When Hatred is The Foundation!

The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life, but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence. Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers all wrongs. Wisdom is found on the lips of the discerning, but a rod is for the back of one who has no sense. The wise store up knowledge, but the mouth of a fool invites ruin. The wealth of the rich is their fortified city, but poverty is the ruin of the poor. The wages of the righteous is life, but the earnings of the wicked are sin and death. Whoever heeds discipline shows the way to life, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray. Whoever conceals hatred with lying lips and spreads slander is a fool. Sin is not ended by multiplying words, but the prudent hold their tongues. Proverbs 10:11-18 NIV
How many times do we hear people ask, "Why is there so much hatred in the land?" There are many reasons for the hatred--or rather excuses for the hatred for no one has to hate another--they simply find excuses to hate because they are devoid of love.

If we remember--only what resides in us will come out of us--we get a better understanding of why people hate--no love inside.

I listened to the news and saw the man in Portland who stabbed two people to death simply because they tried to stop his harassment of two young women. Killing out of hate wasn't enough--he stood defiant in court--spewing his hatred and what I noticed was his eyes--they were dark holes in his face, no light and certainly no love for himself. If he could not love himself, he certainly could not love others.

We cannot control what emotions people feel--only they can. I pray for all who harbor hatred and have allowed it to develop into a foundation on which their every act is determined--Lord, destroy the foundation of hate and replace it with love.

If hate is a driving force--forging the way for all we do, just imagine how much we could accomplish if we allowed love to be the driving force in our lives.

I know there are some who think because we disagree with others--and sometimes the disagreement is intense--I have never allowed disagreement to merge into hate. If a situation gets so intense that hatred might drop a seed and grow--I walk away, turn away, distance myself from the person so the hate won't stand a chance and I turn to The Lord, asking Him to fill me to overflowing with His love.

For with His Love, running over in my heart and stretching out before me--I don't have time to hate. Besides, life is so much better when love rules.

We have a right to agree or disagree with people and we also have a right to own our emotional responses to others. The responses exchanged between people are a direct reflection of what we allow to reside within us. Think about it and make sure the love within is all the world sees. And if the only response we make is one of hatefulness, we need to back up and away from others until we learn to love self (not self-centered love), but wanting the best for us and always mindful of the feelings of others.

If we do not love self--there is no love inside--we cannot love others for all we have is an emptiness that opens the door for hate. We can get a lot further in life on a tank of love instead of a tanker of hate.

Think about how you feel about self and others and note which emotion drives your actions. Don't let the foundational emotion in your life be hatred because hate destroys--you and others.

Moving Forward In His Strength!

"Do you believe?" Jesus replied. "A time is coming and in fact has come when you will  be scattered, each to your own home. You will leave me all alone.  Yet I am not alone, for my Father in heaven is with me. I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." John 16:31-33 NIV
Right after Jesus made these comments, he looked toward heaven and prayed and while he was praying, he prayed for you and me (in John 17:20) and I'm so thankful that He looked down through generations to come and saw me and He saw you, too. He loves us enough that He wanted to make sure we knew, He was thinking about us before we were ever formed in our mother's wombs.

Understanding that God's Word was written with me in mind--providing me with understanding of how things were, why they happened, and a look at the future has given me the fortitude needed to keep moving forward in His strength, rather than my own. And if you have developed a relationship with God--His Word was also written for your benefit and not mine alone.

In times like these--we need to know more than ever than we do indeed have a Savior that loves and will guide us in all we do. We need to know that with Him going before us, we are more than conquerors and we can do all things through Him. Nothing, absolutely nothing is impossible for God to accomplish through those who love Him. When we are at our weakest moments in life--He is our strength. When we feel we can't go on, He speaks to the hearts of those around us and they encourage us to keep moving until victory is won.

Though we do not understand the foolishness that prevails in the White House, we can be assured that God is allowing this all to be revealed to His glory, not the glory of any man or group of men, but so the world will know--when people lie on Him, He will expose the lies and truth will make a way and soon we'll all be free of the idiocy that now exists in the land (Washington, DC).

Don't give up no matter how tired you are! No matter how foolish the speeches are that come out of the White House through the press secretary or any of the surrogates who only speak lies--look towards heaven and pray and God will hear and answer our prayers.

This we must do--stay vigilant--observing everything that happens, making sure sources we use for information are credible, and ignore all the machinations used by the enemy, including the bots promoting negative, inflammatory remarks that attempt to belittle or negate whatever anyone says that does not favor trump. We are in this to win it and we will not be deterred by the lies and deceit.
We will move forward in His strength and encourage others to do the same. The Resistance is here to stay and will not  be moved by lies or threats or bullying of others.

Reclaiming American Integrity and Pride!

In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of the Mediterranean. He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth. Ephraim's jealousy will vanish, and Judah's enemies will be destroyed; Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah, nor Judah hostile toward Ephraim. They will swoop down on the slopes of Philista to the west; together they will plunder the people to the east. They will subdue Edom and Moab, and the Ammonites will be subject to them. The Lord will dry up the gulf of the Egyptian sea; with a scorching wind he will sweep his over the Euphrates River. He will break it up into seven streams so that anyone can cross over in sandals. There will be a highway for the remnant of his people that is left from Assyria, as there was for Israel when they came up from Egypt. Isaiah 11:11-16 NIV
Taking a few literary liberties to use this scripture as the foundation for an analogy this morning.
No matter what the tRump administration does to subdue the press or depress the public, we will not be left alone to fight this fight of faith. We will be victorious with The Lord on our side. We will reclaim the trust of Americans and our allies once the cancerous boil is removed from the White House and we no longer have the stench of corruption and treason oozing throughout the nation.

