the right side of history, not the infamy of those who only had plans to lift themselves.

On a daily basis, I seek The Lord to see what He would have me say and I can say without doubt, that He is continually overseeing all I do to His glory and not my own. For I know, there is no glory I can seek for myself, but I can do all I can to encourage others to never give in to tyranny or a tyrant. So, my focus--on today like many other days, will to be make phone calls to legislators, tweet them, email them--doing whatever I can to make sure our voices are heard and to make a way for those who are living in fear--to know peace.

I pray all like-minded will join the battle against injustice and white privilege that allows others to feel superior to those who don't look like them. I remind all--especially those pseudo-christians who think that Jesus was white--to learn the geography of the region in which He was born, read The Word with a pure heart and open mind and know--that God does not discriminate against a person because of skin tones.

Is This The Journey God Approved?

In those days Israel had no king. And in those days the tribe of the Danites was seeking a place of their own where they might settle, because they had not yet come into an inheritance among the tribes of Israel. So the Danites sent five of their leading men from Zorah and Eshtaol to spy out the land and explore it. These men represented all the Danites. They told them, “Go, explore the land.” So they entered the hill country of Ephraim and came to the house of Micah, where they spent the night. When they were near Micah’s house, they recognized the voice of the young Levite; so they turned in there and asked him, “Who brought you here? What are you doing in this place? Why are you here?” He told them what Micah had done for him, and said, “He has hired me and I am his priest.”  Then they said to him, “Please inquire of God to learn whether our journey will be successful.”The priest answered them, “Go in peace. Your journey has the LORD’s approval.”
In reading all of Judges (the entire book), we see what happens to various tribes when they forsake God and look to men to guide them. Even though the Danites inquired of the priest for direction, they misused the information to attack those living in peace. They were the peace-breakers, not peacemakers.

When the colonists came to this land, they were escaping religious persecution and though they were still under the authority of the King of England, they forged their way across the ocean and settled in the land, already inhabited among those who lived in peace, but not for long. They spied out the land just long enough to see that the land was good and the people conquerable. So that's what they did. They became peace-breakers and later claimed the land as their own, when it was not.

The prevailing attitude of those who claim to be "white nationalists" or "supremacists" is one of hatred, in the guise of "a christianity" unknown to God. Their christianity involves them being fearful of being extinct and to prevent their extinction, they revile and belittle everyone who doesn't look like them. What they fail to recognize is that the God of Heaven, who came down to earth in the likeness of man in the person of Jesus, is Love and will not teach hatred of anyone, simply because they look different.

What's revealed in the attitude of those who hate "non-white" people is the fact that they haven't read or understood the bible and have no relationship with God. If their relationship with God was right, their journey in the land would not concern them for He would lead them in righteousness and a journey into peace-making, not peace-breaking.

It is apparent from the comments I read on news threads and the video clips I view that there are so many people out there who don't know the history of the journey by the colonists to this land. I've said this before, and I guess I'll just have to keep saying it, "America was not founded on Christianity or built by white Europeans." The land was not called America until the white Europeans "conquered" the peaceful people and virtually stole the land from them, resettling them in specific areas to control them. The Natives of the land were not Christians, the belief was forced upon them, just as it was forced upon the slaves who were imported to this land. It was the slaves who "built this country" and invented much of what was used to increase the wealth of "white slave owners."

Considering the gift given to us by France, once "Americans" declared their freedom from oppression, the statue of liberty--that rests in the New York harbor as a beacon of hope for anyone coming to the land, I find it totally bizarre that people do not want immigrants coming here. What is more bizarre is the support by many for a ban against Muslims--a religion, not an ethnicity--when we claim to welcome "all." I guess the welcome has become a lie, since we now act as though we are superior to every other group of people.

Newsflash Americans--and I am one--whose ancestors were imported to the land--we are not superior to anyone and our country is younger than most. We are now proceeding to the edge of the cliff where all the "ideals" of democracy are being brushed aside by the menace of "nationalist" ideology and this journey--of hatred--will bring us all to the end as we fall into the precipice of fascism and tyranny.