God has not forgotten us, but unlike those who claimed God chose trump and some even said, "Jesus went into the voting booth and voted for trump," we know God always works through people. It was ill-informed, undereducated, and misled people who voted for trump--many of whom simply voted out of the hatred they had for President Obama and the Clintons, and "facts" did not matter to them.

For those of us who are true Everyday Americans, we know better--facts do matter and fake news is collected lies used to misinform those who refuse to think for themselves. It's truly a shame critical thinking skills are lacking from such a large portion of our population. If people were capable of critical thinking, they would know (not think) truth has never been part of the current administrations platform.
  • The coal mining industry will never be what it once was--trump lied to them.
  • Companies will still send their jobs to other countries--trump lied to them
  • Repealing and replacing ACA has been a nightmare, lived daily for those who hated Obama so much, they voted for trump to rid themselves of Obamacare and now--trumpcare will help to see early deaths.
  • "The election is rigged! They're going to rig the election!" trump cried. Hillary didn't rig the election--he did.
For those who claimed they were embarrassed by Obama as a president let me ask this:
  • Did Obama insult our allies by shoving them around?
  • Did Obama need a golf cart to walk a short distance?
  • Did Obama speak with word salads that most media decree "unintelligible?"
  • Did Obama hire unqualified family (or others) to hold key positions in the White House?
  • Did Obama fall asleep during a photo op with other world leaders?
  • Did Obama attempt to man-handle other world leaders when simply shaking their hands?
  • Did Obama decide that humanitarian efforts (saving humanity) was not worth it?
  • Did Obama launch missiles to flex his muscles?
  • Did Obama use commencement opportunities to whine about how the press treated him?
  • How many students at commencement ceremonies stood up and turned their backs,  or walked out on Obama while he was speaking to them?
  • How many times did Obama not show common courtesy and affection to his wife while they traveled?
  • Were you embarrassed when Bin Laden was killed?
  • Were you embarrassed when gas prices came down below $3.00?
  • Were you embarrassed when he held press conferences and took the tough questions without whining?
  • Were you embarrassed when his wife cared enough about other children that she wanted to see all eating healthy, nutritious meals?
  • Were you embarrassed when Obama wanted to make sure everyone had access to affordable healthcare?
  • Exactly what did he do to embarrass you and make you ashamed he was President of the United States?
Only those who harbor hatred within their hearts--against any who don't look like them or worship like them--are claiming to be embarrassed when they should be ashamed of themselves--for espousing their bigotry.

Though there were many outcries for his impeachment, it was simply because people didn't agree with his policies, not because he committed treasonous acts. We cannot say the same for trump. His policies belittle and leave the poor bereft--facing even more financial challenges than they have before. But the rich--the 1% of the nation will enjoy even more riches under trump/GOP corrupt policies.

We will soon be able to celebrate reclaiming sanity, integrity, and honor returning to the White House--as long as we continue to fight to reclaim it.

I don't know about you, but I'm ready for the challenges of reclaiming American pride!

We Can't Stop Now!

My heart is stirred by a noble theme as I recite my verses for the king; my tongue is the pen of a skillful writer. You are the most excellent of men and your lips have been anointed with grace, since God has blessed you forever. Gird your sword on your side, you mighty one; clothe yourself in splendor and majesty. In your majesty ride forth victoriously in the cause of truth, humility, and justice; let your right hand achieve awesome deeds. Let your sharp arrows pierce the hearts of the king's enemies; let the nations fall beneath your feet. Your throne, O God, will last forever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom. You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy. All your robes are fragrant with myrrh and aloes and cassia; from palaces adorned with ivory the music of the strings makes you glad. Daughters of kings are among our honored women; at your right hand is the royal bride in gold of Ophir. Listen daughter, and pay careful attention: Forget your people and your father's house, Let the king be enthralled by your beauty; honor him, for he is your lord. The city of Tyre will come with a gift, people of wealth will seek your favor. Psalm 45: 1-12 NIV
If we concentrate on what is ahead of us and not linger too long about what's behind us, we will see the great things God has for us. We are not defeated, even if we are moving slowly towards our goal. Sometimes, it takes careful, deliberate movement--cautiously proceeding to avoid the snares and pitfalls the enemy has laid out before us.

If we do things in a hurry, and inadvertently fall into a pit--who will be there to pull us out? If we become snared in the very thing we're fighting--who will disentangle the truth from the false?

Though the road to success may be distant and arduous, don't give up! Remember Rome wasn't built in a day, and this fight--is worth the effort because our victory will change the way we do things forever--shoring up democracy for generations to come instead of allowing one family--to destroy it and us.

Remember the Alamo! An entire culture was threatened with extinction but they survived.

Remember the Nazis! A horrific regime that was determined to destroy an entire nation of people because of their beliefs and though many died, many others survived.

Remember all of the things that seemed impossible and know that with God, nothing is impossible for us to accomplish. With Him going before us, nothing and no one can stop us from making sure truth is revealed and fascism in this country, stopped in its tracks.

There are more us than there are of them--remember only 62M + people voted for the GOP travesty we are now experiencing. Our role now is to convince the other 261M to get out and vote and to vote blue! We must convince all Americans to put country before party! Though some may mock our efforts now--they will applaud them when they understand truth and why we continued the fight.

No matter how hard we've worked or how dismal the prospects may seem, we can't give up now! We must continue with all the fervor we can muster, determined to stand firm, and even though we may have a step back for a moment to regroup and refresh, we shall never give up! We can't stop now! Victory is on the horizon and we are closer than we were in December--so keep up the fight and see the reward of our efforts.