Isolationism is key in the effort to "control the masses"(in fenced-like concentration camps already constructed in various states) along with false news and propaganda designed to make people believe what is not true. Only those who are blinded by hate will fall for the nonsense, but their growing hatred will cause much irreparable damage to an entire nation--if not impeded. We have no king--we have an elected leader, who is subject to the laws of the land, like everyone else. When a leader of a free nation attempts to control what news is appropriate for people to hear, they have reached a point where they should be removed. It is time to begin the impeachment process of all in the White House.

Can we see the similarities between the Danites and Americans? If not, we simply need to take a journey into the history of our nation and other world governments to understand what we see right now.

America has been a nation of immigrants, all looking to have a better life, regardless of their religious beliefs or the color of their skin and all need to be treated with respect, and in recognition of the Constitution which we say is our guide.

If we insist--out of fear--to continue this journey of hatred and superiority, we will indeed become extinct as so many other civilizations have--before us.

Who Will Enter?

LORD, who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain? The one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart; whose tongue utters no slander, who does no wrong to a neighbor, and casts no slur on others; who despises a vile person but honors those who fear the LORD; who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and does not change their mind; who lends money to the poor without interest; who does not accept a bribe against the innocent. Whoever does these things will never be shaken. Psalm 15 NIV
I am so thankful that God loves me--loves us all--for He did not come down to save just me, but all who would accept the gift of salvation through His shed blood.

There's a song that many churches--especially in the Black Community --sing, "Down through the years, God's been good to me," and when I look back over my life, I can sing that song with reverence because He has been so good to me. Not that I've been perfect--there are no perfect people--but because I recognize Him for who He is and I try to live according to His Word.

In order for anyone to live according to God's Word, they must first know it. When we get into The Word--we learn how God wants us to live--and if we're honest with ourselves--we see The Word as a mirror--reflecting back to us who we are and where we fall short. Even when we fall short--His mercy and grace--sustain us--renewing our determination to get living right for Him. It is because of His mercy and grace--that we can know without doubting, whether we will enter into His presence at the end of our journey on this side of Heaven.

When David wrote the few verses above, He understood--not because he had read a bible as we know it, but because of the teachings from a child--by his family about God's goodness and what He had always done for the Children of Israel. David was not a perfect man, but he was a man after God's own heart in that he recognized when he was wrong and repented, seeking God's forgiveness.

If a person never recognizes when they are wrong and won't do anything to correct the wrong, they will never enter into God's presence.

When John--the Baptizer--was on his journey throughout the region, "crying in the wilderness" as we're told, "Repent, Repent, for the kingdom of the Lord is at hand." He was the precursor for Jesus--warning people that they must admit being or doing wrong and setting things right. Though John was beheaded for telling the truth--he knew where he would spend eternity.

Do we know? Can we know? I know there's a mansion in heaven with my name on the door plate and I have determined that nothing and on one is going to impede my arrival--I will enter my promise--as Jesus told it.  "For in my Father's House are many mansions."

Now think about this: we who are laborers for The Lord--the little people--the caring people, the benevolent people, the people who given generously to those in need, the people who give of their time and talents to fight injustice and to defend the rights of the poor and needy, we have a right to enter in and know with assurance we have a place for all eternity as a reward for the sacrifices we've made to help others out of obedience to God.

Then there are those who have done nothing for anyone, but expect everyone else to do for them. They are self-centered, thin-skinned and think the world revolves around them. They are quick to criticize others, but get angry when others criticize them. In their minds, they are the only ones who are right and everyone else is wrong. And that's a description of the Tweeter-in-chief who feels like it is "his right" to be president, when all the evidence surfacing reveals he got to that point--by corruption and deception.

He believes he is above the law and in fact thinks laws were not meant for him and unfortunately, the so-called religious, family values group of lawmakers are doing nothing--at this moment--to correct his thinking. What they are doing is allowing him to think, he can change our democracy into a dictatorship ruled by Putin with him as his puppet.