Every day is a new day for us to renew our determination to keep America functioning as a democracy should where all have a right to speak their thoughts aloud and all have a right to have a say in our government and who should govern us, without interference from a foreign adversary or the promotion of false propaganda. We cannot allow anyone to take that from us. Democracy is the foundation of this Republic and will not stop fighting for its existence!

Comfort Is Ours!

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves we receive from God. For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer. And our hope for you is firm, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort. We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about the troubles we experienced in the province of Asia. We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired of life itself. Indeed, we felt we had received the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead. He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many. 2 Corinthians 1:3-11 NIV
As I read this, I am reminded of the daily struggles and uncertainty many feel with our current situation in Washington. But I want to encourage all to know, that no matter how dark and ugly things get, know that there are millions of people working to right the injustice that we have endured with a rigged election.

From the beginning--I understood when trump screamed, "it's going to be rigged! They're going to steal the election," I knew he was referring to his team. I didn't know how, but I knew it would be those who supported him who would help with the election rigging. And I said so, though there were some who tried to convince me I was wrong.

Now, we see unfolding, daily just how it was done. It has already been determined that Russia was involved because they favored trump and hated Hillary. The players--Flynn, Manafort, Page, Ryan, McConnell, Kushner, Burr, Sessions, DeVos and others are all being exposed, one-by-one and it will be revealed how trump conned 63 million people into believing he cared about them.

Don't despair! Be comforted in the knowledge that truth--not alternate facts--will prevail and even many of those stalwart surrogates are beginning to cave. I watch their body language and even though they try to defend the indefensible, it's beginning to wear them down. Kingston, Miller, McEnany, Scott, Dennard, and others look frayed as they try to convince--there is nothing to expose in the #trumprussia investigation. We all know by now when they've reached the end of their delusional defenses, when they leap to..."but Hillary, ...but Obama" refrains.

The end is near (but near is relative in a timeline controlled by others) and we will all be able to breathe a sigh of relief when we get all the con artists out of the White House and put into prison. While we wait--know there are millions praying and actively involved in making sure this type of travesty never happens again. Our phone calls to legislators, emails, postcards, tweets, are making an impact and we will not be ignored. Now is not the time to give up; now is the time to dig in, taking a firm stand against the wiles of the enemy who governs from the WH and reigns on Capitol Hill (the high places Paul warned us about).

Comfort is available for all who stand firm in their beliefs and their actions to fight against tyranny and fascism. We will win--one way or another!

Protect Your Soul!

Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other. And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else. Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not treat prophecies with contempt but test them all; hold on to what is good, reject every kind of evil.  May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. I Thessalonians 5:12-23 NIV
If we need proof--the evidence by which one is convicted or convinced of anything--we have to seek God's Word to see that those professing to be Christians--lie and they lie about the lies and show themselves to be reprobates with the continued lying.

Who are the lawmakers who claim to be Christians lying to? Themselves and their constituents. Those of us who are not blinded by party ideology see through the lies and know -- they make a mockery of what Christianity is supposed to be.

First of all, when Paul talks to "brothers and sisters" he's referring to the family of Christ Jesus--all who believe and walk according to God's Word. So, when we see lawmakers and other "pseudo-Christian" leaders do things that are in opposition to God's Word (no help for the poor) we know they lie. When we see them make excuses for those who publicly do wrong without public admonition, we know they lie. When we see them, not upholding their oath of office just to make the idiot in charge feel good, we know they lie. They have no respect for God's Word, themselves or those they supposedly represent.

Secondly, for them to use Christianity as a benchmark to claim to be a party "of the moral majority" when they have all fallen short is nothing short of remarkable--or maybe I should say, laughable because they expect people to believe them and the gullible, do.

We watched the GOP rejoice in taking healthcare from millions and yet making sure the wealthy save millions. We watched them preen themselves, congratulating themselves on their accomplishment--assuring early deaths for those who can't afford healthcare. We watched them hide from their constituents because they didn't want to answer questions about what they did or hear how their decisions impact "real lives" and not just numbers on a page. We know they lied when they did this because Christ, never would. The giddy law-makers would prefer people die early due to health issues or starve to death because they can't afford the ever-rising costs of food.

This is what we have in Washington, DC--the cast of clowns pretending to be Christians, which by their actions, demonstrate they are not.

Moving on--we do have choices and whether or not people want to believe it--the Democratic party is the party that cares and they have demonstrated that repeatedly. They care about the poor, the needy and the marginalized and try to write laws to protect them, while the GOP--does just the opposite.

In both the mid term elections in 2018 and the General election in 2020 people have a choice to make and they need to listen and watch all who are speaking, vying for their vote. Real Christians--don't have to brag about what they do and they take no pleasure in the suffering of others. We must pay attention and seek God before casting our vote--and don't let our emotions rule over common sense.  We must remember that and guard our souls against the wiles of the enemy.

Are We Satisfied?

Guard your steps when you go to the house of God. Go near to listen rather than to offer the sacrifice of fools, who do not know that they do wrong. Do not be quick with your mouth, do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God. God is in heaven and you are on earth, so let your words be few. A dream comes when there are many cares, and many words mark the speech of a fool. When you make a vow to God, do not delay to fulfill it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vow. It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not fulfill it. Do not let your mouth lead you into sin. And do not protest to the temple messenger, "My vow was a mistake." Why should God be angry at what you say and destroy the work of your hands? Much dreaming and many words are meaningless. Therefore fear God. If you see the poor oppressed in a district, and justice and rights denied, do not be surprised at such things; for one official is eyed by a higher one, and over them both are others higher still. The increase from the land is taken by all; the king himself profits from the fields. Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless. As goods increase, so do those who consume them. And what benefit are they to the owners except to feast their eyes upon them? Ecclesiastes 5:1-11 NIV (read the entire chapter)
I'm going to leave this right here.

Looking Ahead, Not Behind!

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you. Only let us live up to what we have already attained. Join together in following my example, brothers and sisters, and just as you have us as a model, keep your eyes on those who live as we do. Philippians 3:12-17 NIV
Sometimes, we tend to allow our pasts--when we spend too much time thinking about them--to get in the way of our future. Lately, my thoughts keep going backward as I consider facing the microscopic scrutiny I know I'll be subjected to in my quest to make a run for the White House and because of my imperfections--doubt tends to creep in. So, this morning, as I read what Paul has to say, I am determined to not allow those thoughts to deter me. I am focused and looking forward to the experience of daring to make a big difference in our country.

Will I get where I want to be? Who knows?

I know I am qualified to be president of the United States (per the constitutional requirements) and now I must determine a path that will make me "electable" since that factor is more important than others.

With that insight, I know what I have to do--appeal to the masses and find those who--eventually--are great at fundraising--since that is not one of my strengths.

In the end, only those who believe in me--believe what they hear God speak to their hearts about me--will truly determine my electability.

In the interim--I'm going full steam ahead with research on issues that concern Everyday Americans and in finding viable solutions. I've written letters to "experts" in the field and waiting to hear from them. And while I wait--they're all pretty busy--I'm doing what I do best--writing and promoting my name.

Sooner or later--the name will be known and hopefully, the masses will know I'm on the side of the Everyday Americans, but I know I can govern for all Americans.

Planted by God or Men?

Then some Pharisees and teachers of the law came to Jesus from Jerusalem and asked, "Why do your disciples break the tradition of the elders? They don't wash their hands before they eat!" Jesus replied, "And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition? For said, 'Honor your father and mother and "Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.' But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is 'devoted to God,' they are not to honor their father or mother' with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you: " 'These people honor me with their lips but their hearts are far from me. They worship in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.' " Jesus called the crowd to him and said, "Listen and understand. What goes into the someone's mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them." Then the disciples came to him and asked, "Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this?" He replied, "Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots. Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will both into a pit." Matthew 15:1-14 NIV
The Word of God speaks loudly and pierces the hearts of all who truly love Him and desire to please Him. And since it does, we are without excuse--we cannot allow the hypocrites to teach us anything when they have learned nothing. We cannot afford to allow the blind to lead us anywhere.

False teaching will always be exposed along with the false teachers and apparently--there are many.
Yet once again, I find myself propelled to dismantle the false notion being promoted that God chose trump or that Jesus appointed him or that Jesus showed up at the polls and voted trump into office.

The most misused or misquoted segment of scripture people have used to "support their fallacy" has been Romans 13:1,2 without giving heed to the rest of the passage. Now, I believe that Paul spoke with the authority and under the anointing God gave him, but he is not a substitute for Jesus nor is he part of the divinity. Paul was a spokesman--taught under the law, and rose in the Spirit of God to teach truth for the day in which they lived.

God can and will use anyone who is willing to be used by Him. Paul is the greatest example of that we'll probably ever know--and that's because of his experience with God on the road to Damascus.
Unless a person has had a "Damascus Road" experience--which fueled their knowledge and desire to please God--they are not true representatives of who God is and anyone who teaches that they are--is a false teacher and hypocrite.

The truth of what I'm saying will soon be revealed publicly and then I wonder how all those false teachers will feel--those who lied to their congregations--pushing agenda of man's making and not God's.

Anyone who is of God--promotes love not hate; peace not war; and understands the command we have to defend the rights of the poor and needy, not the rich and greedy. God never tells us anywhere in His Word that we--mere human beings--are to exercise control over people, but we should promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ--so when they receive Holy Spirit--they are controlled by Him.

I suggest that in the coming days, people who have falsely stated that trump is God's choice for president, should meditate on God's Word--not what the false teachers are saying, and hear God. Surely, what God plants is not easily uprooted, but what man plants--is a hit and miss situation. It's a maybe and we know that because of what nature reveals to us. Some people plant and things grow because of their "green thumbs" and some people plant and things die.

Regardless of the false teaching, I will rely upon God's Word as I continue to endeavor to serve the nation as its next president. I don't expect God to vote for me, but I am seeking His direction in all that I do and in the end, only those showing up at polls will determine my fate and the fate of others. Pause--and think about that.

Give What Is Owed!

"Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect then respect; if honor, then honor." Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not covet," and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: Love your neighbor as yourself. Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law." Romans 13:7-10 NIV
bible and drumpf
What would happen if someone came into your home and disrespected your home?

Would you disrespect them by not honoring what they do in their home?

Then, why would trump go to another country and have his wife and daughter disrespect the traditions of those in Saudi Arabia? Were the Saudi's accommodating because of the pay-to-play policy they knew would be employed?

I am not impressed with the $100 billion dollar weapons sale or the $100 million contribution to Ivanka's fund. Seems a bit hypocritical to me since trump railed against Hillary for accepting money from the Saudi's that was used to help people in other countries. No one is going to be helped by Ivanka's fund other than the family and we know this because her father accepted donations to a foundation that he used to his benefit. The acorn doesn't fall far from the trees.

At any rate--judging by the faces of those around them on this trip (Saudi's), they were tolerating him and probably laughing behind his back later because he's so gullible and they know it. It's not hard to get over on someone when the world knows a person is needy and simply needs phrase to win them over. I saw some actually speaking to others while trump was speaking.

Soon and very soon--if all goes well--we'll no longer have to be embarrassed by the ignorant one who refuses to learn history.