Will they enter into God's presence at the end of life's journey? Not according to His Word. I don't know where they will spend eternity but I do know that liars will be thrown into the lake of fire for eternity.
Where will you spend eternity? I'd love for all I know to spend eternity with me in heaven, but that is not my choice; it is every individual's choice and all I can do--is to make sure all I know--have been made aware of their options. Jesus is Lord and He loved us--each and everyone--enough to die for us and I am determined to love Him enough to live for Him. Will you join me?

Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank You for loving us enough to come down from heaven, living in the likeness of man, experiencing all that we would experience in life, and yet willing--with all the flaws you saw in us--looking ahead through the years--and yet still decided to hang a cross for our sins. Forgive us for not understanding how much You love and teach us daily how we're to live and treat others. Encourage and embolden us to always speak truth as You give it to us, no matter what others may think. And for any who have not already accepted You as their personal Savior, move upon their hearts to receive You, now. In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--26!

I will sing of your love and justice; to you, LORD, I will sing praise. I will be careful to lead a blameless life— when will you come to me? I will conduct the affairs of my house with a blameless heart. I will not look with approval on anything that is vile. I hate what faithless people do; I will have no part in it.The perverse of heart shall be far from me; I will have nothing to do with what is evilWhoever slanders their neighbor in secret, I will put to silence; whoever has haughty eyes and a proud heart, I will not tolerate. My eyes will be on the faithful in the land, that they may dwell with me; the one whose walk is blameless will minister to me. No one who practices deceit will dwell in my house; no one who speaks falsely will stand in my presence. Every morning I will put to silence all the wicked in the land; I will cut off every evildoer from the city of the LORD. Psalm 101 NIV
Day 26

Lord Jesus,

Once again, we come to You, humbled by Your Word--realizing that every situation in life that we could possibly experience, You have already addressed.

Even now, with all the evil afoot and the plots and plans to dehumanize the poor and needy and women across this nation, we know that You have a plan for all involved in the wickedness.

Lord, thank You for surrounding us with like-minded people who will obey and silence the evil ones, reminding them on a constant basis of Your Word--especially those who proclaim to know You, but by their actions, we know they do not.

Continue to strengthen our resolve to see justice for all and for giving us the wisdom to engage lawmakers in the fight for what is right. Remind them O, Lord--that in the end, they must still stand before You and Your judgment against them will be as swift as their judgment against those whose voices they refuse to hear and acknowledge.

Thank You, Lord for those who are willing to speak up on behalf of those who are fearful, giving us the courage to say what must be said, calling out lies and liars, evil and truth, without risking our place in heaven.

And on this day, we thank You for being in the chambers of Congress--speaking to the hearts of every person elected to serve the needs of the people, not a party agenda, and bringing them into the light of truth, according to Your Word, not the dictates of man.

You are indeed a mighty God, awesome in power and magnanimous in justice and all Your judgments are just! We praise You for Your might acts of redemption and snatching from the fire those who are endangered because of following wolves in sheep's clothing. Thank You for exposing for all the world to see--how much darkness resides in the hearts of those who embrace the idea of power, but have no knowledge of how to use it--effectively and with equity for all.

We know, O God, that our work is not in vain and that we are simply the instruments being used to effect Your goals in the land. Thank You for finding us worthy to be used by You.

In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--23!

The LORD reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice.Clouds and thick darkness surround him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne. Fire goes before him and consumes his foes on every side. His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles. The mountains melt like wax before the LORD, before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim his righteousness, and all peoples see his glory. All who worship images are put to shame, those who boast in idols— worship him, all you gods! Zion hears and rejoices and the villages of Judah are glad because of your judgments, LORD. For you, LORD, are the Most High over all the earth; you are exalted far above all gods. Let those who love the LORD hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked. Light shines on the righteous and joy on the upright in heart. Rejoice in the LORD, you who are righteous, and praise his holy name. Psalm 97 NIV
Day Twenty-Three

Lord Jesus,

We thank You for Your Word that is a constant reminder of the power You hold over the earth. Thank You for consuming the enemies of Your people--those whose minds and hearts are corrupted by greed and they plot to do evil in secret. Thank You for those who have the courage to expose the corruption in high places, revealing the darkness that lies in their hearts and the need to save their souls from being consumed in the lake of fire.