While we wait--think on these things: there are others who actually care about all Americans and not just about how much money they can get out of it. There are others who would truly love to serve the nation by representing all Everyday Americans, not just some. And there are those who understand that Christianity is about love and taking care of the poor and needy. I am one of those Americans.

In Hot Pursuit!

A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. The tongue of the wise adorns knowledge, but the mouth of the fool gushes folly. The eyes of the Lord are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good. The soothing tongue is a tree of life, but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit. A fool spurns a parent's discipline, but whoever heeds correction shows prudence. The house of the righteous contains great treasure, but the income of the wicked brings ruin. The lips of the wise spread knowledge, but the hearts of fools are not upright. The Lord detests the sacrifice of the wicked, but the prayer of the upright pleases him. The Lord detests the way of the wicked, but he loves those who pursue righteousness. Stern discipline awaits anyone who leaves the path; the one who hates correction will die. Death and Destruction lie open before the Lord--how much more do human hearts! Mockers resent correction, so they avoid the wise. A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit. The discerning heart seeks knowledge, but the mouth of a fool feeds on folly. Proverbs 15:1-14 NIV
Throughout life--once we reach an age of accountability--we learn that every decision we make, everything we say has a tendency to shape who we are and the paths we take. Even when we make mistakes, the mistakes made shape us--helping us to arrive at better decision-making--if we pay attention.

In order to reach our destination or planned goals, we must retain a desire to pursue--the goal, the prize, the end result that keeps our dreams alive. In other words, we must be in hot pursuit of whatever it is we desire, if we are to obtain that which we desire.

If we are pursuing happiness, we must determine exactly what it is that makes us happy. For many people that will be different things. Some want riches and others simply want peace and tranquility.
Some want fame and some wish to live in virtual obscurity. Just as a person pursues fame--relentlessly--others pursue obscurity just as relentless in their pursuit because they choose to live in the background of life and not the foreground.

Though I've never sought the limelight for any reason, I have sought peace within myself and my surroundings. I am not an argumentative person, but I will stand and defend my positions on anything. I do not provoke animosity, but I will defend and protect myself and others from the onslaught of hatred, vigorously.

I was reminded in a phone conversation on yesterday about some of the things I've done in life and the person's conclusion about me was--I have always stuck my neck out to help others--even to the point of sacrificing my own needs.

I have not always agreed with other people, but I have learned how to disagree, agreeably and maintain relationships with those who desired maintenance of the relationship.

Here I am, today and in the days to come, seeking support of a presidential run for 2020 from those who have come to know me through my blog posts and understand exactly where I stand on the issues that challenge Everyday Americans. Though there have been clashes regarding ideology, I would like to think those clashes won't be a foundation to ignore each other.

At any rate--I am in hot pursuit--of righteousness and in garnering support for a chance in having a forum to see real change in America that will benefit all.

If you're inclined to agree--check out the following sites: www.everydayamericans2020.com and www.facebook.com/YesIAm2020 and let me know what you think and what your challenges are.

If you're not inclined to agree--you won't discover how much I care about Everyday Americans and why I want to serve them.

A Message!

I said, “I will watch my ways and keep my tongue from sin; I will put a muzzle on my mouth while in the presence of the wicked.” When you rebuke and discipline anyone for their sin, you consume their wealth like a moth--surely everyone is but a breath. Hear my prayer, Lord, listen to my cry for help; do not be deaf to my weeping. I dwell with you as a foreigner, as a stranger, as all my ancestors were. Look away from me, that I may enjoy life again before I depart and am no more." Psalm 39:1, 11-13 NIV
This is a message--if we read the entire Psalm--all need to heed and use when we are up against situations over which we have no control.

If we never acknowledge where we are and how we've missed the mark and seek God's forgiveness and accept the consequences of our actions, we will never be in position to receive all He has for us. The message--live according to The Word--loving all--will keep us from falling far from Him.

If we dared to live our lives--removing the stench of hatred and bigotry-we would all profit from loving one another.

This then is a message we should share--functioning in life with integrity and honor, never concerning ourselves about what others may discover because of the way we live our lives in total transparency. Nothing hidden--nothing to shame or embarrass us.

Please pass along the message to those in the White House so the rest of us, Everyday Americans don't have be ashamed to be Americans.

Let's Do It God's Way!

Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted. Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves. Each one should test their own actions.  Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else, for each one should carry their own load. Nevertheless, the one who receives instruction in the word should share all good things with their instructor. Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. Galatians 6:1-10 NIV
These are the times that some men seek and some attempt to avoid at all costs. The uncertainty of a nation is always a time that gives us pause to think about how it will all end.

This is not a doomsday prophecy, but rather an attempt to convince all reading that we, as a nation, really need to think about all we hear and read in the news. There is a crisis brewing in this nation and it's not going to be solved with a special prosecutor (though that will help expedite truth where the White House is concerned). The only way the ills of this nation will be solved is by every American accepting every other American as a human being with feelings and rights as a human being. The real problem is those who think they are superior over others and treat them as though they are door mats.

If we could ever get beyond the "labeling" that most feel we must acknowledge, life would be so much simpler. We don't have to carry the labels of White American, Black American, Red American, Christian, Jew, Muslim, Straight, Gay or any other label. Let's look in the mirror and see a human being--worthy of love and respect and fair and equitable treatment in any and every venue in this land.

Let's learn to treat each other respectfully--even when we disagree--and with compassion, knowing how to love unconditionally, even the unlovable. If we are ever going to see a change in this country for the better, we must stop enabling stupidity and start encouraging love of the human race. This is the only race we have (for the moment).