Speak to the heart of every politician in Congress today as they convene to govern this country and remind them of who You are and their obligation to govern all people. Root out the evil in the hearts of those who have accepted bribes and gifts in exchange for their support circumvent righteous laws and decrees. Force an accounting by every governing authority so all will know none are exempt from the law, but by the law shall their fates be sealed for all the world to see.

Speak to the hearts of every judge in the land and give them the courage to judge all matters with justice for all standing at the forefront of every decision.

Speak to the hearts of every investigative entity and investigator in which truth is sought and prevails over evil deeds and plans.

Speak to the hearts of every citizen so they will wake up and realize the peril our country is in and give them courage to do what is right in contacting their respective representatives in Congress--demanding all to uphold the oaths of their offices--in protecting every citizen from those who would create harmful situations for all.

O Lord, expose the evil that exists and cleanse the hearts of every evil-doer with fire from on high, creating in them repentance and desire to serve You and You alone.

Thank You, Lord for hearing and answering our prayers and for keeping every individual whose heart belongs to You, encouraged and emboldened to do all that is right before You, and being used by You to root out evil at every turn.

We give You praise and glory for You are the only One worthy of it!

In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen!

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--20!

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers. Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction. Psalm 1 NIV
Day Twenty

Lord Jesus,

You know our hearts and our thoughts before we think them. We stand ready for correction and renewing of our spirits by You for anything that is not of You. Lord, we take nothing for granted and will always seek You early--while You may be found--for wisdom and direction in all things so our living for You is not in vain.

We know that You know the wicked from the righteous and we entreat You to keep the righteous covered--from all the destructive devices the enemy uses in opposition of You.

We thank You for our faith that will not waver under the attack of naysayers and those who plot to do evil. We thank You for Your Word--we use as both a shield and sword against the attacks of the wicked. We thank You for the courage and strength and determination to keep our feet moving--doing good and not evil. We are grateful for Your love and wisdom and direction and our hope remains in You, not man or woman.

And even as the wicked--continue to plot the downfall of those who love You--we continue to praise You for Your goodness and mercy that will follow us all the days of our lives. We continue to lift our hands and our voices--magnifying You, O God--for all You will accomplish in the earth through those who love You and obey Your Word. We continue to stand up and speak out against injustice and wrongdoing against those who have no voice and are ignored.

We thank You for victory in every area of our lives and that You will allow us to see the humiliation of all who are evil and plot evil against those who love You.

In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen

30 Days of Prayer and Praise--4!

I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber;indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD watches over you— the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life;  the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. Psalm 121 NIV
Day Four

Lord Jesus,

Thank You for waking us this morning--with a heart and mind to praise You--to seek Your face while we're able to do so. We know we can look to You to help us in every situation that may arise in our lives--for You are our source--of everything we need. We thank You for watching over us--day and night--never allowing us to slip or slide in the pits of darkness or any of the traps the enemy has laid out for us. We thank You for watching over us as we go in and come out of our homes, our schools, our workplaces and everywhere we go--You make Your presence known.

We thank You for the sun that warms, the moon that shines in the darkness and the stars that cause us to marvel and hope beyond what we see. We thank for the summer heat and rain and the cold that helps to regulate our climate. We thank You for the use of our limbs that work--some days better than others--as we lift our hands in praise of You and use our fingers to spread hope and joy by sharing The Word of encouragement for all who may have a feint heart.

We thank You for a time of silence we use introspection and reflection about we see and do. We thank You for always speaking a word to our hearts--guiding us on our daily mission so we might encourage ourselves and those around us. We thank You for the invention of all the technological platforms that give us avenues to speak up and out against injustices everywhere and to fight against hate and bigotry wherever we see it spring into action.

And most of all--we thank You for not only speaking to the hearts of all who have decisions to make regarding this great, but also for giving them the desire to hear and obey, making the interests of the nation a priority over political party affiliation.

Now, Lord look upon each of us and ignite in us a desire to do all that is right and live a life that is pleasing to You and You alone. If You find anything in us that is not like You, remove it and re-direct our thoughts so we will not bring shame to Your name. Though we are not perfect, we know we serve a perfect God, flawless--omnipotent--merciful and loving, taking of Your imperfect, children.

You, O Lord are all that is Holy, and True and we submit ourselves to Your molding to shape and prune--making us more like You.

In Jesus' name we pray and thank You, Amen!

When Souls Are at Risk!

From that time on Jesus began to explain to his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life. Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. “Never, Lord!” he said. “This shall never happen to you!” Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.” Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done. “Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.” Matthew 16:19-26 NIV
Better a little with righteousness than much gain with injustice.Proverbs 16:8 NIV
Eloquent lips are unsuited to a godless fool— how much worse lying lips to a ruler! Proverbs 17:7 NIV
How do we lose our soul? By trying to live according to man's dictates rather than living by The Word of God and obeying what we hear Him say to us.

When man thinks it is more important for people to listen to them, than to God, souls are at risk. Since I've never been one to try to please people, I try to make sure my soul--my soul--remains in position to be blessed by God, knowing where my eternity shall be spent. All is well with my soul!
Now, because of my love for God and the desire to please Him, what I do is often misinterpreted as being an act of disobedience by some who think they know more than God. I realize that God has given us all a gift--specifically--purposed by Him, for Him. Though I did not recognize the gift as a child when I was always the one trying to maintain peace among kids on the playground and in school, I do recognize it now. He has always used me to fight for the underdog--those who were not capable of speaking up for themselves or not willing to do so because of fear.

Looking back at the endeavors I've undertaken, I can see how I was being prepared for such a moment as this. I've always been a community activist--fighting for justice and equality for the oppressed. I've never had a lot of money, but what I had, I often used to help others in need and God has tremendously blessed my life. So, I know when I hear God speak to me and another--I will not hear. I will not be tempted by religious affiliation to steer others onto a path that is not of God.

When trying to choose between two job offers--one that paid more money and was fairly secure and the other that paid less and offered no job security, but involved defending the rights of poor people. I prayed and found in His Word the right path for me--taking the job that paid less, but enriched my life.

I've spent years volunteering my time and skills to help others who could not afford to pay for the services I rendered, but the joy of the Lord was kept alive in my heart by their gratitude, not their money.

As an educator--my purpose was to give those students I taught what they needed to succeed beyond the walls of a classroom and when I see some of them now, they let me know how much they appreciate me--pushing them to do their very best.

And now I understand more than ever how important it is to hear God for ourselves and obey what He's telling us today. I am still an avenger for justice and though I lose the approval of man, I know I have the approval of God when I obey Him, rather than man.

Until the end comes--the end of life or the end of my ability to type--I will obey God because my soul is too important for me to heed the words of mere mortals over the voice of God. My soul belongs to Jesus and another will not cause me lose my place in eternity, simply to pacify another mere mortals with religious rhetoric.

Lord, I thank You for giving me another opportunity to glorify You in all I do. Forgive my reluctance to act even sooner, not obeying what I heard You say, out of concern for what others might think, because I didn't understand, clearly. I will hear and obey--whether I understand it or not so people will not have to live under the dictates of fearmongers and hatemongers who pretend to know You, but don't. And now I ask Your continued blessings and wisdom to be poured into all who desire to please You as we continue our journey to defend the rights of the poor, needy and oppressed.

Defending Justice!