My platform is to be in a position to serve the needs of all Everyday Americans--not just one segregated group, but all Americans. And with the support of other Everyday Americans, we can hope to see change in 2020 and pray that change will continue.

I am convinced that when we do things God's way, we cannot fail and there can be no mistakes made. Loving one another is never a mistake and love will make a way to overcome hatred when we allow love to guide us in all we do.

Lies Have Consequences!

A false witness will not go unpunished, and whoever pours out lies will not go free.  Many curry favor with a ruler and everyone is the friend of one who gives gifts. The poor are shunned by all their relatives--how much more do their friends avoid them! Though the poor pursue them with pleading, they are nowhere to be found. The one who gets wisdom loves life; the one who cherishes  understanding will soon prosper. A false witness will not go unpunished, and whoever pours out lies will perish. Proverbs 19:5-9 NIV
For whatever reason, I was not able to blog yesterday on the WordPress site. I'm going to conclude that it is a browser problem since I'm here today--on another brower.

At any rate, anyone watching the latest news--unfolding minute-by-minute knows all the lies that have been told are about to be revealed and the consequences--will be dire. Thankful that a Special Prosecutor has finally been appointed and I can now sleep well at night--knowing truth will be revealed.

I think--when all is said and done--I'll be vindicated in speaking truth when many chose not to think about what I said as "truth." That's okay. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but the facts--are just that--and no matter how we might wish to change them, it's not going to happen. Lies have consequences--no matter who the liar is or what position they hold--the consequences will apply.
What's worse--at least from the perch from which I sit--observing all that occurs--is that some people never learn. When trump was supposed to be giving a commencement speech, encouraging those graduating--he turns the attention from them--to him--to complain about how unfair everyone is to him--"especially the media."

Here's the problem with the media--they report events as they unfold--and news outlets who actually exercise integrity in their reporting--take pains to make sure what they're reporting is based upon facts--not opinions and not an opportunity to "entertain" its viewers like #foxliestoday.

There's nothing I or anyone else can do to change the facts, but trump can change the outcome by simply tweeting his resignation.

That said--let me share something that is not a lie--my testing the waters for a presidential run in 2020. Here's the website: www.everydayamericans2020.com and on FaceBook fb.me/YesIAm2020.  I'm using every social media platform at my disposal to gather support and there's even a link to a survey on my Facebook Page for Everyday Americans.

Deceived By The Enemy!

What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you? You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God. Or do you think Scripture says without reason that he jealously longs for the spirit he has caused to dwell in us? But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.” Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. James 4:1-8 NIV
Remember when trump claimed Hillary was "unfit" to have classified information and all the Republicans fell in line behind him? Nothing on her server has ever surfaced, but this morning, trump admits--he shared classified information with the Russians--his buddies and kept the US press out of the meeting.

Most of us have always known the Russians are not our friends--at least the leadership is not a friendly person and we know--he orders the execution of his opposition. The Russian people--may not be as brainwashed by false propaganda as Putin wants them to be. At any rate--we can say--the Russian leadership is an enemy no matter what disguise they attempt to use.

Personally, I don't believe they deceived trump--they manipulated him into doing their bidding in exchange for his 2016 election win--a win that is still under a cloud of legitimacy considering we all know--the Russians interfered with it.

The leak in the WH--is trump's best friend at this point.  Or at least I can say, they are ours. They should tell the press what's going on in the WH in total transparency so we know what we're up against, daily.

The Republicans who claim to be true Patriots and the moral majority--have proven they are the hidden enemy of The State--of America. They have hidden their bigotry and disguised their hatred for "all Americans who don't look like them, think like them or worship like them" by claiming something that just isn't true (God chose trump) in their support of the worst person in the world now sitting in the WH. They knew he wasn't fit to serve as president, but they promoted him anyway because of their personal agenda. They knew he wasn't competent and certainly not a Christian, but they promoted him anyway. They knew he was not a Patriot because he doesn't want to pay taxes that support our government, but they promoted him anyway.

Now--who is America's greatest threat? The enemy occupying the Oval Office is Public Enemy #1 with Pence, Ryan, and McConnell following right behind them. They all knew about the Russian hacking and are complicit in the cooperation to just "win." How do we know--by paying attention to what they're doing or not doing as Christians.  They support and condone a pathological liar who is a bigot and ignites the worst in those who hate people because of their differences. This is not Christ-like behavior; this is the enemy hidden under the umbrella of the Republican party deceiving the masses.

There are a number of people in America who would make a better president than the one we have; I am one of them! The proof will be in the pudding. Watch for it!

Persist With Righteousness!

You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things. Now we know that God’s judgment against those who do such things is based on truth. So when you, a mere human being, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God’s judgment? Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance? But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed. God “will repay each person according to what they have done."To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile; but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. For God does not show favoritism. Romans 2:1-11 NIV
The Word speaks for itself--when people have a heart to receive by allowing Holy Spirit to reveal it. But then, there are some--who think they know and don't.

Karma is about to play a big role in our government. All those who wrongly judged President Obama and Hillary Clinton are about to see what the Hamanesque effect is all about.

This is not my judgment against anyone--though I have been speaking for months about the crisis in the White House with an incompetent leader at the helm. It is notable to see how God's Word applies to every aspect of our lives--whether we realize it or not.

I encourage folks to strengthen a right relationship with God--not religious institutions or political party--but in assuring access to Heaven through Jesus Christ. When we fully understand how powerful love is--we'll be able to live in peace and harmony--defending the rights of the poor and needy.