God presides in the great assembly; he renders judgment among the “gods”: “How long will you defend the unjust and show partiality to the wicked Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked. “The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken. “I said, ‘You are “gods”; you are all sons of the Most High.’But you will die like mere mortals; you will fall like every other ruler.” Rise up, O God, judge the earth, for all the nations are your inheritance. Psalm 82:1-8 NIV

Yet at the same time many even among the leaders believed in him. But because of the Pharisees they would not openly acknowledge their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue; for they loved human praise more than praise from God. John 12:42,43 NIV
God sees, hears, and knows all about it. He is speaking and has spoken to the hearts of all who will hear Him and obey. For He knows--there are some who are afraid to speak truth, His Truth, for fear of being excommunicated--without the fellowship of those who choose to teach lies. That's what the Pharisees--the religious leaders were--teachers in the temple who would not teach God's Truth, truthfully, because they wanted the praise of men. Before Jesus ascended back His throne, He commanded us to go into the world, proclaiming the Gospel and that Gospel, includes protesting against those that oppress others.

But we, who believe God, are commanded to defend the rights of the poor and the needy, and the oppressed. And anyone--who's rights are oppressed--need to be defended against the oppressor.

In This Country--the defenders of justice have always risen--against all odds--and prevailed against the injustice of wickedness.

The Revolutionary War ignited from the need of those who felt oppressed by England's law and rules and they openly rebelled to fought to right the injustice they saw.

The Civil War resulted from those who saw the injustice of slavery and rose to put a stop to the practice of treating human beings like animals. The saw the injustice and rose against it and prevailed with the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

The Suffragette Movement resulted when women wanted the right to vote--they marched in protest and eventually--in spite of the odds against them that included being jailed, they prevailed.

Dr. Martin Luther King marched in protest of the injustice of how Black people in America were treated and because of the perseverance and determination of those who joined him to fight injustice, they prevailed with the signing of the Civil Rights Act.

When people in this country marched in protest of what they perceived as their right to marry whoever they wanted to marry, they persevered with the signing of the Marriage Equality Act.

And now--in the 21st Century again--we must rise and protest against the hatred and injustice that is bound to return to our nation--with the war cry, "Make America Great Again" which has decoded as "Make America White-Male Controlled Again." Our war cry is--"Let Every Vote Count As The Voice of Americans."

And yes, an election is supposed to represent the voice of the people, but we also have used an electoral college vote who determines who becomes president with a pledged vote. Considering the fact that the Justice Department is investigating numerous claims of Voter Suppression, there are those of us who believe without a doubt the election was rigged and because Hillary Clinton won the popular vote--the voice of the people--we are protesting against injustice and eruption of hatred  by encouraging our electors to vote the voice of the people on December 19th.
We have seen the protests in the streets which have led to destruction and violence, and unfiltered acts of hatred and racism, and we know with recognizing the true voice of the people--we can begin to heal the land have peace.

While there are those who say, we won't prevail--we see say, we have nothing to lose by trying to right a wrong. And looking at the history of our nation in its endeavors to fight for justice, we may set a historic precedence that will guarantee that every vote cast is counted and in the end--the people's choice prevails.

Therefore, anyone who wishes to join the fight for justice of all Americans, here's the link to the petition to encourage the Electoral College to vote the voice of the people across the nation who have determined that Hillary Clinton should be president of the United States.

https://www.change.org/p/electoral-college-electors-electoral-college-make-hillary-clinton-president-on-december-19?recruiter=273810471&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=copylink

Please sign and share if you believe that it is the voice of the people that should determine who should be president. We are fighting for the rights of those who do not look like the president-elect and for justice for all Americans, especially the poor who do not know they, too have the right to treated with dignity and respect since they have not received it at the hands of those who ignore them.

If this blog post offends your sensibilities--I would suggest a review of our history--the government of this land and know that a protest--is the way change really takes place. And a change is what we need to keep people from oppressing the media and any others who dare to speak against tyranny.

When The Redeemed Speak!

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. Let the redeemed of the LORD tell their story— those he redeemed from the hand of the foe, those he gathered from the lands, from east and west, from north and south.  Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind, for he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things. Psalm 107:1-3, 8,9 NIV
Sometimes, when we have never experienced hardship, we don't understand the hardships, trials, and challenges that others face or endure.

We don't understand how a cancer patient feels when the treatment is debilitating-taking away the desire to eat, to move forward, and sometimes--even to live.

We don't understand how it feels to be homeless, fearful of not surviving to see another day because of the all the threats of harm living on the street, not knowing if we'll live to see another day.

We don't understand the trauma experienced by a new mother who realizes that are not emotionally equipped to deal with a new baby.

We don't understand how life leads people to become addicted to substances and those substances control all they do.

We don't understand how fathers leave families to survive without them.

We don't understand how mothers would abandon her children.

We don't understand how some women survive the trauma of being raped and abused and misused.

We don't understand how discriminatory practices make people feel like they are not part of the human race.

We don't understand why some people will never be considered Americans because of the color of their skin--even though they were born here and generations of family were born here and anthem was ever written.

We don't understand how one group of people can have more respect for a flag--a symbol that does not represent all people living within its borders--than they do people.

If we have never experienced injustice--for any reason--perpetrated against anyone--we don't understand how the victims of injustice feel and if we say we do--we lie.

But for those who have endured the hardships and negative experiences of life over which they had no control, and survived--they understand. And when the survivors--all of them realize that their surviving was not about them, but about God and His purpose for us--they should shout it from the rooftops--Our God reigns!

He is a healer. He is a provider. He is a protector. He is a deliverer. He is the seat of justice and we shall stand before Him one day. He is all we can ever need and He always hears the cries of those who love Him. Give Him praise and glory for it all belongs to Him!

You and You alone, O God are worthy of our praise! We are the redeemed because of Your mercy and grace. We are the chosen because of Your love towards and we are not ashamed to say, we belong to You! Worthy is the Lamb of God and greatly to be praised!

I am the redeemed of The Lord and I say so--loudly, consistently, proudly and boldly! Without God, where would I be? Who else could I run to in my hour of need? Who else would wrap their loving arms around me and comfort me when no one else even knew the trials and challenges I faced and endure? Who, but God--can remedy wrongs--without hatred or bigotry? When love reigns--there is no fear and where there is no fear--there is no need for hatred or bigotry. Where there is no hatred or bigotry--the land is healed and peace reigns! Hallelujah for our reigning Lord, Jesus Christ!

Reign on in the hearts of men and women and children everywhere, King Jesus!

Only Love Combats Evil!

Until we understand how important it is to love others--we will always cringe when we hear the news of another shooting--compelled by hate.

If we do not understand God's unconditional love and refuse to receive it, we are unable to love others, for we cannot give what we do not have.

Unconditional love--loves regardless of what others look like, how they think or what they do. Unconditional love does not condone sin or evil, but loves beyond it. When we know Love--for God is Love--we correct those who need correction and chastise those who need it--out of love--not hatefulness.

Parents should love their children unconditionally, but compel them to adhere to rules established to protect them and help them to become productive, responsible adults. When children are not corrected and allowed to think they should have everything they want, they become spoiled brats, prone to throwing tantrums in order to get their way. If the behavior is not corrected, they become bratty adults who throw tantrums when things don't go their way.

Husbands and wives should love each other (beyond lust)--no matter what--committed to the relationship and determined to do what is right for each other and the rest of the family.

Siblings should love one another and support each other in all things that are right and honest.
Those who love The Lord should never meet a stranger even though some strangers do not know how to love.

We should all be filled with compassion when we see injustice and sorrow in others. If we are filled with love, we are able to allow that love to overflow onto others without hatred or bigotry and certainly without fearmongering since where there is love--fear cannot dwell.

When are we--as human beings--going to figure it out? Hate is not overcome with more hate; only love can combat evil and turn things around for good.

For the sake of our children's future--and our present--please--let us learn to love--receiving God's love and allowing His love to overflow--from us to others and stop the violence!

Do You Hear Us, Lord?