We see the results of those who have apparently "pledged their allegiance and loyalty to an incompetent leader" in order to faithfully represent a political party ideology, rather than faithfully representing their constituents in positions of leadership in our country. Greed for power and money changes people and see it every day in Washington, DC. No longer do those elected leaders care about the voters who put them there; they only care about their own agenda--to make themselves richer.

It's time for a change and we must persist in righteousness in all we do. We can and we shall change the landscape in this country and elect people who care more about their constituents than they do about their own personal agendas--driven by hatred.

Happy Mother's Day!

The sayings of King Lemuel—an inspired utterance his mother taught him. Proverbs 31:1 NIV

May God continue to bless all who have inspired others by the love shown to them, to know how to love and mother future generations.

For all the people who have ever "mothered" a child, whether you gave birth to them or not, this day is a celebration of love for you! Enjoy!

When Evil Frustrates!

The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good. The LORD looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. All have turned away, all have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one. Do all these evildoers know nothing? They devour my people as though eating bread; they never call on the LORD. But there they are, overwhelmed with dread, for God is present in the company of the righteous. You evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor, but the LORD is their refuge.Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When the LORD restores his people, let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad! Psalm 14 NIV
Where are the true Patriots in the Republican party in Washington, DC?

Is there one--just one Republican--who speaks truth any more?

Is there one--just one Republican--who cares about the poor and needy?

Is there one--just one Republican--who is more loyal to country than "pledged loyalty to a man" who has no values other than greed and power?

Is there one--just one Republican--who cares more about their constituents than their party agenda?

Is there one--just one Republican--who is bold enough to stand up and speak out against the atrocious policies being implemented that discriminate against the poor and promote hatred?

Is there one--just one Republican--who is courageous enough to convince the party to put an end to this charade of a presidency that has the world laughing at America?

If there is one--then where are they and what's taking them so long to stand up and uphold the oath of office they took or does that oath no longer mean anything?

Have they--succumbed to greed and need for power over doing what is best for the entire country?

Where is the  moral outrage of the so-called christians who voted for all the "negligent, obstructionists" who put evil in the seats of government?

It would appear to me, that everything we say--as Christians and Americans--we value has gone out the window with our current leadership and no one seems to care about the people or what they need. No longer do we see integrity and honor ruling in the hearts of those in position of leadership. No longer do we see patriotism honored by elected leaders who have apparently forgotten--the voters who elected them. No longer do we see those who have publicly taken oaths of office--uphold them.

OTW
But we--who truly know God and live according to His precepts and are loyal to Him--understand how God will frustrate the plans of those who frustrate the plans of the poor.

For this reason--there is fear and anxiety--overcoming reason and logic by those who plot evil or won't stand against it.

For this reason--instability and anger--rests upon those who do not know God and will not obey Him.

For this reason--many Republicans--are afraid to face their constituents and hide from them.

For this reason--the American people--will seek those who care about them and change the political landscape from the red of anger and frustration and greed to the blue of hope and integrity and honor.

The frustration felt by those who have been ignored will result in a tsunami of blue waves that wash across this country in upcoming elections--no matter how much money--the Republicans spend--unless they have chosen to "rig more elections" like 2016.

God knows and He's watching and His purposes and plans will not be frustrated by evil, for He has overcome evil and evil will be overthrown and cast into the pit of darkness, never to be seen or heard from again. Watch for it!

The Wise, The Simple, The Foolish!

There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death. Even in laughter the heart may ache, and rejoicing may end in grief. The faithless will be fully repaid for their ways, and the good rewarded for theirs. The simple believe anything, but the prudent give thought to their steps. The wise fear the LORD and shun evil, but a fool is hotheaded and yet feels secure. A quick-tempered person does foolish things, and the one who devises evil schemes is hated. The simple inherit folly, but the prudent are crowned with knowledge. Proverbs 14:12-18 NIV
Throughout the Proverbs we are warned about being foolish, what happens to fools, and the reward of the wise. For those of us who read and understand what we read; current events are obvious illustrations--in living color--of The Word.

The wise are those who heed instruction and seek wise counsel in all things. The wise understand what they don't know and seek those who do know before making decisions that could have adverse affects.

The simple--those who are gullible enough to believe everything they hear a person say and ignore facts and evidence to the contrary. They will inherit the just rewards of their inability to understand--facts matter.

The foolish are those who think they know everything when they actually know very little. But they will not heed sound advice and often act before thinking a matter through to understand all the possible ramifications of their actions. They are driven by ego and not by logic. They abhor facts and evidence and deride others who know facts and evidence matter. Then, after they have been publicly exposed for their foolishness, they tend to blame everyone else for what they either said or did, never accepting responsibility for what they do.

It is time for integrity and honor to return to the White House and unfortunately, since most of the GOP--president, vice-president, speaker of the house, and senate majority leader are complicit in the on-going investigation in the Russian hacking and derailing of our democracy--there's only one way to go--we need a new election to remove the taint and stench that hovers over the White House.

It has become apparent, with the barring of the American press from a meeting with Russian officials, that the president is bought and paid for and answers to Vladimir Putin.

Now, it is up to #EverydayAmericans to step up and speak out--demanding an end to the Russian influence by removing the president.

Perhaps, the wise will be able to persuade the simple to vote for an Everyday American--one who is an Everyday American with no political baggage or connections to foreign entities. We shall see!

Pray Like Never Before!

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops. My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back, remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins. James 5:16-20 NIV
When we see how leadership fails the people--to protect themselves from exposure--we know we're moving closer to falling off the cliff into an abyss.

America is doomed if Americans don't wake up and smell the stench coming from the White House.

Now, we see that party loyalty is more important that protecting democracy for the country--lies and liars--will be our downfall and Putin will sit back and laugh at his success. Remember this, if a person throws a rock into a pack of dogs, only the one hit will react. Sally Yates threw the rock and tRump reacted by firing the FBI director investigating him. Says quite a bit, all by itself.