How long, LORD, must I call for help, but you do not listen? Or cry out to you, “Violence!” but you do not save? Why do you make me look at injustice? Why do you tolerate wrongdoing? Destruction and violence are before me; there is strife, and conflict abounds. Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never prevails. The wicked hem in the righteous, so that justice is perverted." Habakkuk 1:2-4 NIV
This first prayer by the prophet, reminds me of where some of us might feel we are today. For those of us who have been praying, relentlessly, and see nothing on the surface of things changing, we (or at least I do) tend to wonder if God is hearing us.

But then as we look at the rest of this passage and see God's response, we must also wonder if God is not doing the same thing now, as He allowed then. That is, allowing plans for massive destruction by those who hate all of God's people because God's people won't obey Him. Perhaps, now as it was then--we'll have to be held captive by truly hateful people in order for God to get our attention!

When destruction comes--we have only ourselves to blame. We deliberately exchanged the lie of the enemy for God's Truth and made the lie a priority by which men live rather than God's Truth. As since the lie--streaming from the top (our President)  flows over the people and is choking God's Truth--cutting off the oxygen supply needed for brain cells to function--we are left with mindless laws that promote and encourage living in opposition to God's Word. There is no justice with the Supreme Court Justices and all will have to stand before God and give an account of their actions.
And since we are a nation that is not concerned with justice for all--we will be subjected to the justice exercised by the ungodly.

Therefore, at every turn, we see Believers belittled and their rights ignored for the satisfaction of the few--ungodly--who hope to pervert the entire nation so they can pacify the lusts of their flesh. When will all the ungodliness cease and people come to their senses before it's too late? Or is it already too late? With the blustering buffoonery we see campaigning to become president and the hatred and bigotry displayed against entire groups of people, what has this nation caved to doing? Our so-called political correctness has opened the door for disaster and those dastardly demons are laughing their butts off at our expense.

Lord, You have promised that the fervent, never-ending prayers of the righteous accomplish much and we are waiting--to see the fruit of our prayers yield--peace, love, and an end to violence and hatred exhibited by so many. Create in the hearts of all those who oppose You, a desire to please You and a willingness to repent of all things that are not like You. We know You hear and answer prayer and we wait to see the majestic results  so all will know--You and You alone are God!

When Evil Plots Fulfill God's Plan!

Then one of them, name Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, spoke up, "You know nothing at all! You do not realize that it is better for you that one man die for the people than the whole nation perish." He did not say this on his own, but as high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus would die for the Jewish nation, and not only for that nation but also for the scattered Children of God, to bring them together and make them one. So from that day on they plotted to take his life. John 11:49-53 NIV
What the devil intends for evil, God uses to fulfill His plans! When we look at prophecy--from The Word, not the mouths of those who would deliberately misguide others--we see that prophecies (spoken as God speaks to His prophets) and His Word will be fulfilled, no matter what the devil does. He turned the evil intent by Joseph's brothers to good--fulfilling His plan that Joseph would have rule over his brothers. Saul sought to kill the Believers, but God used his zeal and passion to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ, once he was transformed on the road to Damascus.

Though we, who have discerning spirits--know The Word and know that the evil perpetuated upon the nation in the guise of legalism by those who sit in high places--we should remember how God uses the evil the devil attempts to do to fulfill His Plans.

We do not need to concern ourselves overly much about the condition of mankind for God has a plan--and His plan will be fulfilled--no matter how He has to bring it about. Our concern should be in promoting the Gospel--no matter how much people resist hearing The Word--we continue with diligence and zeal to say what God says.

Perhaps, because of the state of the nation--God is using this time to reveal the hearts of those who proclaim to know Him in order to prune their hearts so they can see themselves clearly and get right with God.

What we need to do more than ever is to pray for those in authority--so they will truly hear from God and do only those things that God tells them to do.

Justice must prevail--according to God's righteousness, not man's polluted views of God's intent for mankind.

And we know--that in the end--we shall stand before Him and give an account of what we have done in the earth. Will we be exposed for plotting evil or good? It is indeed time--or rather past time--for all to search their hearts, according to God's Word--not political correctness and ask God to transform us--acting as True Ambassadors for good, not evil.