GOP Congresspersons need to confess their role in the collusion to derail the election and then exercise the power they have over the menace in the White House and draft impeachment proceedings, immediately. That is the only solution.

Finding Safety!

 Featured Image -- 16645
“ ‘The days are coming,’ declares the LORD, ‘when I will fulfill the good promise I made to the people of Israel and Judah. “ ‘In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch sprout from David’s line; he will do what is just and right in the land. In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety. This is the name by which it will be called: The LORD Our Righteous Savior.’ Jeremiah 33:14-16 NIV
If we look at The Word of The Lord, we know that true safety will only be found in Him. None of the rest of what people say will matter since we know we can trust the word of those in positions to keep us safe. Specifically, the WH administration apparently has no regard for the safety of Americans since Michael Flynn was put in a position--with access to sensitive information--and Russian ties for which he lied about.

I hate to sound redundant, but it would appear that everyone in this administration lies to the point of being pathological.

How many times have we seen Sean Spicer attempt to spin truth with more lies?

Isn't this how we arrived at "alternative facts" with Kellyanne Conway?

We know the liar-in-chief lies about everything, including the lies and thinks the rest of us are either stupid or blind (we see his tweets).

I suspect that those heading the military and NSA are lying to the president to bolster his ego and polling, but their lies--may lead us into a war into which the loss of lives will be catastrophic.

I do not believe for one moment--that Mike Pence didn't know about Michael Flynn since there are photos of them with Russians before the election. Since Mike Pence doesn't have a Christian bone in his body, his lies about that make all Christians suspect. No one can honestly claim to be a Christian and not love all and defend the rights of the poor and needy.

The religious right in Congress--both House and Senate have apparently been lying to people to years in order to maintain a seat--a job in which taxpayers are paying them to go on recess more than they do actual work for the betterment of all Americans. Their only concern has to be pass laws that benefit the wealthy (2%) and the rest of us (98%) are on our own--as demonstrated with the passage of the latest version of tRumpcare. If we cannot expect lawmakers to care about our access to affordable healthcare, what makes us think they'll care about our safety?

Stating the obvious--the launch of missiles on Syria were not sanctioned by Congress and neither was the dropping of a bomb on Afghanistan--though they should have been. The United States was not in imminent danger from either country, but the liar-in-chief--in effort to flex his muscles, ordered the launches. No safety from that end of Washington can be expected.

And then--on top of everything else--he demonstrates his disdain of protocol and respect for traditional proceedings--yet again, in an attempt to intimidate Sally Yates before a Senate hearing began and since the Senate would not cancel the hearing, the Republicans--of note--Kennedy, Coryn, and Cruz made fools of themselves trying to attack Ms. Yates' credibility with off-topic questions. No, we cannot count on our safety being protected by rude, belligerent old white men who wanted to do nothing else than to humiliate a woman. They were humiliated instead when the Hamanesque effect took place.

Our only avenue for safety can be found in Jesus Christ and while we pray for sound judgment in those in leadership positions, we must remember--our hope and trust is not in them, but in Him.

Power of Truth!

The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him.” Even as he spoke, many believed in him. To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:29-32 NIV
When we have done all we can do--the only thing is to depend on God and the power of Holy Spirit giving courage and boldness to all who speak truth.

For today, with the testimony of those who know truth--when truth is spoken and received--it has the power to destroy the lies and plots of the enemy and set us all free from the debacle that resides in the White House.

On the road to freedom--truth will be the foundation on which we rebuild trust and respect in the world.

Great Love!

The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him; for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust. The life of mortals is like grass, they flourish like a flower of the field; the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more. But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children—with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts. The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. Praise the LORD, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the LORD, my soul. Psalm 103:8-22 NIV
How great is the love The Lord has for us! His love--so great--that it covers our sins and forgives us, giving us chance after chance to get living right for Him!

Now The Lord doesn't "cover" our sin so it is hidden; He covered it with His blood that we might be washed clean, emptying the desire out of us to disobey and filling us with commitment to obey. That is not to say we become perfect at any given time, but because of His everlasting, enduring love, we walk in faith, knowing He will correct us when we stray from the path He determined for us.

Are we on the right path--paved with love?

There is a common, foundational belief that whatever is in us is all that will come out of us.

Therefore, in order for us to walk the life path of love He has destined for us, we must be filled to overflowing with His love--allowing the love to flow onto others, saturating them until there is no room in their hearts for hate. So, if hate is what we see coming forth from people it is because that's all they have within their hearts.

How do we change what we see?

Our lives should be "squared" with love, hope, faith and integrity--so that all that escapes from us is an illustration of what is in us. So, if anyone is lacking in love, hope, faith, and integrity, meet up with those who have demonstrated an unyielding love for others and pray that all they have within will be grafted into your heart.

Without love--we will not care for others and make decisions that are best for all.

Without love--we will not see the needs of those who dare to think differently than we do.

Without love--we will not see that all human beings deserve respect.

Without love--we will not understand that there is no superior race of people.

Without love--we will not understand the power of words in what we say, type, write, tweet or wear on a T-shirt.

Without love--we will not appreciate the diversity of cultures that surround us.

Without love--we will not live to be of service to others.

Love understands and reaches out with hope, speaks with integrity and builds relationships with faith.

Hate destroys.

What's in your heart? Whatever is there is all we'll see and no matter what is said, actions always speak louder than words.

Remember, there is no greater love than the love God has poured into us to share with others.

Serving others always begins with love, endures with love, and ends with love.
